Here to vouch for surgical sterilization! I got a bilateral salpingectomy, and it was awesome. Recovery was easy, and I barely remember it, which means it wasn’t traumatizing at all. The rule is 4 months because no one can mask that long, even skilled psychos and narcissists. I had to check myself into a mental hospital to finally allow myself to slow down and allow the grief to catch me. It took 6 weeks in a partial hospitalization program and an additional 6 months in intensive outpatient treatment to teach me it was okay to feel. I had to learn how to grief.

Stalking is a crime. The first time is a misdemeanor, while repeated efforts are a felony. I’m not sure how this applies to online stalking but it should be the same. Look up the law for your specific state. I’ve been stalked before, and it can quickly cross the line from annoying to terrifying. A rejected man is dangerous and should always be treated accordingly. I’m mentally ill myself and this is why I always keep a benzodiazepine on hand. If I freak out, it’s gonna calm me down whether I want to or not.
