Was with my friend at a Restaurant and he said, "The waitress must like you? You should get her number." I responded with, "If she did like me she didn't really show it. If she did like me then she should give me her number."

Yeah she's cute but there's a ton of women that are cute and there's a lot that aren't.

Putting the responsibility on her. So should approach me if she's interested.

Waitresses are nice because of their jobs. I don't know if she truly likes me or not.

This has been a consistent behavior of mine where I need them to prove to me that they're interested or not.

This does create missed oppotunites.

If she says no there is always a lost potential opportunity for a relationship.

It used to happen a lot when I was younger where I would be interested in another person but I think I went overboard. As I've gotten older I do the thing I do now.

I won't pursue unless I'm confident she's interested.

She needs to demonstrate that she like me then I'll pursue.
