How My Unattractive Friend Slept With Over 100 WomenFinally. Some real content on this sub. This is a message that everyone needs to have internalized. The point about "mental masturbation" is especially true. I know i have done this, and I do my best nowadays to be very mindful of it. I try to be the person who takes action instead of daydreaming and pretending I did. Or sitting there and assuming that if I took action I would be successful. Either way it'll work against you. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/09/20 03:51 PM
What a whole year of TRP does to you – how I slept with my first MILFGood to see this is still a good place for people to practice their fiction writing. Is this what we do now? Write out fantasy under the guise of field reports? | /r/TheRedPill | 11/08/20 10:30 PM
Tomi Lahren: TradThot at the Gates of EpiphanyWell put. Being conservative isn't some catch all for not being a shitty person. We would all do well to continue remembering this. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/08/20 12:41 PM
Suicide note from alpha widow "streamer" who kills herself over AF\BB and liberal cultureSomeone ended their life and people are going to sit here and proclaim they dont feel sad or mad about it? Clearly this person struggled to take full responsibility for her life and suffered many consequences for it. If you think that suicide is an acceptable outcome for someone who needed real help and probably never got it then idk what to tell you. Suicide is always a permanent solution to what are typically temporary problems. None of what she described can ever get better for her because sh… | /r/TheRedPill | 08/07/20 10:29 PM
The problem with women that have tattoos, and why its a major red flagThis post is based entirely on your subjective opinion and anecdotal evidence. At no point did you come anywhere close to creating a cohesive argument. You cant overgeneralize women with tattoos and expect everyone to take you seriously. You want evidence of a woman who would be uglier without her tattoos? By your own criteria that would be nearly impossible and you'd never admit it anyway because it further weakens your opinion. Get this huffpost opinion piece out of this sub. | /r/TheRedPill | 19/09/19 10:37 PM
On the Use of Hearing Protection in Loud EnvironmentsAs an audiology student and someone who has hearing loss I strongly echo op's points enough. Hearing loss certainly isn't the end of the world but it can be incredibly frustrating. Noise induced hearing loss (the kind we are talking about here) is very preventable. You will likely live a long time. Our ears are not designed to live as long as we do. Hearing loss is normal with age, but can be greatly exacerbated by noise exposure throughout life. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/06/18 02:15 AM
You're not unlucky, You're just LazyI agree man. I learned a long time ago to read everything with a grain of salt. I've been reading here since 2012 and the atmosphere has changed considerably. I understand that getting laid is important to a lot of men but I don't understand why it seems to still be the end all be all all of every post. If we're still so obsessed with banging women, and everything we do is for that purpose, how are we any better than the people we call betas? | /r/TheRedPill | 01/06/18 09:08 PM
Stuff has ChangedThanks for sharing my dude. Reading this helped me. I'm a ta point now where i watch very occasionally but I have a habit of bingeing several days in a row when I do. Not always, but sometimes. Reading everyone's comments here is motiviating me to just drop it entirely. Don't need it. Men have gotten by without it just fine over the last however many years. | /r/TheRedPill | 31/05/18 12:17 AM
Stuff has ChangedHey man, our stories are weirdly similar. I remember only being able to navigate to like the cover page of a pay-for-porn website that had almost naked chicks on it and thinking that it was the pinnacle of existence. Boy did that change over time. Thanks for sharing. Reading what you wrote really meant something to me and caused a couple of things to click. I too have had a limp dick experience. More than once actually. Some of it I would chalk up to nerves but considering my habits outside of t… | /r/TheRedPill | 31/05/18 12:12 AM
Graduate school program is mostly women. Advice for how to survive? Is it "Think what you like, but behave like others"? I can already see how that would help. I wouldn't want to give anyone anything bad to throw into the rumor mill. At the same time, I know not everyone will like or agree with me. | /r/askTRP | 04/05/16 10:48 PM
Get Strong With 5X5'sDo most of you guys lift with friends? I prefer to lift alone but it has always been my impression that I can't do lifts like squats and benching without a spotter. I like to go to the gym when I am ready to on the days I lift, I don't want to be dependent on another person for my lifting. Also, nobody ever agrees on lifting programs and styles on the internet. Where is the best place to get some reliable information? | /r/TheRedPill | 25/02/16 07:28 PM
If you don't sleep, you might as well not lift.I fucking know this stuff and I still needed it spelled out in front of my face. My favorite thing about this sub is how I can come here every day and get kicked in the face by obvious facts about reality that help me get my shit straight. I don't come here to be coddled. If I post on asktrp I expect guys to be direct and resourceful without regard for whether or not they said it "nicely." I clicked on this post as soon as I saw it because I immediately thought, "Yeah, you need to read this you … | /r/TheRedPill | 02/11/15 06:28 PM
Stay away from "Independent" career womenI remember my male friends telling me that women described me as "forceful" even though I was never violent, always used logic in arguments, never yelled, or viciously manipulated anyone. It's basically woman speak for someone who refuses to be manipulated and beta-fied by them. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/10/15 06:10 PM
Advice on opening/day gameNope. Not ugly. I have a cochlear implant and hearing aid that I can tell throws some women off which is just annoying and admittedly discouraging sometimes. It's like showing up to race day at Daytona and being disqualified the second you step onto the premises because an official doesn't like the way you wear your hat. You're right though. I like posting here because I consider it a way to think out loud. I can't affirm my being a wuss every time it happens so it's nice to be able to hear it f… | /r/askTRP | 21/10/15 08:30 PM
Advice on opening/day gameI too have seen guys post about that. Sounds like I was right and am just psyching myself out for now reason. Damn, letting go of those Beta tendencies is harder than I thought it would be. | /r/askTRP | 21/10/15 08:25 PM
Guy is secretly loaded with cash but does not tell his gf, she leaves him then finds out from his friends that he has been hiding his wealth from her (hamestering ensues) Re-Post"If a man with disposable income meets a woman he likes, doesn't he want to treat her?" My sides. So she fucking thinks that just because the guy has discretionary income she's somehow entitled to it? Will is fucking obligated to spend money on her? Get outta here with that shit. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/10/15 06:25 PM
Question on what to do after getting a number at a party. You're a well of knowledge, my man. Sounds like the only way I'll know what I'm comfortable with and can get away with is to go do it. I think it's time to stop being a lil bitch and set this up. Who knows, could make for a good FR, haha. | /r/askTRP | 15/09/15 05:19 PM
Question on what to do after getting a number at a party.Hate reviving an old thread, but just had an important thought. What if she asks to bring friends or shows up with a friend regardless? I can't think of how to get out of that bind. | /r/askTRP | 15/09/15 01:22 AM
Question on what to do after getting a number at a party.Well it's not like my life is over if it ends up awkward and I have to take her home. But nothing is going to happen at all if I don't try. I think I've got a plan now, and I feel prepared enough to deal with whatever goes down. It'll probably be somewhere divey anyway since I don't think she's 21 yet. Thanks for the thoughts my man. | /r/askTRP | 14/09/15 01:09 AM
Question on what to do after getting a number at a party.Appreciate the feedback. I think I've got me a good plan now. Gotta keep abundance in mind here and not spend forever thinking about this. | /r/askTRP | 14/09/15 12:44 AM
Question on what to do after getting a number at a party.Does that really work? I've never tried it. I always assumed the girl would see through it. Though I suppose I could throw it back on her by saying "What, like you've never had friends flake on you before?" except playfully, obviously. It'd be a hell of a lot easier to just pretend friends were supposed to meet me and make up excuses for their absence then to try and coordinate having some actually go out haha. | /r/askTRP | 14/09/15 12:43 AM
Question on what to do after getting a number at a party.Yeah I feel that. I don't want to seem like I'm putting too much thought into this, but I am still a bit new to RP strategy. I'm willing to just set up something this weekend and do my best but treat it as a learning experience. Gotta learn somehow, yeah? | /r/askTRP | 13/09/15 11:48 PM
Question on what to do after getting a number at a party.Hmm. I think I have some ideas brewing... I know I'll have some cool stuff going on in a few weeks, but is that too long? I'd like to think it's good to give people time to plan for shit. Otherwise it looks like my best option is to try and hit a bar this weekend and see if I can't get a few friends to go with me. | /r/askTRP | 13/09/15 11:39 PM
Question on what to do after getting a number at a party. Are we talking lunch? Or make some plans for this weekend? I think that's what I'm torn between. Something casual or something slightly above that. | /r/askTRP | 13/09/15 10:17 PM
"A new book answers why it’s so hard for educated women to find dates" - Hidden RP Gold"room temperature IQ" I'm laughing in public, dammit. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/08/15 06:28 PM
You should know: You're being watched, and branded, for taking part in this subreddit.Goddamn. That's a huge list. Does it take a long time to make something like that? | /r/TheRedPill | 30/07/15 01:40 AM
Go out alone.Hahaha, in a way it lets me do that. But sadly I don't get to pick what gets turned down. And I still don't hear much to begin with so the loudness just keeps me from hearing what people are saying. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/07/15 05:01 PM
Go out alone.I've gone out alone a few times. I didn't really talk to anyone but I felt fucking awesome for doing it. I just got a cochlear implant and I have to be honest and say that it's discouraged me from wanting to go out, but this post gave me second wind. God bless OP | /r/TheRedPill | 12/07/15 12:39 AM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Ahh. True. The more I think about it the more it seems that asking questions gives them too much control over the conversation perhaps? The example you gave sounds golden, very TRP. I can picture the likely reaction I'd get right now, lol. | /r/askTRP | 05/07/15 03:28 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).I appreciate your thoughts. It's hard to relate without also having a hearing loss. Sounds like the hardest part of that will be calling them out in a way that does not make me sound butthurt. So maybe something like. "What would my prize even be for lying about something like that?" | /r/askTRP | 04/07/15 12:26 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Yes, or that I'm more drunk than I am or that I'm too dumb to actually listen enough to respond with something that's even a little but relevant to what they are saying since sometimes I just have to guess. I have to "guess" my way through most conversations in noisy environments. I've had women deny the existence of my hearing loss despite being shown my hearing aids. | /r/askTRP | 03/07/15 07:07 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Maybe "less successful" wasn't the best way to convey that point. Regardless, what you just said is something I can definitely see myself doing. But would I not then be putting too much faith into her being understanding? | /r/askTRP | 02/07/15 05:07 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Oh my god. How have I not seen this movie?!!?!? I am so uninitiated... | /r/askTRP | 02/07/15 01:14 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Hmm. So the idea is to not give her too much time to think past whether or not she finds me attractive initially by being quick and direct? I think the longer it takes me to move someone outside or wherever the less likely it is ill be successful. I agree with your last sentence. And if that happens...next! | /r/askTRP | 02/07/15 12:49 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party). Thanks for the thoughts. Also thanks for appreciating what a shit deal it is when it comes to trying to hit on women. Sounds like I'm just going to have to be okay with being slightly less successful than most since I have to move things to a place I can function in. | /r/askTRP | 02/07/15 12:46 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Not a bad idea.. | /r/askTRP | 02/07/15 12:43 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Good point, thanks. I'll learn to keep that in mind. | /r/askTRP | 01/07/15 03:42 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Good thought. I'm thinking I may need to make a very liberal use of the abundance theory, simply for my own sake. I used to get very caught up in trying to explain to women how best to communicate for me and it's impossible to communicate everything that makes things easier for me without being boring as hell. | /r/askTRP | 01/07/15 03:18 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).I guess that's really my only play. Makes sense that I may as well accept that and just get really good at it. | /r/askTRP | 01/07/15 03:16 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Hmm. I used to believe that. It really depends on the woman. It's intimidating to some and it confuses others. But that's just where I need to apply abundance and go my merry way: something I'm still learning. | /r/askTRP | 01/07/15 03:15 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).I'm not really sure how to respond because on one hand I understand the mentality of what you're saying here. On the other I can't wrap my head around how the interaction is going to progress if I have no verbal references to go off of. Won't I come across as a drunken idiot because none of what I'm saying is even remotely related to what she is saying? I don't mean to flail around, but I still don't understand what I'm not seeing here. | /r/askTRP | 01/07/15 02:04 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Interesting, I like that. It'll be a challenge to "train" myself to not obsess over missing exactly what is being said. I don't like missing out but I also don't get a choice. Maybe I should spend more time at bars that at least have a patio or some other outside area? This would be opposed to the tiny concrete boxes that are the bars most of my peers frequent. | /r/askTRP | 01/07/15 01:34 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).Yup. I didn't want to bloat my entry with a ton of backstory but it looks like I need to clarify something. I'm deaf in one ear and profoundly HoH in the other. Worn an aid in that ear since I was 7. I feel like what you are suggesting with pretending the things they have to say are not important is something I am already doing. Unfortunately it isn't conscious because I have no idea what they are saying anyway lmfao. I swear each encounter is like playing Marco Polo. I am not good at Marco Polo… | /r/askTRP | 01/07/15 01:30 PM
Profound hearing loss affecting game. (Not a pity party).I tried to keep it short, but I guess maybe I left too much out? It was congenital but we didn't notice anything until I was about 7. I've worn a hearing aid in my right ear my whole life and I am completely deaf in the left. It's hard to explain exactly how crippling it can be in certain social environments. I am certainly never giving up as quitters never win anything. At the same time, I don't think there is any harm in trying to make things easier for myself. | /r/askTRP | 01/07/15 01:25 PM
