But they also allowed for women's suffrage, legal recognition of rape by a women's husband, and advances in women's education. I'm not saying that feminism is purely a force for good and never has unintended side effects. I meant as opposed to feminists who don't strive for gender equality, which I consider to be the whole point of feminism. I understand there is a lot of dissonance in what feminists believe today, I was just trying to demonstrate the existence of reasonable feminists. I disagree with the radical feminists that this sub hates or really anyone who censors debate and hates half the planet. I think a reasonable thing for feminists to focus on (apart from men's rights) is the wage gap that still exists in many career fields. A lot of feminists are concerned about sexualization of "tweens" and even the misconception that some women were asking to be raped. If you took the time to notice real feminists then it might be easier to ignore the crazy ones. 1	Feminism is morally reprehensible Well good on you for coming here to work together instead of against each other. In this sub feminism is often painted in a negative light because many men's rights issues stem from extreme feminism. However, the scarring on my penis confused me for years and caused me to think there was something wrong with my penis.
