I will definitely approach. And you’re right, you never know what your chances may be. And what do you mean by I’ll get my answer more or less after saying hi?

I agree with everything you’re saying. By interest I mean physical attraction. I’m not looking for permission, I’m asking if it’s the same way men look at women we think are hot. Are they looking at me because they think I’m attractive physically, the same way a man would look at a woman because they think is attractive? My bad, I should have worded it properly. I grew up being mocked for my looks until I was 23 so I’ve only just started seeing myself as attractive but I don’t want to be deluded…

You’re right, and I will embrace the uncertainty. There’s fun in that, it’s exciting. And yeah eye contact is never guaranteed, I need to shoot my shot

That’s true. I’ve developed confidence in talking to random people and carrying the conversation and feeling the vibe and going with it. Would you say that lingering eye contact with a positive and interested facial expression a sign of interest?

I’m happy to approach and have a conversation, I’m just curious if lingering eye contact is potentially a sign of interest

I wouldn’t say I’m cooked. Everything you’ve listed can be worked on and changed. No offense but your second comment could have been your first comment. There was no need to be facetious

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
