First off, service people can sometimes just have this manner with everyone. It makes the job better having a positive attitude, but if she is really flirting your best bet is not to have a line around behind you. I am in /r/asktrp which I feel is a great subreddit. I dont generally post in /r/theredpill or /r/redpill not sure what it is called for that reason. I fully believe in it, but I dont feel the subreddit promotes /r/redpill behavior with many post, in fact I feel it does the opposite by being angry over stupid things instead of trying to improve anything. This doesnt apply to every post there.
