I'll put it in its most simplest terms. Do you want to hang with people who pull you down or lift you up?

OP the problem is not with them. The problem is that you still have some amount of insecurity left in you that other guys are picking up on. If you didn't you wouldn't be on the internet asking strangers for advice when you're 6'3 and jacked. Quite frankly, what I'm reading is you're a man boy. Be a man. Quit worrying what the fuck someone is saying. They drop shit back you drop shit back. Give them a shit test. That's what being a man is about.

I read your last post. Congratulations for stop lying to yourself. I wouldn't call the last post whiny. It was whiny mixed in with a phony tough guy complex. Now that you are truthful with yourself and us maybe you can now start moving forward. It appears you do have more to work on in life than just pussy. So, do it.

And THIS is why you should not do this. Comes from an upper middle class family. Now she's getting her little freak on. What happens if her family ever found the tape? Think she tells them I'm a freak? No. The hamster starts turning and suddenly she's telling them you raped her.

Very true. And my thinking was on the lines of a 20 pound gain in six months. A gain like that I think you would see a fat gain. I have seen some get a lean gain like that in six months. But they were professional athletes and I still question if they couldn't have been juicing. But you're on the money

I don't know. That's a bit of a pet peeve and curiosity I've had. I've lifted weights most my life. Lot of guys say they lifted six months and suddenly gained 20 pounds. Not saying its impossible but seems a stretch for a beginner just starting out who doesn't even know the right food to eat or how much to eat. Plus, when you bulk you'll gain fat. You bulk then you cut. Rinse and repeat. Never hear that. Its just "I lifted now I'm a badass."

I lifted all summer and gained 2.5 pounds of muscle. Now my SMV is sky high. I go to the mall and the chicks drool. I'm like I know what these bitches want. I'm spinning three plates. Two of the chicks texted me their tit pics and I made out with one. My other plate is European. I Skype that plate all the time. But I had to do a hard next. Bitch found out I was16 and started hamstering

The definition of an alpha male is he leads. He is the leader. But you say don't lead the conversation. That is contradictory, oh wise one. Being the first to speak has nothing to do with beta. Beta is being weak in the conversation. It's how you say it not when you say it. A beta asks a question. An alpha makes a statement. Worry more about developing conversation skills and less on when something is said. No one else in the party cares except you.

I'm a bit confused now with what u/tepper2 posted and what you have up. Did you edit? You say you've been very honest with this girl, but it doesn't look like it. Contrary to what some other posters have said, you need to tell her your not dating exclusive from the start. Then to prove your not dating exclusive you need to date other women. As another poster said, you have a girlfriend. That's not on her. That's on you. You are in this predicament because of you. Now you want to slink around and…

And I never said the terminology was not needed. I said many use the terminology incorrectly. There's a difference. A person can't say they have a plate when all they have is one girl. That's not a plate. I have no clue why you think I think just doing masculine things makes you Alpha. No, I don't think that. But I will say it will put you one step closer to being Alpha. And I never said one word about video games in this post. That is someone else's comment and it took a mind of it's own. I'd c…

I don't understand how so many people don't get this. You didn't have a plate. That was not your first plate. You had a girlfriend. In order to have a plate, you have to have other women as well. Based upon what I am reading, you only had her. That is not spinning plates. That also shows a point where it looks like you went wrong. You don't have an abundance mentality. If you did, you wouldn't have put up with all this bullshit to begin with. Based upon this post, you let her take control of the…

You can take a look at meetup.com and see what kind of groups may be in your area. But be warned, you could meet some cool people or you could also meet some fat dumpy chicks trying to be outdoorsy and some Betas who don't know how to go into the fucking woods by themselves, so they have to have an Alpha lead them. I know. I'm a hiking trip leader. For me, my best group of friends I found just by posting up on Facebook years ago, who the hell wants to climb a mountain in the snow with me? Bingo.…

Others have already answered this, but I'll also agree. Get rid of him. Cut him out of your life. I'm 40 years old and do you want to know one of the worst mistakes in my life I ever made? I think about it to this day. I had gotten out of the Army where I was used to being around Alpha males and just doing the shit we wanted to do. I got out and went to college. But the only friends I found at that time were some old high school buddies. I started hanging with them and they were Beta as shit. It…

I'll say that it is a combination of both. An Alpha male will lead conversation, but also do it in few words as u/vandaalen pointed out. It's an art form. You shouldn't really be the strong, silent and brooding type. If this is how you roll, then you are venturing into Gamma male territory. I've known many Alpha males to lead conversations. Sometimes through just body language. You're in a conversation. You're talking about something. Then there's the one guy who steers the convo in an entirely …

They are assholes because they have some amount of Alpha male in them, which is what every man on this board should be striving to become. You need to have male/male relationships just as much as male/female. In order to do that, the best allies are not running away from Alpha males and then surrounding yourself with Betas. The best way is to hang out with the "assholes." Learn to talk with the "assholes." And in the end, you should also become one of the "assholes."

There should be a write up or something on male/male interactions. This is the second post in a week I've seen where someone is misjudging what other men perceive him as. The other one wanted to go fight them and now this one is confused and feels disrespected. OP. Go to You Tube, type in "Gran Torino barber shop" and watch the first clip. You want to know how men talk to each other. This is the prime example.

Ohhhh... I got you. I assume competitiveness and their own mindset of "I can do anything a guy can do." Alpha females. They are going to try. I wouldn't be surprised if some did complete it. But, in the end, I think they're washout rate is going to be well above 50 percent. I'd say it would be around 95 percent.

You're on a journey. You may have never noticed it before swallowing the pill. But now you've opened your eyes to the masculinity of other men and their own dominance or lack of dominance. In the end, you have to realize that its not about them. Its about you. Just because they are looking at you doesn't mean they give a rats ass about you. 99 percent of the time they don't. Next time this happens try to be open instead of hostile. Throw out a what's up or how you doing? A confident man is not o…

That's usually a shit test among men. I've been around these types all my life. They aren't going to do shit. They're just establishing dominance. You just fire back. Smile, laugh and say "Okay man better bring a fucking army." They'll laugh it off and next thing you know you've got a Chad Thundercock friend. You don't want to try and one up them. You want to show you're on their level

And you don't think a sub that promotes self improvement among men, living up to your own expectations, and embracing your manhood can't also produce tomorrows leaders? One man can do a lot. Ghandi, Lincoln, both Roosevelt's. The list goes on and on. And all of these men were Red Pill in their own way.

You'll hurt no ones feelings if you are honest and up front. Make sure you are telling these women that you are not dating exclusively. An abundance personality only comes when you start talking to more than one woman. When you finally tell first girl I'm not dating exclusively and she says okay then you have a date lined up with someone else the next night. Abundance takes some time.

I like realmenrealstyle.com. its put together by a former Marine and he has good advice. Also take a look at the You Tube channel Alpha M. My advice is learn the basics of style. Then start googling the kind of looks you like. Then you can start putting together a wardrobe that is stylish but fits you personally.

Great response. It's exactly what I'm doing right now. The last couple of months I have been more sociable and working on the rapport. A couple of weeks ago, I had a 5 minute convo with a guy who is a boxer and he invited me out to his club. Last night, I joked with the cashier at the convenience store. She said her scanner was out and she had to do everything by hand and I mentioned the afternoon rush will be fun. She just sheepishly said something and I fired back, "Don't want to answer that q…

Well, of course. I don't not agree. You're absolutely correct. But in the end, a man still has far more biological advantages in that regard than women. I would like to find out more about disorders based upon the age of the father. Everything I had always heard centered around the age of the mother and how once past say 35 those kind of disorders become more prevalent. I'll have to look that up. Very interesting.

You've been given some good answers. But one thing I'd point out is you talking about how you want to have kids. You act as though you are on a biological clock. As a man, you have no clock. There's men having kids when they are 60. You are letting this supposed biological clock dictate you and it's guiding you into BP behavior. I understand the need and want to sire children. I am 40 and have two myself. But what you do not want to happen is to settle just so you can have kids. It sounds like y…

Most of the focus I have ever seen on this sub is not casual sex. Mostly what it teaches is to "spin plates." That means having two, three or four women as activity partners. Yes, sex is part of it, but it doesn't have to be. It's having someone you can call up and say, hey, I need you to go with me to a party on Saturday. But the sub does promote LTR's as well. You ask how do you weed out the whores? That's why the site promotes spinning plates. That's a trial phase, so to speak. You're not exc…

Fucking embrace who you are. I'm bald. Been bald for the last 22 years and wear a goattee. I fucking rock my look. I'm not going around wearing suits and fake Rolexes. But I rock my look. It's not harey karey. I rock a country boy kind of look that makes me look a bit like Jason Aldean and the bitches love it. The apartment pool to me is the easiest place in the world to start a conversation. Hell, all you have to do is say "Damn, it's hot today" to strike up a convo. You'll figure out quick if she's interested. She'll either just kind of ignore you or she'll drop what she's doing and start concentrating on you. But don't give up just after the first comment. You'll need to say a couple of more things to see if she's interested.

Fighting in the bar is for the movies and stupid. I've been in bar fights. You don't fight in the bar because the cops will be called. 95 percent of the time you end up stepping outside and going out back so no one will see. Or, they wait on you and jump you when you walk out the door and get near your car and it ends up in the parking lot. These are things that have happened to me. I've been in dozens of fights. 90 percent of the time they go to the ground. So learning how to MMA fight like Bra…

Its BDSM. Its called master-slave. The hardcore bondage people can go to extremes in some things and get very Dark Triad. I've heard of some master-slave relationships where the woman has to ask permission from master for everything. Sounds like she saw 50 Shades of Grey, though, and wants some Hollywood BDSM so should be easy. She knew anything really about it she wouldn't be in Tinder looking for masters. Most of those are on Fetlife. Yeah, just go to r/BDSM.

I've been in lots of fights. Mostly as a kid. A few when I was a young adult. There's not one damn thing that's great about a bar fight. First, if the cops come you'll have something on your record. Second, you don't have a damn clue about how your opponent fights. You may be thinking your Billy Bad Ass and he kicks your ass. Take boxing lessons or Brazilian jiu jitsu or wrestling. I've did all that and its a helluva lot more exhilarating than getting in a bar fight hoping some stranger isn't go…

CEO's risk more with divorce rape. The woman finds out, decides she now has an easy way out and next thing you know he's paying child support and alimony. Politicians, divorce rape to an extent, but also the added bonus of public scrutiny. Like former NY Gov. Eliot Spitzer when he was caught in a prostitution rings a few years ago. You have former Gov. First off, I see you're username has TN, so I would assume you're from Tennessee? Me, as well. Go Vols! I don't know if you can really "partner" for TRP. Each person swallows the pill individually and each person must make their journey individually. Does that mean you can't also have people to talk to about it along the way? Certainly not. The thing I loved is at the end of the Bimbo video. After he makes the remark about escorting the bimbos back to plastic surgery, what is their reaction? They smile and laugh. They see him as high SMV. So, they take his insults and laugh and giggle. A low SMV man? They would have been on him in a second belittling him. A textbook scenario of how high SMV works.

You answered your own question. They are physical and mental studs. They are the Alphas of the military. What makes them think they'll make it through? Because they are already the best of the best when they are sent there. They are serving in 75th Ranger Regiment. They are the top of the crop in their officer classes. They are in recon platoons killing it. No one goes through thinking "Hopefullly I'll get through." If you do then you are already done. I don't know what else to tell you except i…

This was supposed to be a pilot program. But yet the General of the Army has already said that there will be more women go to Ranger School again even after this. Feminists want equality. But yet the elephant in the room is their can never be total equality because of physical differences. The majority of men are physically and mentally stronger. Feminists will say no and bring up their strongest against men's weakest. But that's not how it works. That's comparing apples to oranges. This test sh…

I replied on that post I actually ended up posting in TRP with a topic inspired by that post. First, to the passive aggressive douche. Most guys don't do that. Women do that. Men are direct. But if you do find that then you need to adopt the mantra I don't give a fuck. Listen, end the conversation and cut him off. Unless it's your boss, you have the final say so on who you talk to and who you hang with. You said its working. Focus on that. Care less about why. Does it raise your SMV? Yes, of cou…
