First, SMV isn't just looks but I sense your self-rate is based on looks only. Second, sorry to break it for you but looks wise if you're 5'9 with 10 or 15 pounds overweight and out of shape you can't be a 8. It's almost impossible. Only if you had a really top tier face but I really doubt it because being overweight equals a not so lean face.

I assume you can talk and don't look completely hideous. If so you can make friends and fuck girls. Social skills are huge factor of your SMV. My plan right now when getting out is to drink less and avoid getting drunk. It's a sacrifice I'm willing for two reasons: 1) lose fat and 2) up my game. Normally I got some drinks to put me on the zone but sometimes I end binge drinking and the day after binge eating...not good.
