This is one of the most ridiculous claims I keep hearing. She isn't getting her attention from us, she is getting it from her feminist idiots. Ignoring her does NOTHING to stop her gaining influence.

Fingers god damned crossed it's with the FBI too. If she thinks it would be bad with police, the FBI will be 100x worse.

Ah yes, her claims of "skepticism". Let's review that, shall we. Her own words: Question: "Did the police seem to think there was a case there to pursue?" Answer: "Yeah, they were going to contact the other women who reported against him, and they would have subpoenaed the information from the university files." Let's examine their "mishandling" of her case as well... Her own words: "I was contacted by an investigator who was really, really annoying to work with. He would call me randomly, and m…

She DID go to the police. SHE chose not to continue with the case and then instead brought it up at her school. The college is not at fault here. If anything, that they aren't expelling her for harassing him publicly like this despite the no-contact or harassment order they placed on her after she was caught out lying.

She DID go to the police. They were very interested in pursuing the case, her own words: Question: "Did the police seem to think there was a case there to pursue?" Answer: "Yeah, they were going to contact the other women who reported against him, and they would have subpoenaed the information from the university files." Her justification for her claim that the police "mishandled" her case? Again, her own words: "I was contacted by an investigator who was really, really annoying to work with. He…

Her own words: Question: "Did the police seem to think there was a case there to pursue?" Answer: "Yeah, they were going to contact the other women who reported against him, and they would have subpoenaed the information from the university files." So her claiming the police "didn't believe her" is absolute bullshit. Her claim they "mishandled" the case? Again, her own words: "I was contacted by an investigator who was really, really annoying to work with. He would call me randomly, and make me …

You've quite thoroughly refuted a bunch of stuff I never said. Oh dear, apart from where i've quoted you directly over and over again while refuting you. But please, continue... Enjoy upvoting your own nonsense. Nobody else will. Ah yes, the conspiracy theory. One of the last desperate deflections the most idiotic use, next to complaining about grammar. I can start downvoting you now if you would like? I haven't done so yet.
/r/MensRights07/09/14 03:50 AM
2

Oh boy you're really dedicating yourself to this strawman fallacy aren't you. I'm afraid that you now attempting to argue about unrelated things after you've been so thoroughly refuted doesn't magically give you an argument. Sorry.
/r/MensRights07/09/14 02:31 AM

ITS A CONSPIRACY! IM NOT WRONG, EVERYONE ELSE IS! Oh dear god, you really are desperate. If you would like, I can start downvoting you myself?

Jesus, you really are getting desperate. What found him innocent were the police and college. The sources for this are in the OP article link, on top of being repeatedly posted and quoted throughout this thread. Raging, like you're doing, over and over again isn't going to make that fact go away.

I.e, cases other than just this one. So after being so THOROUGHLY refuted and shut down you're now going to start arguing strawmen unrelated to the very specific and repeatedly reaffirmed subject of rape. You're getting quite desperate aren't you. In some jurisdictions the case will stop at that point. Amazing. So police will drop a case without evidence if they have no evidence? And your answer to this is to have innocent people arrested and charged over a crime that the ONLY thing the police h…
/r/MensRights07/09/14 01:49 AM

It DETAILS what found him innocent IN the title. The police and the college tribunal found him innocent. Which is then linked in the article and throughout the thread. You're really grasping here.
/r/MensRights07/09/14 01:29 AM
2

But if the standards for conviction are so low, then surely SOMETHING noteworthy must've occurred for them to come to that conclusion Haha, what? He was found innocent but there must be a reason why she brought it up? ANYONE can make a claim of rape, you simpleton. She lacked so much validity that even the kangaroo college courts had to find him innocent. Just because she lied and brought up the claim isn't proof the claim has merit.
/r/MensRights07/09/14 01:26 AM
1

You got a sarcastic answer because you ignored the title of the thread, which contains which authorities found him innocent. And seeing you then went on to rant about sources in another post, despite the sources you're demanding being in the OP on top of being repeatedly quoted and re-sourced through this thread, and then raged "omg unsubscribe you psychos" when it was pointed out to you... I'd say you're the one who is a moron.

Exactly. Those two students also declared that the assault constituted... Kissing at a party Consensual sex Yep. One of them even declared the sex consensual but her issue was with how the sex angled and he had pinned her. Not that he pinned her and she revoked consent but was trapped (actual rape). But that the sex was consensual up until it finished, she just literally didn't like how the sex was. For her to even remotely claim that police swept it under the rug when, in her own words: "Yeah, …

The police dropped the charges, he remains innocent, the tribunal found him not-guilty, he remains innocent. What she thinks constitutes rape is "kissing" and "consensual sex". She claimed the police were mishandling her case by ASKING HER QUESTIONS and asking her to COME DOWN TO THE STATION. Yet turned around and spent the same amount of time dealing with the tribunal and is now physically carrying a mattress around in protest. It looks like the only difference between the issues is that she wo…

Ah yes, it was just explained to you that the links for the sources are IN the OP and that they have been repeatedly posted, with quotes, throughout this thread... And your response is to rant "unsubscribe psychos"? And my conduct is immature?
/r/MensRights07/09/14 12:38 AM
2

Oh yes, you demand sources... People point out all the sources are linked in the OP's article... On top of a bunch of people repeating the sources and quoting the parts you're claiming don't exist... And your reply? OMG UNSUBSCRIBE! YOU'RE PSYCHOS! Wow.

You're fucking nuts Oh boy, you've been refuted and countered so many damn times and yet you're still ranting and raving. Yes, it must be everyone else who's "nuts". I've clearly explained how you've misinterpreted the meaning of my remarks and you've chosen your own interpretation nonetheless. I just wanted to know the facts, and the title of an article saying so is just hearsay. The title of the article is based on the article and the first link in the same article. Including the link to an interview with her where she specifically states that her issues with police were that they asked her questions and wanted her to come down to the station. It's not hearsay. The police dropped the case after she refused to co-operate and he was found not-guilty by the tribunal. He is not just inno…

quickly and gave up That's what she did. Her reasons for the police "mishandling" her case were that they called her up to ask questions and asked her to come down to the police station. It apparently "took up too much of her time" to do basic police interaction, yet she spent 7 months dealing with a tribunal and is now physically dragging a mattress around campus. It's more than obvious that her "issues" with police are that she would be held legally accountable for her lies.

You're being obtuse. No i'm not. YOU brought up the wild claim that this guy, despite being found innocent twice by authorities, might murder this girl. that gives victims too much control over how police handle complaints. ... that gives victims too much control over how police handle complaints. The fact the a victim has the right to refuse to pursue charges is ridiculous Hahaha, no it's not. If she refuses to pursue charges the police are literally prosecuting someone for a crime that doesn't exist. "You raped this girl. We know that because she said you didn't rape her" Firstly, what if this guy were a violent criminal Oh wow. Just wow. "He's a violent criminal!" Says who? "Says the girl he assaulted!" The Slut Walk is one of the biggest failures i've seen. I could even ignore the absurd use of "slut" and it's idiotic appropriation had they been marches that specifically dressed down. They encourage, and it's a pinnacle of their event, women to wear as little as possible, go topless, wearing traditionally skanky clothing. You just sit there going "what?" when you see someone topless, wearing short shorts and ripped stockings holding up a sign saying "this is what I was wearing, tell me I asked…

Columbia has a very recent history of handling cases poorly in favor of the accused. The only "recent" history are group of complaints that THIS girl has signed, which was simply a petition that any students could sign (barely getting 20-ish signatures) and not a collection of rape victims (the majority not being rape victims but simply students). And if she is an example of the "history of handling cases poorly", your attempt to defend her false rape allegation isn't off to a good start. perpet…

Oh yes, a voluntary choice by their partner to not work. A choice that they cannot force their wife to change even if they end up financially depending on the wife getting a job so that both can continue to eat, let alone live in their home. So we have a choice that is voluntary, that the husband CANNOT have any legal say in, yet it is entirely the husbands fault if his wife doesn't find work and therefore only he must support her after a divorce with absolutely no requirement for her to do so. …

They envision rape as the man behind the bushes violently forcing some innocent woman to commit heinous acts, yet prescribe crimes that barely constitute sexual assault or harassment as being on equal footing to the most violent of rapes. Then they turn around and refuse to administer that same criteria for men, claiming they should "man up" if a woman grabs their ass because it's "not the same as when it happens to a woman...'cause reasons". Here it's the declaration that men being raped by wom…

That this came out of the blue actually seems to me that she may have legitimately gone through all that money in such a short amount of time. I suppose America doesn't have a way to increase the likelihood that she will be audited, right? It would be a wonderful year to have her both audited and found to have committed tax fraud by not using that money even remotely for her video series AND to have her arrested for filing a false police report.

I know I tend to sign out of my Twitter to screenshot people harassing me, all conveniently timed around minutes I just happened to be on. No, no, i'm sure she didn't fake this. Nothing damning here, not with her history of fraud and lying.

I'd really like to know the laws involved where she lives. She's claimed she has gone to the authorities regarding these "threats". If it's anything like that other dumbass who threatened herself, she may be facing serious legal ramification. It would be great to know if there's a way to inform the police of this.
/r/MensRights28/08/14 01:17 PM

And what "other posts" would those be? This is what she posted as "evidence" that she was being threatened by the user listed in the picture. Yet it is clearly a poor attempt to troll herself. So what "other posts"? Or are you going to simply take her word that they "totally exist"?

Carnivale was one of the greatest shows I have ever seen. Another great show was The Lost Room. Very interesting idea that played out incredibly. Sadly also cancelled after the first season. Though it doesn't leave much of a cliffhanger, so that helped.

One of his friends posting on Twitter simply saying so, in direct contradiction to the factual evidence that refutes his claims? A Wikipedia page that contains no counters to anything shown? I recently posted a comparison picture here on /r/mensrights of Spiderman in the exact same pose as this rendition of Spiderwoman. Everywhere i've seen the exact comparison made, Feminists have ranted and raved about how "it's CLEARLY different!" It's not. And they can't even blame this mysterious and allusive Patriarchilluminati. One single person identifying as a Feminist doesn't represent all Feminism. But they are a Feminist. It's the most basic of qualifiers. That the vast majority of self-identifying Feminists act like sexist bigots doesn't necessarily represent Feminism outside of it's social population. Not that such a fact isn't hugely telling. What we base Feminism on are the collection of Feminist organisations that claim to represent Feminism. Almost every single one, if not every single one, being a sexist an…

Seems to be something you Feminists, which i'm going to assume using your own logic here, can't seem to grasp. We blame Feminists for their actions because they are self-identifying as Feminists. We blame the major Feminist organisations for being representatives of Feminism. We don't blame women, nor do we don't say women who don't call themselves such to be such Feminists. Yet every time a male does something, you Feminists blame the MRM. You blame the MRM even when they belong to groups that …

Him being a misogynistic douchebag has nothing to do with MRA's. But then again, people like yourself declared Elliot Rodgers to be an MRA because he hated men and women. I've posted about that comic before. My biggest issue, on top of all the ridiculous Feminist fallacies the comic piles on, is that the FIRST PANELS specifically and directly address that the characters issue with these claims is that they do not see evidence of them anywhere. That, as much as they want to believe them and despite searching for proof, they honestly can't find a shred of evidence to back up the authors Feminist claims. The comic then goes on to specifically state the rest of the c…

Do you understand that such logic doesn't really work when those involved in the show directly contradict such claims? I didn't jump to conclusions either reading the first half of the article but once the actors and writers detail that the women are meant to be sympathetic and the men pathetic, there was absolutely NO justification for that. It's now in context on top of the overwhelming sexist subtext the show spews forth.
/r/MensRights20/08/14 01:13 AM

Remember every thread about the Feminist involvement in the white feather campaign and how it's filled with hysterical idiots claiming that Feminists were never involved? I wonder how they'll declare modern Feminism to "not be supporting it" now.
/r/MensRights20/08/14 01:03 AM

That's what they don't get. It would be almost hilarious now, if it wasn't so down right pathetic, that nobody needs straw feminists to show how disgusting Feminism is. They just have to quote them in context and leave all the sane people going "are you fucking kidding me?!"

This makes me angry. Very god damn angry. Science changes our world, science is what pushes forward civilisation. Yet here they are DELIBERATELY and UNABASHEDLY dumbing down the next generation of scientists, solely to cater to their sexist bullshit. This type of shit actually sets back countries by decades.

Aaaaand right on cue. No examples and a long winded post about how "I don' need tow provide nah examples!" So it appears that the list you mention backs my point that /r/mensrights doesn't have issues. Still waiting on even one example of the problems with /r/mensrights? Likely we'll just receive yet another raging rant from you rather than you actually back your claims.
/r/MensRights19/08/14 12:17 AM

I've been noticing a trend on Feminist pages and normal media as well. The Feminists who are pushing their bullshit are still there but the public is rejecting their fallacies. The Feminist counter-articles to the #WomenAgainstFeminism trend have been overwhelmingly shutting down the bullshit of the Feminist articles they're posting on. It's beautiful.

Oh, here we go again. Seems to be a pretty consistant thing. Present some examples of the issues you declare /r/mensrights has. Strangely every single time we ask this then the person making the claim, you, will argue black and blue trying to refuse to present those examples. So go on.

He could have very well copied to a disc or had a laptop hooked up... So now you're saying she called the police because he was breaking copyright law? It is not a crime in the USA for a teenager to watch adult porn. They cannot be arrested for it. So not, it's not in the United States.
/r/MensRights13/08/14 10:36 PM

No. He didn't break the law. The person selling consensual adult porn to a minor is breaking the law. The person making their child watch porn is breaking the law. The person using a child as a middle-man to sell porn to the childs friends is breaking the law. But a teenager watching adult porn is not breaking the law. It isn't criminal. You cannot prosecute the teenager for corrupting themselves.

It's pretty much a combination of that. What I found just outright ridiculous is that the very first panels of the comic detail that people aren't seeing all this "blatant misogyny" and "rampant Patriarchy" sexism against women. They freakin' acknowledge that people aren't seeing this hysterical sexism anywhere and then go on to state that the rest of the comic will prove it exists... The difference is that supervising your child is not letting them run around all over unsupervised. She can see their skate paths and thinks a moving object with little control, who was there first, is required to possibly injure themselves jumping out of the way of the sporadic child. And Fox News is "just trying to maintain objectivity" too, huh? The author has taken situations in which their "context" completely contradicts the 'both sides are at fault' mantra they are trying to present, then goes on to paint these women in a good light. It's quite odd people like you can't seem to grasp that basic physical fitness, education or experience requirements that are required for that particular position aren't sexist just because women don't tend to meet those requirements.
