Swallowed the pill about a year ago, been implementing it for the past 6 months with lifting etc. and I'm finally seeing results from the females.

It's never been all about getting girls just a side effect, but after getting my first true bar hook up last night it left me feeling empty and made me realize the hookup culture just isn't for me.

So here's my question, is it not "alpha" to want to just only be in relationships and have sex with LTR-material girls only? I don't enjoy random hookups, maybe friends with benefits but some type of hanging out. I just don't find enjoyment in picking up a girl fucking her and never seeing her again.
