She has the capacity due to baby sitter was during hour both working hours where she drop him off and I pick him up baby sitter was only for 4 hours a day for 5 days a week if she wanted to she would of but doesn’t seem she did till recently not really worry about alimony due to the fact she never had an obstacle to prevent it for her it’s more about custody

Yup that what I was thinking she will definitely try to do DV in order to get full custody and play the victim card due to her attitude and thinking she taking control of this divorce due to been a woman and CA always siding with them it’s already hard enough we still living together but been sleeping in a different room for almost 1 year already before drama happen thanks for the advice

So about 700 a month says I will pay her according to the schedule of only weekends and picking him up from school which is 4 hours a day from Monday- Friday school season Yes am already thinking of filing first sense she talks big time and goes with idiot statements to get a reaction out of me We do live together in the same household don’t wanna move anywhere yet cause she use that as an abandon and am sure she will say am disturbing our child’s school schedule if I move I welcome her to move …

Trust me I just gave her a look like we only have 1 child not 4 kids but I feel she doesn’t wanna spend her salary on responsibilities at all

We can’t afford one well that’s what I think I know I can’t she maybe playing victim card or possible will have them request I pay her fees And stop talking to her in general? Or as in future parenting plans ?
