How do some of you guys do monk mode? I started right around when I turned 30. It's much easier at 30 than it is at 20 when your hormones are raging. For younger guys who want to go monk i'd recommend investing in a realdoll or similar, VR, or escorts. I "don't mind" working. I have a good job and make a sizable income. That said, I rarely work overtime and generally only do my 40/week - partly because I don't care to feed the system any more than I have to, and partly because I earn enough on 40 hours to live comfortably. I haven't really familiarized myself all that much with the "levels", but I avoid women and relationships entirely. I don't work with women, I don't date, and I will never get married or have a live-in. Wasn't always like that. Had plenty of relationships and flings in my late teens and 20's - more than i'd like to admit. But as I moved into my 30's I began to realize that women really weren't worth the effort. I prefer solitude and hate drama - which is all you get when there's a woman involved…

Good read. I'm one of those guys who started going my own way long before I ever heard of MGTOW. I'm not "in pain", I don't feel "abandoned" or "unwanted". I just don't care about women and I enjoy the solitude and drama-free lifestyle that a man can have by rejecting them. A man does not need a woman to have a fulfilling life. In fact, I think it's possible to live an even more fulfilling life without one.

Trades. There are practically no women who work in trades because it's actual work, requiring actual effort. So if you want to get away from females/feminized workplaces, get a job in one of the trades.
