I feel like the resentment towards women that a lot of RP men have is predicated on them assuming women are inferior to men in certain qualities. If they didn’t do that, then they would have to confront the fact that they also suffer from attachment issues, and an inability to form healthy relationships with people. But I don’t think that necessarily results with men viewing women as “subhuman”. While I’m sure some RP men view women as subhuman (a lot of incels do), I think most view women as es…

Says something that all the women TRP men concern themselves wish are immature. They are either interested in manipulating someone vulnerable over finding an equal partner, Blatantly have the sexist belief that all women have the minds of a 15 year old, Have the mind of a 15 year old themselves, Or want to fuck 15 year olds. No surprise so many TRP men identify as libertarians.

Okay so our disagreement basically stems from your belief that multi gender theory is wrong. From what I understand you believe that being transgender is a legitimate thing, but people who wake up on different days at different parts of a masculine feminine spectrum are invalid or mentally ill? You say these people shouldn't transition because it's too nuanced?

For the first part I meant from the perspective of someone experiencing dysmorphia, not you specifically, I was using the example of a man that you gave. For the second part, why do others get to judge what is "right" when it comes to your body? You're indirectly making a naturalistic fallacy. Just because staying a man is the default decision doesn't make it right.

How do you know what manhood feels like? What if just associating your personality with the idea of being a man brings you uncontrollable shame or disgust?

Just work on yourself is what I'm saying dude. I had an epiphany at 20 when I was incel and now I'm 24 and finding sex is relatively easy. Wallowing in self pity and self obsessing over your virginity isn't gonna do you any good.

Cleopatra also led Egypt to and through a period of stability through shrewd diplomacy and strong leadership. She also had a profound effect on the dissemination of Egyptian culture and civics to the larger world. Public libraries became a thing in Rome because of Caesars impression of Cleopatra's Egypt. It's kind of over-simplistic to say that "she led to Egypts destruction with her pussy lol". Napoleon ultimately failed but his legacy had a profound impact.

You can use TRP strategy to maintain a LTR, but then it becomes a power struggle. Idk who would prefer that to one based on mutual respect and love. If you can't find that and are constantly being manipulated yourself by women in LTRs, you either can't choose them or are a crappy partner yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/16 04:26 PM
1

You're not wrong, avoiding LTRs is kind of the point. Most of the people on that forum are people who have been unsuccessful with women and are looking to systemize the process. The minute you start spouting and TRP anything in a LTR is the minute your relationship will A) go to shit, or B) become blatantly abusive

I couldn't get laid well into college so I started looking at ways to get laid, fell into reading about seduction and later the red pill. At which point a year or so of that where I had "internalized" all of it with still no luck. Then I read No More Mr Nice Guy and Models and started actually acquiring women. For real. Alimony is more like unemployment. It's not meant to substitute having a job.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/15 01:59 PM

Yeah well the main thing I have against red pill is that it generalizes people much too harshly. Sure some of it makes sense from a biological perspective but there are plenty of decent women out there that know what they want and have the self control to look past basic urges. Sure TRP got me laid a couple times, but keeping a girlfriend? No way.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/15 01:33 PM

I did take care of my health. I'm talking about things like learning how to exercise to make yourself look better and not just be healthier, how to figure out what clothes fit you, how to talk to girls without getting nervous.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/15 01:31 PM
1

I feel like the goal of TRP is to become a person that has no weaknesses. But the only way that is possible is by not caring about anything. Obviously if you don't care about stuff you can't understand them, and if you don't care about people you can't connect with them. If you have the perspective of "all women are like this" then obviously you're just going to be judging them all and not looking to actually connect with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/15 06:35 AM

I wouldn't call all of it common sense. For a lot people it takes a serious paradigm shift to start seeing the world from other people's perspectives well enough to see what is good and bad about yourself.

I realized my girlfriend wasn't going to leave me if I stopped using dread on her, and that allowing myself to be more open and show my insecurities allowed for a lot more trust. Ultimately, those securities started to go away when I realized she wasn't judging me as constantly as I was judging myself, which in turn allowed me to stop being as judgmental. I just consider myself to be a much more compassionate and empathetic person now. Still, the initially shock to my system TRP gave me allowed …

Honestly, I fucking despise red pill, and the phase I went through a few years ago trying to live that lifestyle was one of the most regretful, cringeworthy parts of my life. But I do find infinite respect for TRP for enabling me to take an objective look at myself, and beginning the process of self improvement instead of blaming others for my failures. I feel like a lot of RP people are still in the process, and I certainly haven't finished changing either.

Not if you keep generalizing people like that. There is an in between of alpha Chad and beta pedestalizer. There are men who could be considered alpha who genuinely love their girlfriends and enjoy giving to them, but also don't allow themselves to take shit or to be manipulative. There are women who aren't sluts that will do anything if you have a six pack and tell them they're ugly, but aren't manipulative creatures that will deny you sex in exchange for chores.... Everyone is different, and not everyone actually believes what they wish the could believe. Someone could wish they were okay with an open relationship, and as part of that delusion they allow their partner to sleep around, then when they do they get hurt. It's hard to sync your beliefs with your emotions, or to force it. I hate killing animals, and I wish I had the temperance to be a vegetarian, but I can't help but get cravings for meat.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/15 04:05 PM

That's a solid point, but you only have control over yourself. You can change yourself to make yourself more desirable, but you can't change what women find attractive.

TRP is directed primarily towards men. It isn't overly concerned about the prospects of marriage from the female perspective.

No one is claiming that women in their twenties marry men in their 30s, just that men in their thirties have the most options, some of those being younger than them - perhaps only two or three years. I'd assume most men would prefer a younger woman to a just as complex older woman.

From experience the main issue becomes if you are spending too much time in this non sexual relationship to cultivate some meaningful sexual relationships. It really doesn't matter what you do with her specifically (assuming you don't fall in love with her or ruin her and your friends relationship) so long as you keep it in the perspective of the rest of your life. Are you meeting girls beside her? Are you spending more time with her than if she was a man? Sometimes these things can be unconscio…

Personally I think most of the skill that comes with articulating yourself comes naturally, and that skill that doesn't comes from reading complex literature and practicing having complex conversations. Thank you. I'm writing a paper about gender equality that focuses on women in the workplace and this actually helps me a lot. I was unaware that so few women worked in these countries.

Do you know if there is a comparable study of professional interests of women done in a third world country? I'm just curious because if it was from one that doesn't have nearly as strong feminist culture and the results were similar it might show that the culture has even less an effect on women's interests. I would imagine in poor countries might be even more inclined to work.

MFA can be very particular with their style, but really I think you would benefit from buying some button down casual shirts, maybe some brown or brownish green pants or some darker, tighter jeans. When you wear a t shirt, it should show off your body, which you need to be working on. Every piece comes together. Also a nice pair of shoes (I love Clark's desert boots) goes a long way. Personally, the spinning plates aspect of TRP is the one thing I don't really agree with, but I think the whole "What to do with the Red Pill knowledge once you understand it" is open for a lot of interpretation. I have a girlfriend who I love, and I love and appreciate women in general. That being said, there are a lot of Redpillers who have serious resentment towards women, because they feel like they have been lied to their entire lives. It's reasonable, and a lot of guys who never got laid i…

Exactly. If you are taught that most women are like this, then you get the mental idea that since not all women are like that, then your girl could be an exception. It might not be right, but it is a healthier attitude.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/14 06:20 PM
7

Yeah, same goes for both. Edit: Now that I have a minute. TRP isn't about saying that men are better than women when it comes to the likelihood of cheating, it merely says that if you marry someone who was a gigantic slut in college and claims to have changed her ways, it likely isn't the case. It's about getting past the idea that your girl is a special snowflake. I'm not saying the same can't be true for men, but TRP is ultimately written from the male perspective.

This study is lacking in some areas. It says nothing about the ratio of male virgins being married to female virgins being married. It says nothing about the rest of the lifestyle of the men who are married as virgins other than the fact that they are virgins. In a culture that shames male virginity, there have to be other cultural reasons that would explain a male waiting until being married to have sex (i.e. religion). Also the idea of the volume of premarital sex causing an increase of likeli…

Well that's the idea. It's just a warning to men that those women aren't good people to reproduce with. That's why Red Pillers have no qualms with having gratuitous sex with slutty women, but would never in a million years consider them LTR or marriage material.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/14 09:18 PM

The reason men shame women for sleeping around is because they want to know that the baby that pops out of them is theirs, and not one of the dozens of strangers she is cheating on you with.

I think it comes down to people being butthurt because that person doesn't prefer them sexually. A single mom in her 30's might be upset that a man in his thirties might prefer a woman in her 20's over her. Or an overweight woman might be upset that a man doesn't accept her weight as something that he can look past. Men can be very bitter towards slutty woman because it either means the woman is having sex with everyone but them, or is likely to cheat. Biologically men want to know that the chil…

I know birth control accidents can happen to anyone, I've been there personally (ironically having unprotected cheating drunk sex with someone). But like I said, I don't hate single mothers. I agree, it's threads like this that fuel all trp hate. If you have a girlfriend yes, you will have to deal with bullshit from time to time, but there are great women out there. Trp is about learning to accept and love women for what they are, not hating them for all being shallow bitches, and not deluding yourself into thinking they are something more special than they are. It wouldn't surprise me if OP was actually just a loser who couldn't get a girlfriend and wanted to justify his failure.

Lifting can obviously build a sense of self worth because it makes you more attractive, and being more attractive and being told you are a desirable human being is pretty fucking great for self esteem. But if you are lifting not because you want to improve yourself, but are lifting because you want validation you're unlikely to find any long term happiness. Some people are unhappy because they are alone, or they are unhappy because they do not get the things that happy people seem to get naturally. Does TRP say women are dumber than men? They say that women are more risk adverse than men, and that women are more emotional than men. It might even say that men are better at abstract thought than women, but that's pretty evident from the ratio of male to female thinkers. I think the TRP point is that men and women have different strengths, and those strengths are biological so there is no point in trying to overcome them and becomes something you aren't. Yeah I was purely explaining the red pill fantasy of course. I'm sure in reality the vast majority of women would prefer to have sex with a man they feel they experience an emotional connection with (as would most men), so when the man doesn't call them back they feel cheated. Unfortunately women may not understand, at least from a redpill perspective, that the men they find the most desirable are actually the worst perspective boyfriends.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/14 03:32 AM

I suppose one argument would be that just because there is a double standard does not mean that it is bad. Men can be more successful sexually in their 30s (or whatever post wall age is), so it doesn't really matter what men do. Otherwise people that have tons of casual sex generally aren't good LTR material, so they probably just it as an excuse for why they can't maintain a satisfying relationship.

I think it's more the idea that a woman who doesn't take advantage of her youth to find a reliable partner and instead uses it to sleep around - finding herself unable to find a decent guy post-wall is where the revenge fantasy comes from. I actually misread OP and thought he was contemplating fucking below average girls or girls much worse off than him. There's always that weird misinterpretation where some people consider 7/10 average and some people consider 5/10 average.

Women aren't experience points, and your SMV level doesn't increase by fucking them. Figure out what you are worth genuinely. Work on improving yourself from there. It won't happen instantly, it may take months, but honestly just getting laid for it's own sake isn't the purpose of Red Pill. It's about improving yourself so you can raise your standards, not lower them.

It's the same thing with a woman's love really only being her love of how you make her feel. A woman's hatred is hatred at what you make her feel - which is in its essence the same thing that they love, just from a different angle. It's the female version of love, which definitely needs a word.

I don't think encouraging 13 year olds to have sex is a good idea. While some of them may know what the fuck they are doing, the vast majority are going to fuck something up. Also by doing that you are indirectly encouraging 13 year old girls to have sex which will probably ruin them.

I love the Japanese men that say things like "I have no interest in sex," then go home and jerk off onto their hentai full body pillows. It's a lie, I should know, I've been there. It's about dismissing how pitifully incompetent they are at interacting with women, and making an excuse for it so they don't have shit self esteem.

I always liked the sniper metaphor. An orbiter is a sniper who takes an unnecessary amount of time getting into position to take one shot and hit a single high profile girl, but only after meticulously researching the situation and planning an entrance and exit strategy. You really should just walk around firing a shotgun at every girl you like and hoping you hit.

Okay well if you actually have some drive to improve you need to look inward about what exactly you are unhappy about. You only mentioned that you have nice guy syndrome and that you are unhappy with how physically fit you are. Both these things are changeable if you have the desire for it. Take some initiative and learn how to become fit. If you go to a college, go to your probably free gym and learn how. If not, go online and look up the core theory of fitness. Gain some weight and feel good a…

I've only been here for a few months, but for someone who just got here I would suggest mostly lurking and taking it all in before posting comments on your version of the theory. Pick of a copy of The Rational Male and read it. Post plenty of comments if something confuses you. Also, lol at Scandinavian social politics.

I also noticed (especially after 2) that they took out most of the hateful things you can say in general. The first game was hilarious because you could spout all kinds of xenophobic, sexist, homophobic dialogue. They kind of took it out for the later games so even if you are playing an "evil" character, you're still a sensitive and accepting guy. It's kind of funny how overly inclusive the games get as they went along. There absolutely had to be women and gay people in charge of everything and …

I don't think there is a general answer. It depends on the person really. If you are dependent on it, you should probably cut it because it's unhealthy to be dependent on anything besides yourself for your basic needs. You can still do it for fun and not have any negative repercussions. You don't need to stop fapping to have drive as a person.

I would argue that you could be stoic and still crack a wry smile at jokes or something cute she does. I think the type of stoicism that TRP is more about is not letting her emotionally manipulate you. If you were trying to be completely stoic then you probably wouldn't want sex in the first place.
/r/TheRedPill15/12/13 07:21 PM
1

Do you think that that particular facet was wrong though? Do you think that women would prefer someone to be lifeless and boring? I've only ever read on TRP that they prefer someone exciting - and I think that goes for both sexes.
/r/TheRedPill15/12/13 06:52 PM
2

I'm sorry, but would you be attracted to a girl that had no response to every joke you told and never smiled? You would think she wasn't interested. Being pleasant to be around is a prerequisite for attraction. And why are you even so anxious about it? You act like women don't want to have sex themselves. If you really want to be "alpha" she should want to fuck you regardless of whether or not she knows you want to fuck her. Smiling isn't a bad first step.

Being a doctor is a high stress job right? The way I see it and I've seen it expressed here before is that men tend to be more prominent in high stress jobs because their sexuality forces them to be sexually competitive with other males. This reverberates into other facets into their life. Women on the other hand get to be choosy, so they choose jobs that make them happy rather than jobs that are highly competitive or stressful but rewarding. I guess socially people just expect men to be more wi…

Seriously whoosh. There are masculine traits, and there are feminine traits. These traits are embedded in biology. One embodies Men, one embodies women. You can be a great person who is male and have no masculine traits, but it does for a fact mean that you are not as manly as someone who exhibits more masculine traits than you. Many masculine traits can be practiced like an instrument.
/r/TheRedPill11/12/13 08:38 PM

No one is saying you can't have emotion. Fuck, cry by yourself all you want. All TRP is saying is that women don't find that shit attractive because it isn't masculine. At the same time, it's easier to live by the way you want to outwardly appear than to have a facade every time you interact with someone. If you find it 'easier' to be emotional, then be more emotional, but don't be surprised when it starts having ramifications like what you appear to be going through. Stoicism is not a fallacy, …

You can look at /r/becomeaman if you'd like but being a man isn't exactly a secret. You just need to have masculine traits. Strong, confident, competitive, assertive. You also need to care about yourself and your appearance while simultaneously understanding that you are doing it for yourself and not to please others. Practice being stoic and avoiding anxiety or fear. Be social. I don't know, it's pretty self explanatory.

That can't translate into there not being desirable features - which means that there has to be features that you find the most desirable. Gross idealization is unhealthy, but saying that there aren't thing to look for at all is too solipsistic.

I would probably say Alex Turner from the Arctic Monkeys. I love the sexual vibe I get from his music and would like to figure out some way to be able to do that. I would also say Lana Del Rey for the same reason but female. The music is a strong part of it. I also need to obligatorily circlejerk over Arnold Schwarzenegger for being the greatest man on the planet.

Women want men to lead them, are apparently less rational then men It's not that Women are less rational than men, it's that society gives them excuses to use their emotions to make decisions, and then punishes men who do the same thing. It's an ironic double standard considering feminists want women to be so equal and then give them a free pass for making bad decisions.

My brother worked all through college with his university's IT department. He got a degree in history. He now manages the servers for a major company and makes 80K a year a few years out of college. One of the prereqs for that job was a degree. Experience is good but a lot of businesses want to see that you have a degree. Even if it isn't in the subject you are going into.
