Get help mate. I smoke two packs a week and feel like its too much. At this rate you must reek of smoke and your lungs gotta be black as coal, not to mention your skin and lips. As to the benefits. Im new here but from what he wrote it was probably a shit test. She "felt" like ditching him, so she did. If he had let her do this further on the shit tests would have become bolder. Yet he didn't give in at all this time, wich immediately broke the spell. Shit tests will always keep happening from time to time. Even to the most alpha males.
