NJ. Custody trial in 3 months for 5 yr old. Currently I have 5/14. My evaluator recommended 50 50 2 yrs back. Her evaluator wrote that I should not have have 50 50 because of the conflict.. Ignored the fact that that ex created more conflict. Parenting coordinator is against me deliberately.

Pretty sure judge is going to side with them and keep current PT.

How do you fight these money sucking liers?
