https://www.reddit.com/r/depression/comments/6pdbzm/had_a_pool_partyno_one_showed_up/dkpc46m/ I've been trying for 3 years. This scenario has played out over and over again. They start texting back less and less until they relegate me to 2nd tier only when everyone else is busy friend status. What comes after that is message read, no reply.

Meanwhile elsewhere on Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/depression/comments/6pdbzm/had_a_pool_partyno_one_showed_up/ This echoes my experience of trying

And every year of trying and failing and passing your birthday, Christmas, Valentine's day completely alone again wears on you until you have nothing left except looking forward to death

I honestly feel for a lot of these people because I have been there myself and know how they're feeling, but at the end of the day there's fuck all anyone can do over the internet. They either need a family who cares about them and has the resources to get them the help they need or they need to be sectioned in a psych ward until they're stable. what words can someone in a psych ward say to convince someone that such a life is worth living

Nope no friends. My college friend group all split and moved to different places after graduation. The ones that stayed decided they were too cool for me after about a year

I was a bit antisocial when I was first hired so I mostly blew the friends at work thing. New hires are friendly to me and chat me up but then they talk to the people who have been around and then you can see a huge attitude shift where they start treating me like a stereotypical loser

Yup. I've been trying a variety of the cliche advice things. Singles meetups, just general make friends things, social sports leagues, talking to people at music shows, picking up new hobbies. I've netted some acquaintances but that's it. It seems like most people expect me to do all the talking in any social setting and when I'm not super interesting they get bored. For this reason I can't make hobby friends even in hobbies I'm really good at, and women lose interest even after approaching me. …

I've been doing all the red pill stuff and working out religiously for a year and a half. No results (or friends) yet. Ama

That's exactly what happened and that's why all the regulars left

Long example. This happened to the chatroom for /r/foreveralone recently. There were always people who were way too normal to be there looking for attention but it started getting really bad when a normie girl going by "sadgirl" became a regular. She'd post selfies to get the guys to rabidly leghump while at the same time writing stuff like "omg I'm gonna die alone chad ignored me at the gym while I got hit on by this gross uggo" to a chatroom of hkvs. Im not even exaggerating. The convos in the…

I don't see why finding people who have stuff in common automatically means having a social life. I have multiple hobbies that I'm quite good at where I can't make a single friend at

You have no social life. I try but people can tell when you don't have friends and they stay away

Then buy new clothes, cut your hair been there done that stop acting autistic I guess the way forward there is to go out and talk to people, right? People who recognize the autism, weirdness, years of isolation and shoo you away

any social outcasts that think that their special interest is the best and that all normal people are shitty: broaden your horizon your example isn't really convincing here, your guy is outside running trying to lose weight and normal people want to beat his ass for it. If he tries to get laid he will probably get called a creep and have more people threaten to beat his ass. The whole normalfag thing is pretty simple. You just stop feeling human after a while from that kind of treatment.

I don't. I feel bad for men who are so lonely they are driven to a hate filled community like TRP. Loneliness, social isolation and sexual frustration are all terrible things, I would never wish them on anyone. that's a refreshing perspective

there's bound to be an activity out there that is social in nature you would be interested in. Go out and find it! I see this posted often as advice. any suggestions besides social sports leagues?

Perhaps you failed rudimentary logic and math classes Keep up the nasty assumptions, my job is about 50% big boy math. Not all neckbeards are TRPers but many TRPers appear to be neckbeards, I guess. And when you rip on a subset for being neckbeards, you rip on all the neckbeards. If I make fun of feminists for being fat, that's wrong, not all feminists are fat, but I can't possibly have anything close to a positive view of fat people. Saying so after making a statement like that would be a bold …

I don't see how you guys going "yeah, but trp does ____" has anything to do with blue pillers and feminism shaming low value men for the crime of existing. You guys can say whatever you want about "oh, we only call people with vile views filthy basement dwelling neckbeards, the other guys are perfectly alright", but that's not going to convince anybody. You're just pushing more low value men, reformed low value men, and reforming low value men away from you and towards trp. Feel free to use more…

TBP doesn't make fun of "neckbeardy losers who can't get laid," Lol the subreddit icon thing for tbp literally is a neckbeardy fedora loser who can't get laid. This is a bold faced lie.

That's the real kicker isn't it. You can be perfect, hit your genetic potential 100% and the wrong guy comes around interested in her and your life is in pieces.

Hey, sorry about helping to start that shitstorm. Ive been dealing with this same realization for the past 4 months and it's been depressing me a lot. The vagina worship in there lit a fire under my ass big time and I regret making posts that were more combative than helpful for you. Unfortunately your feelings are spot on with what most men experience. However, like a poster mentioned in your thread with an example about male ceos, there is strength in being nothing but your accomplishments. Th…
