Personally I don't mind them being upfront about kids. Let me know early so nobody's time gets wasted. Scumbags that target women with children (is that a thing?) will be scumbags to whoever they're dating anyway.

Ah I see what you’re saying, I was only thinking about homes and how neighborhoods are structured. My town just fought hard to fight the expansion of public transportation (a metro system). The argument against it was so few people needed or used the existing public transportation (buses, trains) and the benefit of providing more services on top of those systems didn't come close to justifying what it would cost. Suburbs do this by design to keep poor people away. Planners didn't sit down and brainstorm how to keep poor people out... This is just a consequence of a big community of people all wanting a quarter acre of their own property for their kids to play on.
