Yeah, this would have been a solid case at the time. Name the woman and gym in the suit, let the courts sort out who is responsible. Get discovery going asap so the CCTV would legally need to be preserved. 4 years later? Nah. CCTV is overwritten at least 48 times and staff has moved on. I hope the kid learned and now knows to stand up for themselves and get lawyers involved in discrimination like this.

"In the whole relationship" is not what's in question here, what's in question here is why changing the locks would nullify one after the discovery of said affair. And I just said why. It would nullify any chance of a claim being brought after the affair was discovered, which said discovery could be used as a reason to why the man would be angry and assault the wife, say, while trying to remove her from the house. Nobody said anything about "oh he abused me months ago" we are taking about after …

"he beat me after I returned home after he found out I was cheating" can't really be claimed if she's locked out of the house and physically separated.
/r/MensRights23/05/23 09:45 PM

How are you gonna be able to accuse someone of domestic if there's a paper trail of physically being separated? (Eg: police report of locks changed without notice)

This about sums it up.... Prenups can work, if situations never change and the judge isn't biased for the woman. Having a child after the prenup was written, it can get thrown out, even if it has nothing regarding a kid in it. Got inheritance from a family member? Situation changed! Time to partly or fully invalidate the prenup!

So what about the people who didn't realize this before getting trapped and have no other choice but to either shut up and slave, or say "fuck the system" and don't let themselves be played into like the system wants?

Lawyer Now If you read through this sub you'll find so many people saying "lawyer was expensive but worth it" and sob stories of "I couldn't afford a lawyer and now I'm worse off then if I had gotten one" You literally cannot afford to not have a lawyer

I honestly think these type of women subconsciously go looking for misogyny So much so that they will take the most incidental slight, and blow it into proportions that they can get attention with. Indeed

As a Wyomingite, I can confirm it is sure as shit tied to woke bullshit. We don't have woke bullshit here, and I don't have to worry about some purple haired, crazy as a run-over raccoon, plumb weak North of her ears, and lying like a rug misandrists making a mess of my day. It's honestly a great feeling not to have to watch over my shoulder for some nutcase to try claim sexual assault because I glanced at them in a gym.

But solid evidence contrary to the accusations should very well carry the same repercussions as the act. Gaslighting - Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which the abuser attempts to sow self-doubt and confusion in their victim's mind You are trying to sow doubt into this community that the differences in genders, is okay to discuss. Op has posted a clear demonstration that even this particular feminist agrees that masculinity is necessary, which is a direct contradiction to the feminist extremest claims of "Men aren't necessary" Also, great example of gaslighting you just gave,…

I'll save anyone who scrolls before reading some time - There is no gender enforcement here and a guy could easily name one after his ex, just as his ex could name one after him. You're free to think that they are an absolutely repulsive human for not tolerating someones existence. You're not (ethically) free to force them to do so. They are damn close too. And what attempts were made to halt it in administrations past have been voided as of recent, leaving the door open for them to do so.
/r/MensRights18/10/22 07:13 AM

They already are. Do some digging to see how much land, stocks, bonds and US based assets in general, BlackRock, a Chinese government back corporation, has purchased/owns in the US.
/r/MensRights18/10/22 07:07 AM

No. Every single thing a male can do to try and protect themselves can either be voided by law, or thrown out by the judge in the case of stuff like prenups.

Its a shit term that can be used to downplay the importance of a father in a childs life vy implying anyone can fill that role. But on the same coin, I for one, would never blame anyone for not wanting to be a step parent. No one should feel pressured into trying to glue someone else's broken family back together again. It rarely works well. It is perfectly fine to want to be in a relationship with someone who doesn't come with tons of exhausting baggage, whether it's another man's kids or any o…

Counterpoint: when something presents a large enough problem, and it Is an avoidable one, people as individuals will tend to rightly avoid it. Which os what is happening in the dating scenes. Counterpoint 2: that is one of those things that is avoidable in multiple ways. None of those ways should be shameful, including abstinence. Yet peer pressure shames those that are. That is not something that should be shamed. Neither should abstain from interaction with, let alone refusing to dating, someo…

Do the courts issue a demand for paternity test on request?
/r/MensRights08/07/22 08:32 PM

A good thing up until the antivax batshit crazy mother refuses to vaccinate her kid.... At least, thats how it would roll in this fucked up country. So no. It is not always a good thing.... Just like its not for paternity tests
/r/MensRights08/07/22 07:19 PM

Yes, why have laws for DNA tests? Because thats all a paternity test is. Is a DNA test. Its Not something both parents should need to consent for.
/r/MensRights08/07/22 06:32 PM

Yes, how horrible they must find the idea of someone verifying they are a biological parent without the governments involvement...... Again, get outa here with that.
/r/MensRights08/07/22 05:57 PM

Lol, yes, the other party should be able to interfere and prevent you from figuring out if your kid isn't actually yours.... Get outa here with that. All it does is open up opertunity for traping and continued gaslighting among other things.

You know, we have been at this for 2 hours now, and i don't quite care anymore, so ill just leave you with the closing statement that this has changed nothing and i will be continuing to work with the newly started organization in my state, that helps women with traveling to neighboring states that are a safe harbor for abortion, including transportation and expenses relating to the whole thing. Have a good day.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 01:57 AM
1

Its not false at all. And i have explained how its not many times now. A pregnancy acts on the body exactly how a parasite does. Sorry you don't like that truth.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 01:41 AM
1

So you are just gonna ignore the "sucking the calcium out of my bones, ruining my joints, fucking up my hormones, shutting down my immune system, splitting my pelvis apart, and making me incontinent" ? Ive laid out in exactly what way fetuses are DIRECTLY AND SEVERELY parasitic. My answer is that, if a fetus acts parasitic in the exact same way a bacterial, fungal or cancerous infection, as it does, it should be acceptable to treat it the same way. A dose of pills and in worse cases, physical re…
/r/MensRights25/06/22 01:36 AM

Because cars aren't parasitic to your body. They don't suck the calcium out of my bones, fuck up my hormones, shut down my immune system, or make me incontinent.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 01:30 AM
1

No, never. Vehicles are functional to every day life. Much like bodily autonomy. Which is why we should ban neither cars nor abortions.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 01:12 AM
1

Ok, so you threw people around the world in the data, are we talking about America or not? Control over your body is a human right. But for the US, the number is 700 deaths a year. At this point we can only assume. There are billboards at the southern boarder of my state that shame people for leaving state to get neonatal care. I don't need to assume much. You think that those countries and people will not do the same Two wrongs does not a right make.....
/r/MensRights25/06/22 01:02 AM

300 000 women each year die from pregnancy? Where did you even found those numbers? It's around 15 every 100.000. Numbers given by the The United Nations Population Fund. Nope, I'm pretty sure that abortion will be banned but performed in case is the only way to save the mother. I seriously hope you are right about that. In any case ill be helping women in my state find abortions out of state, as im very well convinced they are gonna make neonatal care very hard to get here. Didn't know that Nig…

Fetuses don't Tell that to around 300,000 women each year In case your health is in danger you can still abort it. IF you are in a state that wont outright outright ban it The fact that you and most women are not going to have babies means that society will go extinct 140,000,000 people are born a year, abortions don't even dent the number. How do i know? Because it didn't when abortion was legal. Second point is not even worth arguing Exactly why i give it no attention. False equivalencies aren…
/r/MensRights25/06/22 12:34 AM
1

First off, the fetus is a byproduct of your choices, Same could be said about you deciding to swim in nasty water and getting a brain eating amoeba. Your grandma can do so only because she is financially free, if she wasn't and had to depend And whos to say she didn't try and get me to to pay for her retirement home? I straight up denied it.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 12:20 AM
1

Again, no shes not. And again, you have the same choice. You can have nothing to do with the fetus, and have an abortion, or you can carry it to term. Again, you can choose to have anything to do with your grandmother, or like me, you can have nothing to do with her at all.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 12:16 AM
0

No, shes not. You are trying to draw a parallel where there is none. I have nothing to do with her, and supporting them is a choice to do so. Much like you can choose to carry a fetus to term.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 12:06 AM
1

My grandmother isn't sucking the calcium out of my bones, ruining my joints, fucking up my hormones, shutting down my immune system, and splitting my pelvis apart. Nice try tho.
/r/MensRights24/06/22 11:56 PM
1

My mentally abusive grandmother is living off her own savings and retirement in a retirement home. Fetus don't have that option.
/r/MensRights24/06/22 11:49 PM

Parasite: an organism living in, on, or with another organism in order to obtain nutrients, grow, or multiply often in a state that directly or indirectly harms the host. Living in another organism ✅ In order to grow ✅ In a state that directly or indirectly harms the host ✅ An unwanted fetus checks the same boxes it seems.
/r/MensRights24/06/22 08:38 PM
22

Well, yeah? I mean fuck, everyone has seen that it won't be reciprocal. Why would they spend their time and energy on it? The feminist forefront will demand our support for them, then turn around and say "Fuck you, not our problem" when we try to get the same rights.... Im certainly not gonna support a group that is just gonna turn around and tell me im not worthy of support.
/r/MensRights24/06/22 06:18 PM
-6

Well by that logic, parasites shouldn't be removed either... After all, its attached to her body, so its "their body" not hers.
/r/MensRights24/06/22 06:17 PM
-11

Its a non sentient cluster of cells.... Should we consult the tumor before we remove it also? How about the parasite before administering dewormer?
/r/MensRights24/06/22 06:16 PM

Let me sum up how i do it.... I don't play the game. I don't date females anymore, and im demisexual anyway. I don't simp. I need to know someone for YEARS before i have any real attraction to them, and you know a female who is just looking for alimony, a car and a house, won't last that long. They will move on to some other poor sap. I've seen it happen and dodged it myself. And you know where this has lead me? No. No its not. What is evil, however, is that a father has no way to decide that he never wanted to be a father, and has to deal with that burden for around of 1/4th of his life. Yes, a full quarter of his lifespan.
/r/MensRights20/03/22 10:14 PM

So you think the woman shouldn't have the option to abort, as "thats the risk she took with having sex"? Because thats what you damn sure imply.

I had to scroll this far too find a summery response to this article... Not only is it sexist, its outright homophobic. A majority age, competent and (arguably) mentally sound individual has consented to having media of themselves shared, fully understanding that they were taken at a pre-sexually active age. Now, really, this is only useful for philosophic discussion. Legally speaking -- there are laws against distribution and sale, so to avo…

That a lotta goddamn spin in one article, wholly shit. And as for temporary improvements to the body, there have been studies showing that parasite infections will improve allergy problems. Huh, so tell me then. If you got a tape worm, you would work to get rid of it, yeah? Because a fetus acts... Exactly like really, a parasite. Robbing the mothers body of nutrients, Oxygen, and putting its waste back into the body of the mother, for the mothers body to labor over dealing with. The fetus manipulates the mothers own hormones for its own gain. And, well, the outward struggle to deal with the fetus is as obvious as it gets. So, do tell me again how this argument isn't for the mothers…

I'm wondering if regulations weren't followed here. I mean, when RTD was building a bridge over Wadsworth in Colorado, a main Blvd mind you, they still added falsework. A pillar right into the median. Don't get me wrong here. Something else broke. I'm not sure what. Im going to copy what posted in another sub as my view on these things. TBH, the value of gem grade diamonds is purely overinflated. About 200-300% of actual value. Talking jewelry wise, the precious metal like silver and gold hold most of the real value. However, when it comes to selling precious metals it takes a bit of refining to take the metal and make it into a measured, manageable, tradeable form like ingots, so all the value that came from forming into a ring is non-existent. The metals …
