Some say that the reason that it has become so difficult to afford to be a SAHM is because so many women have entered the workforce: supply is doubled, demand remains relatively the same, wages go down. Itd be interesting to see if this was actually the case, but I've never done the research. Glad you have found a way to make this work, and that you have a husband who is able to support you in this.
