My exwife so far has tried everything in the book. Me and my daughters bond gets bigger and better. My daughter has no idea what her mother has done,or tried. She knows nothing from my end. But even at a young age, she is asking questions about her mother. She is bound to figure it out. Kids are smarter than we give them credit for.

Man, chill out. Sounds like you need a professional to look at the issue. I am not, just a handy guy. Have any pictures of leak? Is it a actual water leak, or is it ground water coming in? I don't know, but sounds like you also need to get the sump pump discharge further away from the house. It takes alot to condem a house. Black mold can be cleaned with some bleach and a good mask. It's not as scary as the TV shows wants to make it. Unless it really is terrible.

I don't wanna go into great detail. It was a sale, not buy out. She never owned it. Bought before marriage and she was not on loan,or deed. I sold it to her for her inflated bullshit appraisal. Walked out smiling.

Well it's to long to type and don't wanna bore you. It was negotiated for a buy out. Things changed last minute and I sold it to her. Was a blessing in the end. I was prepared to go to trial.

I'm no attorneys. Don't agree on equity. You want 50% of market value. Get a appraisal and if it's 850, you want 425.

I went on a few dates, had some horrible lazy sex. Did not enjoy the single life and new dating app world. I gave up and was determined I would never date again. Spent a year or more with my daughter and working. Then my Labrador got loose and ran down the street up to this younger lady as I chased her. We chatted, started to just be neighbors. Then went out a few times. All because of the dog my exwife abandoned on me. Idk where this might end. She is 18 years younger, with no children. But alm…

Absolutely. Someday I hope to tell her that. I'm on year 3 divorced. She had not seen one fight of argument while in my care since. Idk if that's true at her mother ls home. Just keep being Dad buddy. They will see it eventually.

Absolutely a wonderful relationship with my daughter. I would say it's even better than before. Because her mother isn't around to start shit. Are time maybe less than when we all lived in the same house. But it's peaceful and at a higher quality. She has handled it very well for a young age.

Mine is 2 years younger. From what I can tell, it's his first relationship. My daughter likes him. He is actually the most reasonable to deal with over my ex. He has been decent to me. I know he was in the picture before we separated. I however didn't chase my ex, she is his problem now. She might have been seeing him, but I was wishing for her to leave.

Man this sounds just like mine. She hates me more than she loves are daughter. I'm doing well. I think she hates that even more. She bought her "dream house" had a new baby with AP. Yet the attacks keep coming.

My time with my daughter is peaceful. She has not seen a single fight or argument in my care. Are relationship is better. I've purchased a home that I have always wanted. Accidently met a much younger woman who is outstanding person and wonderful with kids. I'm blue collar, she knows I'm no sugar daddy. Her family is wonderful and very accepting of me and my daughter. Exwife is constantly causing issues and keeps taking things back to court. But that will not stop.

I told mine to take anything from house. She was a antique person. But my shop was off limits. We agreed. Now I was light on furniture. But the funny part, was I had every single item I needed left in the kitchen except a radio. So I bought a new kitchen radio. I feel you also can guess who cooked the most. She took fancy stuff that was unused. She had a stack of cook books I handed her mother while she was moving. Told her mom " maybe she will have time to read these now". Her mom busted up lau…

I wanted to keep mine. Was solely in my name. Exwife wanted alot of equity. Even got a bullshit appraisal. She said the price was so fair that she would buy it for that price. I said that sounded good. Judge agreed bammm she had to buy it for her price. In a odd chain of unplanned events, it left me free and clear to purchase a bigger, better home in the country that I've wanted my whole life with a great down-payment. THIS landed me in a divorce. I paid myself a salary from my business and did not alow her on business accounts. Wise choice but made the monster more angry. In theory I was protecting us from business. Anyhow. I've learned I could buy my family home and have shared custody of my child way cheaper than living with that usless pile of skin. All is good.

I just want my time with child and to be left alone. This woman has her BF, new baby, lake house. I just want her to cash her check, and leave me and my child alone on are time. My kid is very happy to be with dad. But I think that angers the monster.

Thank guys. I have not taken this laying down. I've been thinking about this. I'm not reacting without thought. I'm not one to do that. I have let things go because it wasn't worth the fight. But I didn't cause this, I didn't start this process. How this falls is not my fault. I want her to be held responsible for her actions. Now I was married to this person 10 years and together 12ish. Mine claimed are daughter is to sick for her to work. But never provided any requested info from child support.
/r/Divorce_Men19/09/24 08:15 PM

Mine is doing the exact claim. Child support found her willfully unemployed and imputed her normal salary. Which she appealed twice, now to court. No filed motions also to end shared parenting. Requesting all bank statements and all info. I feel this is a invasion of privacy. Judge is allowing it to play out. I just want my time with kids and for her to leave me alone and stay out of my life.

But I have my daughters time uninterrupted by her mother, bought my child hood home, and met a absolutely beautiful person of a woman. Still tough time ahead. But I'm very thankful to be out from under her. Pretty weird when you meet a good woman, or person. So don't forget to thankful for what is going good in your life.

Thank you. Waiting for law office to open. She had denied me, and my daughters request for additional time. My parenting agreement does state she can not refuse request to additional time with a reasonable request. Almost 3 years, and she constantly is coming up with a new angle, or lie. Definitely not the definition of co-parenting I feel should happen. She has made it clear through this, she will stoop to any level for money. It's not about the child.

My ex didn't do shit before in the last 10 years around the house. I could count on one hand how many times she helped with lawn. Her laundry was always just piles on the laundry room floor. She left, I took care of house. Ended up selling it to her. Took her 6 or more months to pay me. I lived there the whole time. I kept everything functional. I divorced this exact situation. Don't pay anything extra till you speak with a attorney. But make all your moves before you file anything. Go start a bank account that she is not on. Do not discuss anything with her till you consult a attorney. One thing to remember with a person like this, like my situation. Once she moved out. My cost of living dropped by 50%. It was like a big raise with out working more.

I will take some blame definitely. I didn't even know what a narcissist was. Ex wife called me that. I had to researched it. Then two very close friends of hers suggested that I research it more, but as her as the narcissist. Well I'm no doctor, so I can not label something. But it definitely turned the light bulb on for me. I'm thankful to out from under her thumb of control.

I'd absolutely avoid this at all expense. You need your own privacy. Go stay with a buddy, stranger, anything first. I stayed in my home. Ex left. I had to have lawyers explain she isn't allowed to enter. Later, I did seller her the house. She is only allowed in the driveway, or porch. I'll take action if she ever crosses the threshold to my home again.

Mine kept mine for are daughters sake. She stated she didnt wanna have a different last name than her child. But now she had a kid with bf, and that kid has his last name. So her reasoning was pretty stupid. She even tried to get a job in the Industry I work in, thinking the name would help her. And it's a Industry she thought was harmful to are marriage.

Mine had a live in BF at 3 months separated that was a past couple worker. 11 months till divorce. She will be married soon, my guess. I only care so I know when to send a sympathy card.
