Set goals and achieve them. This builds your self confidence and makes you more desirable because it demonstrates that you have discipline, consistency, work ethic, competency, follow-through, etc. all of which are very desirable to high quality women. I recommend always having goals in every key area of life. For example: Physical - deadlift 425 pounds, run a 10k, etc. Mental - meditate 10 minutes a day for 90 days, read a book a week for 12 weeks, etc. Social - attend a social gathering one ni…

I’m much more highly educated than my fiance (law degree vs. no college) and he loved that I was/am successful because it showed character, and that I wasn’t waiting around for just any man to rescue me - I could stand on my own two feet financially. He knew he had to be pretty great to be worth my time. I wanted him, but I didn’t need him. That’s an ego boost for him. Here’s the thing - yes motherhood is nurturing, but it’s also hard work that takes grit and determination and sleepless nights. …

He just wasn’t that in to you. If a man shows you that you aren’t a priority, it’s a sign to take a giant step back and refocus your time and energy into yourself. Making yourself be less will never make a man show up more, it will only ever make him lose even more respect for you and want you less. Only prioritize men who prioritize you.

You’re probably overcomplicating it! It’s really as simple as that “I’ve been getting really into cooking lately - have you tried coq au vin?? I just made it last night for the first time!” Or “Check out this pillow I learned how to sew, I’m so proud of it!” “I’ve been working on starting my seeds for next year’s garden, do you garden at all?” One of my good friends who has an absolute trainwreck of a dating life and I would never take relationship advice from (and I don’t try to give advice bec…

Those are super common hobbies and interests, so just make sure you’re talking about them as such and not as “working on your womanhood.” That was my point there - if you’re just talking about specific hobbies you’re excited about you should be able to find common ground with most people pretty easily!

You are probably overgeneralizing and making assumptions about coworkers and acquaintances that might or might not be correct. I am a very successful, well paid, hardworking attorney, and I also have always have been very traditional in my approach to dating and now have an amazing relationship with traditional polarity where redpill principles keep us thriving. I would never, ever ever bring up my relationship dynamics with coworkers, and frankly I would never trust a coworker who brought up th…

If you’re actually serious about this being a goal your best bet is to transfer to the most prestigious east coast school you can get into, preferably an Ivy, and probably switch your major to finance to be surrounded by a higher concentration of wasp-y men. From your post history you’re experimenting with dressing alternative. That is very counterproductive to your goal, point blank period. Personally I’d suggest dropping the “old money” requirement. “New money” or someone with zero family mone…

I have a friend who is an anesthesiologist who is the most happy, fulfilled and relaxed mom I’ve ever met. You can be a doctor and have a predictable, flexible schedule that allows you to be a present mom, you just need to choose your specialty/path wisely. For example I would suspect trying to be a present, involved mom while an ER doctor (especially residency) would be hell, meanwhile you could be a dermatologist and comfortably work 7-3 4 days a week.

Sweetheart, yes it is emotional abuse. My heart breaks for you. Honestly, it sounds like he hates you. No one that loves and cares about you would ever say that someone would take away your baby because you’re overwhelmed and crying. If that were the case, there’s not a mother on earth who would still have their child. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are overwhelming at best and can even be very traumatic experiences that require a lot of support and time to recover from. From what you’ve writt…

This is so dependent on the person. Someone with bad acne would be transformed by spending that money on skin treatments while someone with naturally good skin might not even see a difference from the same thing. There are beauty subs you can post selfies in for advice. I feel like the most common low hanging fruit for a glow up across the board is lose weight, tone up your muscle, get clear and glowy skin, and get a hair cut/color/style that suits you. Without more details it’s up to you to fig…

That’s good! If you’re truly prematurely aging there’s aesthetic treatments for that (sculptra, microneedling, face lift in extreme cases etc) and hair extensions. But I would seriously focus on the social aspects of your life for awhile and you may find the aesthetic things don’t bother you so much when other areas of your life are more fulfilling.

No one’s appearance changes that drastically for the worse from 21 to 29. In my 30s I’m the hottest I’ve ever looked because I take care of myself better now than ever. It takes discipline, intentionality and effort. You need to lock in if you really want a better life. Otherwise you’ll just continue to get more and more mentally ill and socially isolated. It is fully in your hands to change things moving forward instead of wallowing about the past. Psychiatrist - contact and schedule appt today…

I am a feminist. I use RPW principles in my relationship because they work for me to get me the relationship dynamic I want, but just because I choose to live my life a certain way doesn’t mean everyone else should have to do the same thing if they don’t want to. Big on freedom of choice and opportunity. These things aren’t mutually exclusive.

There’s no time like the present to learn how to maintain boundaries in a professional or academic setting. You will probably have lots of one on one meetings, calls, lunches, etc. with men over the course of your career - it’s not realistic to avoid them completely. I’d assume he’s being genuine here (especially because the advisor is encouraging this), keep it professional, and if he ever does flirt or cross a line you can tactfully let it be known you have a boyfriend and are not interested. …

I agree with the other commenter that people tend to align with a similarly sexually experienced counterpart. A promiscuous man typically also wants a woman with experience. They usually aren’t willing to wait long enough for inexperienced women to be comfortable or slowly progress their sexual intimacy in a relationship, and vice versa - an inexperienced man is likely to be very turned off by a woman with lots of experience. I don’t think we (society) should encourage men (or women) to be promi…

This somewhat relates to my favorite saying of “be hard to get, but easy to be with.” Men should have so much fun with you, but then also afraid that if they disrespect you, or stop actively pursuing you, you’ll drop them in a second. Have such a fun, full life that they very much want to be a part of it but they also know if they don’t add value, they’ll be gone.

Do you want to be the breadwinner? Do you want to be with a man who slaps you? Do you want to be wearing skirts 24/7? Do you want to be with someone who tries to fully control you? Do you want to be with a man who views you as “leftovers”? Do you want your future daughter or son growing up and seeing that as an example? Please just read your own post back to yourself and wake up. Being single would be far better than dealing with that, and at least then you would be available to meet someone act…

The Surrendered Wife or the Empowered Wife is what you need to turn this around. It will truly change your life. You can also listen to the empowered wife podcast for inspiration in the meantime (but it’s not a substitute for the book).

Please, please, seek medical and mental health to help you recover from this. You have experienced torture and trauma. You are not “lower rank” at all, but I would run FAR, FAR away from any man that saw what you have been through as something positive or as anything other than absolutely horrifying. The right man, a loving, kind man, would never ever ever want a woman being treated like that, or be able to be aroused while a woman he loves is in pain.

I’d highly recommend reading through our wiki! RPW is different from the male redpill stuff, mostly because our goals are very different. Most RPW do not want to be with a typical redpill male.

I don’t have kids and don’t plan to (my fiance is also childfree). Redpill is a toolkit to help you have a more peaceful, loving and joyful relationship. Having/wanting kids is definitely not a requirement to be a RPW. Fun fact, Laura Doyle, whose books are commonly recommended reading for RPW, is also child free.

On my first date with my now fiance, I not so tactfully said “so I gather you’re not a big opening doors kinda guy, are you?” And his response was OH, I haven’t dated anyone in a while and didn’t think of it. I told him I really appreciate it, it makes me feel like a lady. And he made a big show of dramatically opening every door for me after that (it was hilarious) and still opens them for me all the time. Definitely make a plan to get your driver’s license as soon as possible. That shouldn’t be too difficult. For working, using the time to study and getting straight As right now and getting a job at a top hospital as a nurse after graduation will serve you far better than working more. Think of it as an investment in the earning potential you’ll have for the rest of your life. Use these remaining school years to set yourself up very well for success. Oh that’s great! That wasn’t obvious from your post. Why are you considering living in a van then? Just move onto campus, make more friends and extend your social circle there more. You’ll be able to become more of your own person apart from your parents. Become fully independent.

Respectfully, look at the consequences of your mom marrying young - she picked badly (a narcissist). Make sure you don’t make that same mistake - better to take longer to marry and marry a good man, than too desperate and rush into marriage with someone who will drag you down. Right now, focus on getting into college - you could live on campus - and/or getting a full time job with growth potential.

Same thing happened with me and my now fiance. He was always a fencesitter but assumed he would eventually have kids because nearly all women want them. We discussed it at length (probably a 2 hour conversation), with only the goal of helping one another understand our current thoughts, perspectives and desires. I told him unequivocally that if he wasn’t sure, that was totally fine, but I wouldn’t be able to continue to date him unless he was sure that he would be ok not having kids and wouldn’t…

You’re just very young. Focus on your self development right now so you’re ready when you do meet the right person down the line. Like another commenter said, go to a big college, especially in the south. SO many traditionally minded people I know met at my southern university and got married right after graduating. It’s a bit of a stereotype, and for good reason.

Do not move in until you’re married (or at least engaged with a date set). That being said, you should have a conversation (probably several) about how you want to handle finances once you’re married. What makes the most sense to me is that all income goes into one pot. Once you’re married, there is no individual income it’s all family/joint income. From there, bills are paid, savings and investments contributed to according to the joint plan we agree on, and individual fun money/spending money …

Do not do it. You can’t expect to act like the man and be a pursuer and then conveniently have the roles flip when you want them to. Won’t happen. Women should show they’re open and interested, “drop the handkerchief” so to speak, but you can’t openly pursue a man for his physical attractiveness without that dynamic continuing and pervading the entire relationship. In your scenario, I would expect this man to not value or respect you, and you are probably expected to pay for the date or at least…

I’m engaged, not yet married, but I have lots of single friends and also married friends with children. It’s fun to hear different people’s perspectives and about all the things they’re up to that I don’t experience (bizarre first dates, funny kid antics, etc). It would be odd to limit yourself only to friends in the exact same stage of life as you, or with only the exact same views on things.

I’m much more educated on (and interested in) investment and retirement planning than my fiance, he is thrilled to let me take the lead on that for our household. I think it’s most important to make sure both people know, understand, and agree with the overall financial strategy, but beyond that it doesn’t matter who takes the primary lead on managing it.

You’re married - you don’t have combined finances? Why do you separately have to pay the bills? Can you scale back your cost of living to where his salary alone could cover the bills? You should be able to occasionally interact professionally with someone attractive without having a mental breakdown. Stop thinking about it. Stop romanticizing this random attractive married man who’s just trying to do his job. You know absolutely nothing about him, he’s basically a stranger. Stop letting your mind run wild. Maybe try to figure out what mental health gap this obsession is filling and try to fill it in other healthier ways.

OP, while this commenter is on the right track, I’d caution you against listening to RP content geared towards males (like F&F) - it can do more damage than good. Sounds like you know exactly what you should be doing. Trust that. Sit down and make a schedule of what you would be doing to live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life, then stick to it. Schedule daily workouts, plan your meals, come up with a hair/skin/nails grooming routine and stick to it. Plan your outfits for the week in advance so all you have to do is put them on in the morning and look more put together. Ah, I must have missed that part. Yes I agree that is abnormal. I saw that she said they have sex every two days and took that to mean that he seemed to naturally want one day on, one day off. OP’s attitude generally seemed to be a bit too desperate for the validation of sex. She should be able to enjoy other forms of intimacy without desperately needing sex every single day (imo), even if that would be her ideal preference. Respectfully, having sex every other day is a healthy amount and a lot more than most people. Being this upset about not having sex every single day is not normal. There’s nothing wrong with wanting sex every day, but there’s also nothing wrong with your boyfriend needing a day off here and there. That is definitely not considered “low libido.” See if you can back off and take care of yourself more (maybe try to intentionally do it every other day, since that seems to be the frequency you’re set…

Your post says that he DIDN’T cheat on you. It’s your choice to stay or go, especially if your relationship is great otherwise. It’s very hard to imagine that someone could be a great partner in other ways while being very selfish, uncaring, and disloyal in this (very important) area, but by all means if you want to keep trying that is a valid choice. Nothing wrong with advocating for your needs, but how you do it matters a lot in how effective you’ll be. Lots of praise and dirty talk is the key to getting what you want. Tell him how much you’re craving abc, how good he is at def, how amazing it feels when he xyz, how much bigger his cock feels after you’ve already come, etc. You get the point. Never ever ever criticize him sexually at all. In the moment or after. What a turnoff. Just praise and talk up what you want to happen.

There is definitely a lot of value in figuring out how you can make your man’s life better, but some of that might be specific to the man. Women have always “dropped the handkerchief” so to speak. My friends always used to ask me how I would get asked out so often, but it was just because I always sent out vibes that I was available, and I flirt with everyone! So many women take the “don’t make the first move” too literally and send out completely cold, unapproachable vibes and then wonder why men never approach them. Patriarchy is the factually correct term for a society primarily run by men - it’s frequently used in a negative context, but there’s nothing inherently negative about it or wrong with using the term. Your comment is highlighting how men did the bulk of building modern society - that’s a perfect factual example of patriarchy in action, but it doesn’t mean that patriarchy is bad, or that men building society is bad.

There’s really no need to be envious, you did what you thought was best at the time and now you want something else. Yes, you shouldn’t be with a guy that you don’t find attractive. Attraction is important. But completely obsessing over a guy because of his looks, like OP is describing, does not sound normal or healthy in any way and indicates some major psychological issues.

If you are obsessing over someone you haven’t even met, and only attracted to someone who looks very similar to you, something is very wrong psychologically.
