wtf is this dumb shit. wtf is this sub. Imagine thinking that getting an ego boost from sleeping with a beautiful person is exclusive to a gender. That this is worthy of debate.

Yea well may be they could start judging themselves like they judge men. Maybe that'd humble them a bit. Calm their egotistic dismay.

I think what we consider to be “bad” and regular make up is different. I can recognize most girls wear at least some make up most of the time. Its just that to me most applications of it are bad. Its just unattractive to me. If face paint turns you on thats okay i guess. But i have nonetheless missed the mark sometimes, and seen multiple situations where other dudes couldnt either.

Please someone reply to this man cause hes making sense. I had a similar dynamic w an ex. Both ways. Honestly we just trusted each other. But eventually she cracked, buuut, the relationship was dead by the time she did. I honestly think i still have to process this w someone

Yes. I mean the vast majority of them. Which is why they should stop lying to themselves and others. Truth is make up is just women competing w other women for male validation. Its pathetic

Yes, and make up is shallow. People are shallow. The normalization of make up, amongst other things, is keeping us so. Its pitiful

Bla bla bla BULLSHIT. (No disrespect, maybe to you but honestly this is irrelevant to what actually motivates most people. Its used to make skin look healthier, lashes and brows thicker and other signifiers of biological viability and aesthetic appeal. And the women mostly use it for this. Not to “eXprESs tHeMSelVeS”🤡)

No one cares about hook ups and im not talking about them Same as above? Idk what you mean Refer to my other reply on this same thread

I can only tell when they have it on badly. Like foundation not matching the color of the rest of their face, powdery looking skin, overly red cheeks, obviously fake lashes, etc etc. thats not the point nor the goal women try to achieve. The point of make up as a day to day tool for women is to be seamless and boosting their appeal. Which is obvious. But unfortunately i have to stoop down to your level

Yk what. You’re right. Beauty doesnt give you any advantages over others. Women just wear make up for innocent fun. Pardon me i can just be so silly sometimes.

Most guys cant, do you how intricate make up art is? If done right its real life photoshop Exactly. And guys are described as pigs who only want good lucks when they, very reasonably, decide to not engage with a person they didnt even see the night before. Women just cant cope with their dishonesty. They are deceiving themselves and then blaming the men for not reinforcing their cope. For a hook up, sure. Great work lowering relationship standards with hook up culture👍

If they were hot they wouldnt wear it. you can have the fakes knock yourself out
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/23 04:11 PM

Not all women wear (loads of) makeup because not all of them seek validation and power through their looks. Whats funny is that your using relationships and getting to know a person to defend make up usage, when all it is is a sign of someone uncomfortable with and incapable of sharing themselves. I.e. someone who having a relationship with would be turbulent. I petty women that use make up, and the men that dont see it for the red flag that it is.

You’re accepting what benefits you while rejecting what doesn’t. That is what he’s talking about but that is also the whole point of progress isn’t it. Those harmful things are seen as such to us now because we have retrospect and more wisdom, however harm is subjective and most women of the past not only accepted it but propagated it as much as any single man did. The better idea to have you reflect on is what is it that your sacrifice, what seemingly harmful things do modern women take on. OP’…
