The attrition rate for US medical students is about 4%, which is extremely low. I just finished my first year at a US med school, I and most of my classmates have enough time to study appropriately, date, and exercise regularly. As do the 2nd years, 3rd year can be harder at times, and 4th year is almost a vacation.

if shes in the US, very few med students drop out or "switch majors" and there's definitely time for dating and other shit if you manage your time properly
