Anything can be "bad" if used excessively.

I stopped paying the TV License years ago. The most pointless tax in existence.

I don't think I ever had a male babysitter growing up, but thinking back on it now, whenever we were left in the care of my aunts and uncle-in-laws it was always the uncles that would take us out to the park, to the beach, to the swimming pool etc... Generally keeping us active.

Not gonna lie, even as a gay man I find myself subconsciously crossing the street if I end up getting too close walking behind a woman, particularly at night. It seems so stupid because I know I'm not a threat at all. But in the end, I'd rather inconvenience myself a little than give someone the wrong idea.

Yeah, gay man here with similar views to the OP. If I ever tried expressing these views openly at work I would be cancelled immediately and reported to HR. 😅

I enjoy keeping my place clean and tidy, but I hate cleaning up after other people. Just as well I don't have a family. 😅

Speaking as someone who's ex used to use the threat of "suicide" as a means of emotional manipulation, people who use less lethal methods to attempt suicide are usually just doing it for attention. Sorry, but that's a hill I will die on.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
