Rating is about compare, what percentile of earners are they, is he taller or shorter than the average height? 0	[ Removed by moderator ] So based on your description, only she thinks of him as a 9, both me and you think of him of a 3 or 4 which is probably the majority thinks, it would be quite socially objective to say that he is around 3 or 4, hence is she.
