I don't know... Seems to be making a science of something very simple. I cook nearly everyday and have always basics at home like onions, rice, garlic, potatoes... Then just buy fresh vegetables or meat if needed, and have some stuff in the freezer for emergency... Dunno... But might still be helpful for beginners.

He is on a good way to improve his Beta behaviour. Obviously seeing his mistake, as a lack of dominance in our relationship. Well, I thought about it this way. It's definitely at some point easier to have a new LTR with someone else without the problems of the past. The only way I see a new LTR is an arrangement, to never go back to where we were. But still there is the problem, that he is able to grow into a true alpha, while I'm not able to undo the cheating.
