Well I'll tell you how it didn't go. Nothing happened. The Monday before court she counter filed a motion to dismiss my change to the parenting plan (that grants me two nights a week plus alt weekends), and due to that the judge got mad because there were 4 motions active. Motion for support, motion to modify parenting time, motion to modify communication, motion to dismiss, and 2 financial avidafits, 3 of which were her doing. The judge looks at us, is Oct 30th good for you both for a hearing t…

It's funny you mentioned this. A few weeks ago I told her I refused to "rent" Our son to spend time with.

>Finally, we now disagree on children, whereas we got married and both said we weren’t too bothered about kids, she has recently decided she wants children, whereas I’m now leaning towards not wanting them. In my personal experience, my ex wife started pushing for babies when she thought something was wrong in our relationship, like a bargaining chip to get me to stay. Children do not fix a bad relationship (bad being relative here as you sound not invested anymore.) If and when you make the cal…

I was depressed and she was encouraging it snd not helping me get better. Once I started seeking medical attention and not suicidal and trying to better myself she told me she didn't love me anymore and I initiated it. She got pissed off, divorced, and makes raising our 2 year old a chore more than he already is lol

You must live in Illinois. This state is a women wins state and they won't lift a finger to help men in these events.

I have this issue with my son (2) and I feel it's going to get worse. In my household we have a set schedule without variation depending on day and events. Wake up, breakfast (7 to 7.5), TV time (7.5 to 9), art or book time (9 to 1130), lunch (1130 to 12), nap (12 to 3), get sissy from school and snack(3 to 330), chores and homework (330 to 5), dinner and evening TV (5 to 6), evening book and playtime (6 to 7), shower and wind down (7 to 730), book and bed (730) That's our day to day when he's h…

Me and my ole lady both are divorcees and both have made it clear there is no good reason for us to consider it again. Baby possibly, marriage not if you got me drunk and stoned in vegas.

I've been there my man. It will get better, gradually. I have moments where I still get sad and miss her, but then I talk to her and remember why it is the way it is. Keep your head up and drink water, eat, and move around. Don't slouch and do the best you can. Don't let your health slip because of the sadness.

In Illinois you can petition the court to waive most of the fees.

In my experience with my wx wife. My stuff didn't work. Like at all. And I mean at all. I couldn't get it up to save my life, I tried a variety of porn, positions, etc and nothing worked. Not long after we separated I got a hook up with a friends friend, and everything worked as it should. I think my body decided we weren't interested at all. Which made me take a tally of the other things that stopped working. I coasted through life with no ambition, I didn't try to improve myself, my diet was g…
