Generally when people say TRP is full of "misogynist, neckbeard, virgin, losers" it's because that's what everyone else on reddit tells them. They see bastardized summaries of this subreddit in random threads and adopt the belief for them self.

However, when people like me -- who become curious about TRP after seeing it mentioned everywhere (I once saw it mentioned in the same breath as child porn and necrophilia porn) -- decide to check it out one day, it's amazing what happens... most of the shit on here actually makes sense! It's not anything like the rest of reddit says it is! And it especially makes sense when you can draw parallels between TRP theories and actual events from your life. This is what leads to "unplugging".

But welcome to TRP.

Honestly TRP is more in line with the way people think in the real world from my experience. The rest of reddit is full of extreme left wing utopian and PC police. Your average joe usually is aware to some degree that women are hypergamous and that improving yourself makes you more attractive. Life isn't the fairytale that the rest of reddit tells you it is or ought to be.

This sub is... I never thought say this unironically... empowering.

Before I found this sub, I bought the bullshit that nobody could make sense of women. You've got these famous, brilliant guys with quotes about how women are utterly incomprehensible.

Now, thanks to the internet, we know what women are doing. Over 90% of female behavior can be explained by:

Alpha fucks/Beta bucks
Briffault's Law
Covert communication/Powertalk
Solipsism
SMV

If a guy was ONLY familiar with those concepts, that would be enough.

You're right this sub is about self improvement. So how about I I give you a helpful self improvement tip.

Split your ideas up into paragraphs. This isnt a fee write that you are doing for your six grade English class. There are grown ass men, some of whom are as old as your dad reading your shit.

A big part of being a successful man, especially in our white collar world is being an effective communicator. So it is my recommendation that if you want to TRP off with us, you stop writing like a little boy. It will only help you in the long run.

I recently called put a friend on Christmas day for being a red piller type person. He was talking shit about how women were just cum dumpsters not only in front of men but women as well, fucking rude dip shit kid. Anyway I got home and I thought to myself that I'd mever actually been to TRP and pmly thought I kmew what it was from posts on reddit. So I come here and what can I say. Great sub reddit. Some people think this subreddit comprises advice about how to become an alpha, for guys that aren't alpha.

But I prefer to think about it like this: this subreddit tells you: turn off your beta mode, turn on your alpha mode. (Women don't have an alpha mode to turn on; only men have)

Why? Because women prefer superior men.

In other words, this subreddit teaches you the following:

1º) Female gender is inferior to male gender, this is why women prefer and need to select alpha, superior men, and so they are hypergamous. (That is: female inferiority is the biological basis of female biological hypergamy. Women only want to fuck the best male genes; but men would love to fuck as many women as possible if they could -promiscuity is male; selectiveness is female-)

2º) So, according to that natural state of things, you should enter your alpha mode, and you should treat women according to their inferiority, that is, don't put them on a pedestal.

I find this subreddit's public image to be comparable to the current cloud surrounding Muslims. Stick with me;

Most people who sub here are benefiting from the supportive community, and focus on self improvement. It can be a very positive way to live. They might have a few controversial views but that's not why they are here.

" Extremists " can find justification for their hatred (especially for their misogynistic mindsets) despite that not being the core message and benefit the community aims to have. This is usually the most vocal group, scanning subs like twox to post the red pill version of things. They get off on the thrill.

People see the gems these extremists drop and only have that to associate with the community. And it is repeatedly reinforced.

Perhaps better defining your values and vocally condemning the hatred would bring more understanding your way.

Yes there's a ton of threads that are extreme but then again all of the smaller subs have those. Also the language is quite bellicose but you need to remember who who the audience is, it's men giving men instruction.

The fact is the core ideas are dead on accurate. In every thread that has some poor schmuck looking for advice you'll see "don't listen to that rp crap" followed by rp advice.

Once you take a non-superficial look at this subreddit and read the information in the sidebar your opinion of this subreddit may change. There is a certain mindset that needs to be adopted after you take the red pill.

This mindset runs counter to mainstream thinking. Before becoming a redpiller a lot of the behavior of women is pretty mysterious. It doesn't make sense to us because men and women react differently given the same situation. After become a redpiller you are able to analyze the behavior of women and understand the "why".

Whether you like it or not, you are impressionable. We are all impressionable. When you're surrounded by negative people, you will be negative. When you read forums full of immature children, you will be immature. When you see 20 commercials a day you will want to spend money on bullshit.

Similarly, when you read good non-fiction, you will be wiser. When you surround yourself with positive people, you will be positive. When you only watch high quality media (preferably without the commercials), you will be entertained in a healthy way.

This is absolutely critical. My first six months of swallowing the pill were slowed down significantly because I had negative and lazy friends and worked with children pretending to be adults. Quitting my job and finding cool friends has accelerated my progress by a huge extent. Do not become friends with lazy and negative people. If you're surrounded by idiots at your place of work then get out. If you watch mainstream shows like The Big Bang Theory then stop and find some higher quality media. If you have trouble reading a book then you're probably on the internet too much and your attention span has taken a hit. Start reading some good books.

Don't let bullshit into your headspace. Be absolutely unforgiving when it comes to this.

It shouldn't be surprising that people hate it.

This sub teaches many things which are definitely contra to values held by society (read: The Blue Pill).

This sub opposes the rhetoric that men and women are the same, have no inherent behavioural differences or separate roles in society.

It also opposes the way men are often portrayed to act in popular culture, which is heavily different to the conditions and mating strategies that the human species has evolved through.

RP is about defining and embracing the differences between the sexes and sexual strategy. Understanding behavioural differences between men and women ("Holy shit you're saying that men and women behave differently? You must be a fucking sexist pig!"), and using this to your advantage.

After reading through a few posts on here I have found that the general idea about this sub is way way off. They hate women, they think they don't need to ever see a woman, blah blah blah.

And then you see posts on this subreddit titled "Women and the Art of Lying" with over 350 upvotes completely generalizing about how all women are great liars. Do you still wonder where those stereotypes of this sub "hating women" comes from? From what I've seen, there is a lot of ignorance in this subreddit, riddled with truth, but there is still a lot of ignorance and a mentality that only polarizes the relationship between men and women.
