No looks are the most important thing. I would rather be Chris Hemsworth than Bill Gates. I would rather be me than Bill Gates. Bill Gates even with money prolly didn't have a great sex life. yikes

odd to conflate short and "less masculine", plenty of masculine manlets out there.

That's pretty lame if you ask me OP teach us how to be cool and judgemental on other people's sex lives like you, that's what cool people do right?

lmao, nah. We're not talking about the octagon, we're not talking about the ring. We're talking about 5 average size dudes bum rushing jon jones on the street. Jones might crack one in the skull and then he's fucking toast I don't know if you have ever witnessed a street fight, but I'm done here. It's next level stupidity to think Jones has a chance without a ref in the octagon

Can you explain the brain damage that prevents people from understanding the context with which OP asked the question? It's all over this discussion. How does one become that obtuse? it's impressive. Your answer is also not specific to women, either. If you don't think UMC women drink more than UMC men you should justify that, but your answer is sorely lacking from multiple angles.

People should have more hangups if anything poor kid who goes to school with all of their classmates having seen their dad's dick or their mom being jizzed on by randoms Why are men in general like "nope you did porn, and not worth of commitment" but will get down on one knee for Becky who has had her hole stretched out by multiple men before you? The only difference being one is on camera and the other is not. big fucking difference

Some players are successful but most make women their entire life and are losers otherwise. Note: does not apply to those who were born good looking and rich.

"Their way of life is slowly changing, but there is a real sense of pride in the way they live," he says. "Men and women are very much equals, but the women are just a little more in charge." So not equals.

your viewpoint is quite frankly toxic femininity at it's finest. They expect a man that is beyond them in both looks and earning capacity this is the very definition of entitlement, and you are calling it "having standards" lmao

Wow you must be pretty ignorant of history then, European white women were literally property to their white husbands for quite a while. Try reading a book sometime.

The only reason it's acceptable is because it's a woman doing that to men. If it was the other way around, people would be furious. nope. If it was the other way around the person selling the bathwater would go broke. No women would buy it.

Also the heavy dose of white supremacy you'll find there. Like, we all know that white = higher SMV in most dating markets. But red pill subs are quick to cross from there to "black people are dumber" "asians/indians are ugly and short and weak and therefore inferior" "white women are hotter and superior so if you aren't dating a white woman it's because your SMV is low" Red pill white guys (and self-hating asians/blacks/hispanics/etc) legitimately see whites as genetically superior and non-whit…

uhh, no? This is a scarecrow argument. That literally never happens (getting crucified) except by Intel guys. In fact the "men can't say they want skinny women" trope is also overblown

I say, it's harder for short men to get an attractive woman, true but it's especially harder to get an attractive girly woman for them. nope

We don't know radio waves exist? Nah, we do. I listen to the radio everyday.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/19 10:09 PM
3

this is a pretty ridiculous argument to make. Using this logic a colorblind person could rightfully claim colors dont exist, and a person who ate mushrooms could rightfully claim there are people living in the trees.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/19 08:46 PM
3

"unmediated by instruments" is a meaningless fallacy. You can't hear radio waves with your ears and you can't see x rays with your eyes but they both exist, and your strange obsession with "seeing it without instruments" would get you killed in the case of x-rays

hahaha height queens who gives a fuck about them. they tend to have more masculine bodies and facial structures, and aren't girly, hence they want a big manly man to make them seem more girly because they aren't naturally so why does it bother you so badly that 5'4" men date girly women?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/19 08:13 PM
1

nah. does it really bother you so much that all kinds of women get with 5'4" dudes? lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/19 08:03 PM
1

I don't know anything about YOUR definition but the definition of girly is feminine
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/19 07:59 PM
0

lol. Feel free to believe that, I prefer to believe what I see with my own two eyes. girly women want exceptional men, and height is one of the few factors that matters. short, charismatic, handsome shits on tall and strong but unattractive and uncharismatic
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/19 07:56 PM
2

you're massively OVERESTIMATING how much you need to compensate. Doesn't red pill preach "see what they do not what they say"? if a 5'4" man needs to make near $300k to be as attractive as a 5'10 (which is nothing special) then no 5'4" guys anywhere would have women. there wouldn't even be 5'4" guys. That aint the case. Don't be stupid enough to think those studies show anything
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/19 07:52 PM
1

why would you be? Know plenty of short dudes with submissive girly women. Then again most dudes I know in a relationship have a girly women. Don't know many men dating tomboys

/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/19 07:24 PM

Yeah apply OPs arguments to race (white people = more desired in the relationship and dating market) and it gets messy fast with the op's idiotic 'entitlement' claim
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/19 06:59 PM
3

OP is just one step short of saying "non-whites are entitled because they want white men/women" "non-whiteness is low SMV, you shouldn't demand a high value lover if you're not high value yourself" lmao

If you wait until after college to lock down an attractive, marriage-minded partner, you are going to have a bad time. This is false in the part of the United States I am. The vast majority of people find their partners after college. Very few marry "college sweethearts"

do you always personally attack people who have the opposite viewpoint as you and call them stupid? Wow and I thought this was a debate sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/19 06:18 AM
1

Yeah there are a lot of RPmorons on this sub and anyone who actually believes in the philosophy you're talking about: A woman that decides to change her dating behavior is disingenuous and dishonest, while a man that does it by no longer offering commitment on a silver platter, is “just doing what’s supposed to be done”. is a total moron. I'm just saying it's done by both genders
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/19 06:16 AM
1

Cringe. Women change their dating behavior from going from "bad boys" to secure/stable men on the regular. Women have a lot more leeway to change their dating behavior and to acknowledge their preferences than men do. It's not even close.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/19 02:50 AM

I mean I find some skinny women without curves attractive too. I'm just saying it's weird as fuck to call liking "huge fat assed girls" a "weird millenial fetish"

no shit, but they also wont stick around for months either if they have options

/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/19 03:45 AM

This is a bit of a tangent but what are your thoughts on artificial wombs (+ freezing eggs, tying tubes etc)? That would allow 100% consequence-free female sexualty.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/19 03:32 AM
1

Why is it not wrong?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/19 03:31 AM
6

No, it really isn't. It is dodging responsibility. If someone is being paid to get rid of a "problem" you have, that you've created, you are not being responsible for it. So if I go to a mechanic to fix my car and pay them I'm not being responsible for it? what kind of utter nonsense is this logic? I'll quote you, in fact: …..This makes no sense. Not logically consistent at all.

I'm all for moms having the choice to kill their unborn children because until it's born, it's not an autonomous person. She is. Do you not believe there should be some restrictions (such as in the third trimester, or a day before the pregnancy etc) because without it you get things like this where researchers are arguing for "post-birth abortion" the authors argue that what we call ‘after-birth abortion’ (killing a newborn) should be permissible in all the cases where abortion is, including cas…

I think his point is why is the poster saying "Where was Mr Responsibility when it was time to wear the condom" but there is no question asked of the partner "why weren't you responsible and make him wear a condom".
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/19 03:20 AM

Are you a man? What are you arguing? If you have options that means by definition you have mutiple women who are willing to have sex or date you. If one isn't showing interest you by definition have others to pursue.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/19 02:50 AM

Does that not prove that male sexual attraction is indeed, at least partly, created by nurture? Certainly seems that way to me. this is common knowledge. That's why chunky fat women were seen as attractive in ancient greece. Because not having to literally starve is sexier than height muscles or abs.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/19 02:36 AM

Because some men think that once you have sex with a woman then she is trash and must be thrown away. Single use only. That sounds like a retarded mindset. Some men also drink their own urine. Since when is this common outside of pick up artists
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/19 02:30 AM

I think the TRP response would point out that you're basically saying the bottom 80% of men can fuck off. I'm not saying you need to like them but they need some kind of avenue in life. A society isn't going to function if 80% of one gender has no path.

The self improvement stuff on there is useful but in general they ironically are obsessed with getting validation from women and you are absolutely right that they are the male equivalents of the women they criticize. TRP teaches and preaches attracting hot but low value people.

I never said nor implied there's anything wrong with brown women. I like brown and asian women as much as white women. I'd rather be with an Indian 8 than a White 6, that's for damn sure. But the "eww a short brown guy" mentality is pervasive amongst all types of women. Leonardo DiCaprio is actually a good looking man, who could do well with women if he wasn't a celebrity, Aziz Ansari is only able to attract women because of the little fame he has, he is not good looking he is not tall or muscular, he is the opposite of the ideal man tall ,dark and handsome , Aziz is ( short, crispy and unalluring. ) you're basically saying 'leo is white and tall but aziz is brown and short'. so what is he to do? nothing you have said is actionable for any man on this sub, whet…

You have to admit, "your proctologist called he found your head" is a pretty damn good insult. Props to the guys mom who doesn't see the irony in her diatribe, because that insult was fantastic

The story is total horseshit. They cannot just fire employees like that literally on the spot immediately after an unverified complaint. The employees would simply countersue (and win, likely).
/r/TheRedPill24/03/16 08:12 AM
54

Sounds like a bunch of bullshit, to be honest. I've worked with companies in Canada, they do NOT fire people on the spotlike in the story. Either OP is leaving details out (like it actually took 3 weeks and a review process to get the guy fired) or is just straight up making shit up.

Genuinely curious, how did you afford the F150, PT, and Model S off a $25/hr job? Just from saving?

lmao. The only reason the 'rate of improvement' was so great is because of how bad the previous women's records are. Take any event from the 100m to the 5000m, or the pole vault, or the long jump, shot put, women's times are less competitive than men's by more than any other sport. The US National Women's team has played competitive games against top-ranked high school boys' teams, and a WNBA all-star team could play a competitive game against a national-ranked boys team. The tennis story had th…

Dude, I know. There are ultra-swimming events (such as McCardel's 78 mile swim) that /u/Derbi50 was referring to. The fact that the times are insanely skewed and it's not a traditional 'race'... that's exactly my fucking point. Why is this so difficult to grasp? I'm simply explaining what the guy you responded to was talking about.
/r/TheRedPill22/03/16 05:56 AM

No you don't get it. LONG distance. As in the swimming equivalent of ultramarathons (where women also do well). As in swimming the english channel. It's an extreme edge case that is likely more skewed by small sample size than anything else.

Being athletic, working hard in your career, and hobbies are all controllable. but there are a lot of short guys who aren't very good looking. I've been told I'm handsome, not incredibly so, but definitely the height isn't helping me. Worse than that there are some that are ugly. So whats the story for them, shit out of luck? Basically regardless of height not every guy can be a handsome, VERY athletic lawyer...

She really said you're "up there"? I mean 6'/6'1" is tall, but it really isn't that tall. I'm pretty short but with excellent height (and weight, but that's a different story) estimation. I thought my 6'8" coworker was 6'10", that's the farthest off I've ever been. I'm still convinced he must have been 6'8" and a half or so. either way, "damn that guy is tall" doesn't happen until someone hits 6'3" or so. Even 6'2" guys are just "tall guy", not "damn that guy is tall"

The main problem comes when the short girl rejects or is vocal because they want someone taller. It negatively impacts your SMV and social proof with the other women present. I couldn't give less of a shit about one particular girl, it's the social effect that is problematic.
/r/TheRedPill06/03/16 10:45 PM

I shouldn't have to justify shit but FYI I'm not going after the 5'9" beach bottle blondes here, but just to clarify - the actual advice I'm being given here is to leave America? And you're right - I don't want anything to do with that girl. However when miss 5/10 rejects you, it kind of damages your chances with all her attractive friends and hurts social proof in general.

No, women are nurses because it's a relatively easy job that they can get qualified for quickly. I've been around enough nurses (male and female) to know this is a load of horseshit. Sure the rest of your post is mostly on target... this is asinine. Go be a nurse for 6 months and report back how relatively easy it was to wipe the shit and piss out of old, infirm people. Or to wash and tend to bloated diabetic feet, or clean up vomit, or deal with unhinged, aggressive psych patients.

The brogrammer thing is a joke because if you have any alpha in you, you are in sales, marketing, product management, or VC. In tech, sadly, the guys who have alpha tendencies tend to go off the reservation because all those tards on the Asperger's spectrum have no concept of physical dominance. In nature the alpha would pick one up and shake him as an example to others, in SF, that all gets suppressed by ritalin. Ok, I just meant it was no longer as popular as it was. Let's not get carried away. No, you clearly said Dude, nobody does coke anymore. Which is just all around wrong as fuck. It sounds counterintuitive to the media, but your best bet to building a large amount of wealth is to STAY WITH YOUR COMPANY. Live off of their resources like a leech. Some companies provide training programs and will offer to sponsor some graduate programs. Do that. Make your resume as gold as possible to ensure future employment. And 100% of her problems would have been solved if she thought to herself "hmm, I can't afford to pay $1245 on rent on $12.25/hr" before signing a lease and a work contract. Plus, even if she didn't have the foresight or ability to do the math on her living expenses, she could have quit a month after starting when realizing it wasn't going to work out.

I would like to ask the writer of the letter two questions... Did you consider not paying $1245 for rent? Plenty of people commute more than 30 miles a work in order to save money on rent. Did you consider getting a different job? No one is forcing you to work for this shitty company that pays pennies. Why not work elsewhere? I mean when you sign the fucking contract to work for a company, they tell you up front how much they are going to pay you. Before you begin working. Did you not stop and t…

It makes sense. Women are physically smaller than men and have less muscle mass and lower bone density. Therefore instead of evolving to be bigger and stronger (which has happened, but to a lesser degree than in the male sex) female evolution involved a mechanism which could manipulate the bigger, stronger men into doing what they want.

The premise isn't right, there are millions of 6'8" guys in the united states alone. The number of women that tall is in the dozens. It's exceedingly unlikely she'll never meet a man taller than herself.
/r/MGTOW28/01/16 03:45 AM

I have a friend that's 7' tall (claims to be, he could be 6'11" possibly), have had a coworker that was 6'8", and during that time also met several guys in the 6'6"+ range at the same company. 6'8" is rare but certainly nothing like a "not even once in a lifetime" thing. More like a once in a year thing at most.

she will most likely never meet a guy taller than her in her entire life and on the insane chance she does This is insanely wrong, there's almost no doubt she will meet a guy taller than her (there are like 1000x more 6'7" males than females, in fact possibly more) but the thing is the 6'9" guy is probably going to want to go for a 6' - 6'2" girl at the tallest.... AND he has the option of all the 5'0" girls who fetishize height. Your premise is wrong but the conclusion is accurate.

First - your initial post was fantastic. Great stuff, and I totally get the part about setting realistic expectations. I get that at bars/clubs/Tinder, it's an uphill and unlikely battle. The issue I have is at a house party, or conference, or whatever social event, women still look down on short stature (pun semi intended), even if you're fit and sociable. Maybe I've been on this sub too long, and seen one too many links to an obese broke 35+ woman's profile who says 'no short guys' but this su…

One of the best tidbits of business advice I ever received was from a former boss who told me to never, ever just put a turd on the table Whoa now, be careful with this. Some of these problems can be pretty big. If you have 'figured out a potential solution', now the problem is YOUR problem. If you begin working on the problem to fix it, now the problem is YOUR problem. Very, very dangerous advice.

I don't mean this to insult Asian/Asian Indian guys, but being 5'2" and 125 lbs soaking wet ain't gonna cut it. So the point is, what do you suggest for these men? So are you saying that they're shit outta luck period? I'm not 5'2" but I'm under average white/black height for sure. You say set realistic expectations, work on social and self improvement game... but then turn around and say a short asian dude is a joke. FEMALE NATURE IS NECESSARY FOR MALE EXCELLENCE. It isn't, us men are competitive enough as it is. "But we only compete in order to impress women!" Oh, you poor BP fool. Back for the majority of civilized history, when hypergamy was (relatively) under control by society, did men still not strive and aspire for excellence? Yes, they did. Ali Rachel Pearl confessed in an essay in The New York Times that she hadn’t had sex for two whole years. Woman writes in the New York Times she hasn't been laid in two years and gets an outpouring of sympathy from the world. Man admits he hasn't been laid in two months and gets beta shamed by women all over the world. A long dry spell to a woman is two weeks or two days if she so chooses.

Don't get me wrong I tip on every drink but I am not going to throw the barman an extra $20 (again unless I'm a regular) because all that accomplishes is lightening my wallet.

whenever there's a study about sexual habits, insert "admitted to" before every statement. 62% of men between 14 and 15 admitted to have masturbated last year, and 75% of men between 16 and 17 admitted to having masturbated 70% percent of women have admitted to having had intercourse by age 18. more than 2/3 of all sexually experienced teens have admitted to having had 2 or more partners. That way, when the Asian girl who is past her prime needs someone to settle down with, she can rely on Asian parents to keep their boys on a leash and stop them from making their own decisions. I agree with all of this... but why? Asian families love their sons. Sons are treasured in China, India, and other Asian countries. So why do they undermine the children that they love (perhaps even prefer) since birth?

When you're training it's short(no more than 60-70min), balls to the walls, high intensity. Citation needed. If you're already in shape then yeah, keeping it 60-70 mins is ideal. For a lot of people coming to this sub, they may be 10, 20, 30, 50, or 100+ lbs overweight. If you want to drop 10 lbs there's nothing wrong (and probably a lot right) if you spend >90+ minutes in the gym once in a while. Notice that key last part of the sentence.

how the fuck do you get to 130g protein while eating healthy and not bulking? A solid serving of chicken breast is 30g. Let's say you eat that for lunch and dinner, plus a bunch of eggs during breakfast, you'll barely be at 90g.

Wow that was a really excellent post. I have a few questions - first is while bodyweight squatting I need to hold my hands in the air (sort of like a two-handed heil salute lol) and it's really hard to balance all the way down unless my legs are very wide apart. Is this normal? And how do you know if you have long femurs relative to your tibias? I know which bone is which I just don't know how to tell if my proportions are normal or not.

The girlfriend doesn't understand that in most situations, when the boyfriend is checking out another girl, it doesn't matter. The narrator is essentially demonstrating the differences in hypergamy between men and women. Because when women are checking out another guy, it's because they are considering a branch swing. nah not really, the logical explanation for why women like height is they feel 'protected' and that their mate can towers over other men; take that to its logical conclusion, there is really no 'too tall' yeah a 7' guy may not be able to find clothes and will be cramped but that primal instinct is hit even harder

lol, no. this is what guys who are 6'2" say to make themselves feel better because even though they are taller than 95% of men, it pains them to acknowledge that a 6'7" guy dwarfs them. Taller = more alpha. Rob Gronkowski, JJ Watt, LeBron James are alpha and when people call them 'freaks' it is said endearingly edit: lmao, downvotes from butthurt 6' guys... keep it coming. yeah you're as much a manlet as a 5'6" guy when you stand next to a 6'8" guy, deal with it

That's not how nod up/nod down works. You nod up to friends. You nod down to professional acquaintances or people you don't particularly know well. Nod down is "hello, I acknowledge your presence in a polite manner" See someone you shoot the shit and drink with? Nod up. See a coworker who you have an established rapport with? Nod up. Finding tiny women is probably a good idea That's not how it works at all and that's why OP is asking. I've hooked up with a very tiny woman (exactly 5' or just a bit under, and small/skinny) and also with larger girls as well. There is no rhyme or reason. Just like how the dude packing the most heat in the world is an average height white dude. Or certain... adult male performers are commonly 5'7"-5'8", but then there are plenty of them 6'0-6'2" as well.
/r/TheRedPill21/04/15 05:36 PM

They aren't, I was just giving an example. I still have a long way to become jacked myself. I see what you're saying and they are very good points. It's just frustrating and hard to shake the thought that an out of shape 6'2" guy is probably seen as more desirable than an in shape short guy based off height alone. But yeah, getting better is the only solution

If it's "hellish" for white people, try being a model minority (Asian or Indian). All of the lack of Affirmative Action policies combined with and none of the SMV boost of being white - in fact, you're significantly, not marginally, worse off in both areas. A tear rolls down my cheek for you poor white folks.

I can't post the reddit links, but the following red pill topics: "How Tinder facilitates SMV/RMV price discovery, or Why "No Hookups" is the funniest, most common phrase on Tinder" "Welcome to Party World" both delve into the dynamics of RMV vs SMV and their relationship. Men, who are the gatekeepers of commitment, have an RMV boost relative to their SMV. The opposite is true for women. The woman in question here can perhaps get with dudes who are 8, while she is a 6. Very interesting - the first quote goes into the fact that there are two MVs - sexual market value or the common SMV, and "relationship market value". The thing is, she would be initiating contact or hearing from guys who SMV is higher than hers, and she considers herself to be on that level. Of course, she's below their level; they only are in contact with her so they can pump-and-dump. There's nothing commendable about a woman who loves her husband more than her children. Neither a man who loves his wife more than his kids. RP is all about realness and truth; the truth is one's offspring should be of one's utmost importance

You're not getting it. Women's match rate is something like >75%. They KNOW they will match with anyone they swipe if they are even moderately attractive. You are kidding yourself if you don't think women read men's profiles.
/r/TheRedPill17/04/15 06:55 PM

2.) You must be over 6'. Must be muscular and have abs. this shit is so irritating for short dudes. RP is all about "BECOME a man that is desired" but I can get muscular, I can get the abs, the masters degree, all that other shit, but I will never be CLOSE to 6' tall. Now I'd never want the harpy mentioned in the OP but to be quite frankly honest it bristles me a bit that so many women are that way and they'll always see it as "settling" if you're short.

Ok good point, but anyway $200 for one person per month is absolutely reasonable. $400 for two is not really even the slightest bit outrageous even for college students on a budget.

Short guys of all races struggle more than taller guys of the same race. Yet, this has nothing to do with ethnic appearance alone, short guys of all races struggle! It is just that Asian and Indian immigrants are shorter on average which adds to their many struggles which I will get to. Right but the majority of Asians and Indians who come to this sub are short. The 6'3" jacked Asians and Indians are not the ones who feel that their race is an issue when it comes to women. 6'3" Jeremy Lin and 5'…

It would be incredibly effective. I do have some qualms about the government having every person's DNA on file, but we are headed there regardless. Deadbeat dads who run out on their kids are as damaging as extreme hypergamous individuals, in fact they are two sides of the same coin and allow each other to exist. Kill 2 birds with one stone with the mandatory paternity testing, and re-name it to 'Mandatory Parental Testing' to fend off SJWs.

Are you serious? If you are serious, the median is the middle number in a set or sample. It is often much more useful than the mean/average, which can be biased by outliers. For example lets say you surveyed 9 people about their partner count - 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 60, 100. the "average" partner count for these people is 19 partners, but the median is 3. As you can see the median is much more representative of the sample.

I try to lift 3-4x a week and have been relatively consistent about that although it's probably been closer to 3x, and for about 60-90 mins in the gym. I should probably be getting more protein but it's not like I've been eating terribly. I've made some gains but people talk about how being able to squat 1.5x bodyweight (I'm 150lbs, so 225) is still "beginner/novice" status and I'm not even near that after one year of lifting.

I thought inertia was a property of mass. Is it just a property of matter? Right. Disclaimer: I'm an engineer who has learned a bit about relativity, I am by no means a physicist or subject matter expert. But from how I understand it, photons have a momentum due to the fact they have energy; as a result of having momentum, they must have inertia. Ultimately it stems from the Mass-Energy Equivalence, I think. The following link can probably discuss this better than I: http://physics.stackexchange…

Remember, the average 5'6" woman is looking up at you, even if you are 5'9" or 5'10". The "looking up" part has absolutely nothing to do with it. I'm 5'6" myself and am excellent at estimating heights to within an inch, and quite good at estimating weights as well. I too am "looking up" at most people. Don't be butthurt. It's a fact across species. More back problems as well. However, animal and human data suggest thatlarger body size independently reduces longevity. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1071721/ Again, stop being butthurt. No tall guy would choose to be short in exchange for 3 years of longer life. And many short people (me included) probably wouldn't mind giving up a few years at the end of life for 6" of height.

All great men know their own limits. Here is the issue I'm taking though. OPs post essentially comes off as, "do as best as you can, but you can't really be great, due to your limitations". And the list of other factors is not too helpful, if you don't wish to leave the country you are currently in. This also ties into the 'convenient lie' topic on the front page earlier.
