Try to get in your home else you will loose it. It's your right. If that's not possible then get an office such as we work or regus etc to sleep temporary. Get 0% interest credit card. https://forum.mensdivorce.com/viewtopic.php?t=13374

Reduced by about 100/month. Judge said it's bad faith. How is that bad faith when court agrees to reduce CS

First , file a criminal complaint against her for DV. There is no Justice . Don’t expect it from courts . It’s a divorce and DV industry that is set up to fund lawyers . You are so lucky that u don’t have kids. Never keep any woman I your home again.

I am already 40k in about a yr. No end in sight Trust me if you r paying 450/hr then very soon you will hit 10 k mark. That's their goal. And what I have seen that both lawyers discuss often how to milk most from both of you. I don't talk that much. May be once in 2 months. because I have lost faith in them and do my own research on statutes and case law. In fact in some instances I told him what the case law is.

Yes. I have heard that too. Still not sure what they are so overpriced if they are mediocre in legal community.

Yes. I think it's a bad luck. Partly because I had just moved to the state (NJ) and don't have local circle. How did you find your second lawyer? Really struggling to decide if the lawyer will be good. I have no choice to rely on online reviews (google Avvo). That hasn't worked so far.

For ex. If I tell him (lawyer) to ask judge for more parenting time, he would try hard to convince me that judge won't give it or wait for right time and all BS. (He sent 1 page email to me on this) He gave me wrong numbers for child support and several other small things

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
