I think you are being too hard on yourself. Detox from social media to stop comparing yourself, those people aren’t really happy. You’re in a great place in your life, make good things happen! Take good care of yourself, don’t worry what others think and always trust your gut. Good luck!!

For what it’s worth, here’s what I’ve learned: 1) Pinterest is the best for great outfits 2) To be a high value person, have a high value mindset. Constantly work on improving yourself 3) Clingy friends are low hanging fruit. Avoid them at all costs 4) Stay positive, attitude is everything. 5) Read books on social skills if that’s what you need. How to Make Friends and Influence People is one of favorites 6) Being alone is really helpful for many women to work on themselves, not waste time on lo…

I’m a skin care professional and I think you have a great routine. PCOS can be brutal, my client who had it grew a ton of facial hair and had ingrown bumps as a result. She was a lesbian so didn’t mind it as much as I would have! Skin care is absolutely essential and it’s unfortunate men don’t do it because many start to look weathered at 30. There’s no reason women can’t age gracefully especially with the right self-care. Throw in exercise, meditation, the right friendships and diet and you hav…

I love everything that RPW has to offer but we also have to recognize that some generalizations do not apply to everyone. I am 31, single and I feel I am in my prime. I’m a late bloomer so that may be why, many of my high school classmates peaked too early. What I’ve seen is guys in their 30s want someone compatible, not some ditzy 20 year old chasing after the next shiny object. Of course you have to take care of your skin, whiten your teeth. But freaking out about 30 is just a reminder from th…

Yes!! I thought my 30s would be boring and lame but it’s the most exciting time ever. And after taking the red pill I realize how I can add value to my life. It’s made me rely less on men, ironically! But I still appreciate men and keep working on myself so I can find the right guy one day

Great job!! Fitness is so much about those little things we do every day in addition to going to the gym. People always make fun of me for parking far away and always taking the stairs but I’m always in great shape! Also, I recommend finding a workout routine you LOVE. For me it’s rock climbing. I also go to the gym and do circuit training then trail runs on days when I can’t make it to the gym

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
