Yep. It's not the woman who technically ruins your life if she falsely accuses you; it's the DA and police. You're not fucked until you are formally charged and your name is permanently associated with rape, so if the DA won't file charges, it doesn't matter.

It's extremely likely it's a breastfeeding room but they don't want to call it that because breast is a naughty word. People are really fucking weird about breastfeeding.

That's the funny thing about the whole "grab them by the pussy" comment. He's an asshole but he's not wrong. Makes you wonder what the world would be like if kind and caring men were surrounded by beautiful women like rich and powerful men are.

Don't let him bother you, it was an interesting story. Men who aren't getting any are always shocked at how easy it is to turn down sex when you know you can get laid anytime you want. It's been my experience that guys who give you crap about passing on sex are usually incels. Those of us who know real abundance know that there are plenty of times the pussy just isn't worth the hassle.

It was definitively an epiphany for me when a female friend told me she likes having a good cry. I was wondering why the fuck she and her friends would see movies that just made them cry and that was her response. If there isn't something to cry about, they'll invent something.

Bread and circuses. The ruling class has known for a long time that as long as people are fed and entertained, they'll do little more than complain. I'd wager that video games have actually prevented a lot of killings because they keep incels placated. Unfortunately, teenage male sex drive is often too high for simple distractions to work, hence why shooters are young men.

I'm not an advocate for abstinence only sex ed but people need to stop acting like consequence-free sex is a basic human right. Every time you have sex, you're taking a risk of pregnancy. If you're not in a position to handle that risk, you need to try really fucking hard not to have sex.

Not surprisingly, men tend to care more about appearances that indicate health while women value those that indicate status. A hot woman is hot in an evening gown and in pajamas.

In other words, no dude wants to say his dick is fucked up and can't be fixed, so a lot of circumcised men act like it doesn't matter or is even a good thing. It's like Plato's cave except that even if they listen to the guy who broke free, they can never be free themselves.

So true, and it's something you don't fully understand until you reach abundance mentality. When sex becomes easy to obtain you realize how much more there is to life than chasing pussy.

The simple rule is that any kindness must come from a position of strength. You're giving her flowers because you are awesome, not because she is. In other words, an alpha is the king dispensing favors to the peasants. A beta is the peasant trying to gain an audience with the king.

He's an asshole but he's not wrong. Women let powerful men do pretty much whatever they want. The reason most men seek money and power is because it's how you get women. Funny thing is, they could completely change the world if they wanted to by rewarding men who are kind and generous like they do men who are rich and powerful. We already see legions of (beta) men doing ridiculous things because they think it's what women want. But biology > all and rich and powerful men give them tingles.

Crybaby cry, make your momma sigh. Have you looked at the average guy recently? Unless you are grotesquely deformed somehow, it's incredibly easy to be in the top 10% for looks. No, you're not going to fuck supermodels unless you are a supermodel yourself (or rich), but you can certainly get plenty of everyday hotties. But hey, if you'd rather cry than fix yourself, it's no skin off my back. Makes it even easier for me.

It's easier to look at it in terms of probability. The higher your SMV, the greater the probability that a given woman will appear to be a unicorn. She can have characteristics that make her more likely to be a unicorn as well, such as a girl who really believes she's going to hell if she cheats will be less likely to do so. But these probabilities can never reach one. AWALT is really just a statement about probability with the law of large numbers. No, All Women Are not Like That at all times, …

The quote "we judge ourselves by our intentions and others by their actions" can be just as easily applied to men and women. We judge women by their intentions and men by their actions. Her primary goal wasn't "I sure would like to molest an underage boy" so therefore she's fine.

Totally with you there. You can be as kind and considerate as you want as long as she always knows you are doing because you are awesome, not because she is. Betas fail because they always find a way to make it clear that she is on a pedestal to them.

This is great and so predictable. Opponents of gay marriage or sex changes have been told for so long not to be such a bigot because nobody is going making you gay or transgender. It won't affect you, so stop worrying. Except now you'll be shamed for wanting to fuck actual women just like men are currently shamed for not wanting to fuck fat women. SJWs, take note. You're making all those warnings from "right-wing nutjobs" come true.

I want to agree with you but then I remember hearing from the "bigots" when I was growing up that if we accept homosexuality as normal, sooner or later people will be declaring themselves all kinds of made-up genders. And here we are. At this point I don't think it's a stretch for the next step in "tolerance" being to normalize pedophilia. I know some are certainly trying and that's terrifying. Well, one of the better pieces of advice given here is to mercilessly remove people and things from your life that don't add value. If this sub doesn't, cut it out. It's not right but it is exactly how men are expected to be. I have outright laughed at some complaints by female friends about various work things they think are women-only problems. The reason that men don't seem to have those problems is that we just deal with it and get over it. E.g. if a woman's idea gets "stolen" by a man then it's another mansomething. If a man steals another man's idea, then you should have taken initiative or explained it better.

Yeah, it's like how yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre is a serious offense. People can get seriously hurt if you intentionally incite panic. It's unfortunate that she most likely got off because woman because this is more what sentencing should be. Causing or potentially causing harm to a lot of everyday people is a much bigger crime than stealing money.

Sadly yes. The stuff that spurred it on sounds pretty awful. But then you have all these women screaming #metoo because an unattractive man tried to flirt with her and she wouldn't flat-out say "no". As a side note, I always chuckle a little when I see #metoo because before it was a hastag it was more well-known as the pound sign. So I instinctively read it as "pound me too."

Stereotypes exist for a reason and that's definitely one of them. Women aren't intrinsically boring, nor do they choose low-paying careers simply because they're women. They do these things because we allow it. A boring, poor man is shamed by society. A boring, poor woman is not. We've even gone so far as to try to make objective laziness (fatties) something that is ok for women.

Which is part of the lesson of OP's post. Every time there's a thread about lifting it's filled with tryhards who do BJJ or Krav Maga and "would wipe the floor with you bodybuilders". That may be true, but nobody wins in a random bar fight in the modern world. It's so important to look like you're a war machine because looking like you could destroy anyone in the room is far more valuable than actually destroying someone. One gets you SMV, the other gets you arrested.

It is, and they may actually turn into someone enjoyable to be around and not just look at. I disagree with the standard TRP premise that women are all boring and mostly useless. They are only boring because we let them be. They are perfectly capable of being fun and interesting; they just normally don't need to be. Why do you think the stereotype of the spry, witty, little old lady is a thing? We've all known one. She's a woman who realized that her looks were going to fade and she could either…

Women don't want dicks, they want balls. But they'll put up with a dick to get a guy with big balls. Since they have neither dicks nor balls, they often cannot tell the difference. What they hate is pussies. And the worst is pussies who are also dicks (this is your standard nice guy). If you're both a dick and a pussy then you can just go fuck yourself.

It seems like this works only because most men are almost autistic at best. Class clown beats the guys who can't talk to women at all.

Do what you want to do when you want to do it. If you want to spend time with your GF, do so. Do not spend time with her because you're afraid of her getting mad or something. Women are used to getting what they want just because they're women. If hanging out at a bar watching sports with your buddies/going golfing/playing DnD is more interesting than her, that's her fault.

Then get over it and make it not hard. You can complain all day about how unfair it is but it doesn't change the fact that men are required to either adapt and overcome or die.

The pay gap is not a myth, men do earn overall more than women. What is a myth is that this occurs for the same job. Men earn more because they choose jobs that pay more and they choose jobs that pay more because women won't date down.
/r/TheRedPill30/11/17 05:10 AM

And this right here is why there is a gender pay gap. Women aren't being pushed out of high-earning fields, men are being pushed into them. Most men are simple creatures with one driving goal, to get girls. If women are attracted to money and power, men will seek money and power. The irony of things like "toxic masculinity" is that women could eradicate it tomorrow if they wanted to. If suddenly women decided that being an elementary school teacher was as hot as being a CEO, men would be getting…

This is a huge reason that TRP is so hard tp swallow for so many. When you love a woman, you want to put her first and make her happy. But if you do, she turns on you. In reality, the best way to keep her interested and happy is to be fairly self-centered while giving her just enough so that she knows you do care about her a little. There is nothing that makes a woman happier than knowing a high-value man wants her around.

There's an old story, where the names and exact details elude me now, but it was something along the lines of a privileged woman showing her friend how devoted a certain man was to her by tossing her glove into some sort of gladiator-like event (think seriously dangerous animals). True to form, he jumped in after it for her, but after getting it back he tossed it in her face and walked away. She does not have power over you. I would rather stay away from outright victim blaming. She could be buck naked and meeting Rob A. Pist at rape o'clock in Rape, Rapistan and she still doesn't deserve to get raped. She's a complete idiot and needs to be told as much in no uncertain terms, but she still doesn't deserve it. I think this is why so many men find TRP so hard to swallow. We don't want to believe that we're truly on our own in this world. We want to believe we can find a woman to whom we belong and who belongs to us. A woman around whom you don't have to be Iron Man. A woman who knows everything about you and you know everything about her. But this doesn't work because if your relationship reaches this state, she loses attraction. Be careful though and remember that if you into one asshole, you ran into an asshole. Run into them all day and you might be the asshole. I say this after a realization of why fatties cry about people making fun of them. There are two types of people who get noticed in the gym: extremely beautiful/swole people and inconsiderate asshats. Fatties tend to be the latter because the same failings that make them fat also make them annoying and constantly in the way at the gym. Thus, when they spend 20…

This can be used to your advantage in a relationship and is irritating if you actually care about the girl. If you keep the compliments/presents/other forms of validation sparse, she'll work harder to get it from you. It's one of those bitter pills though because this functionally means that if you care about this girl and do things to show it, she won't reciprocate and will in fact become worse. It's almost like there's a law of conservation of kindness in a relationship.
/r/TheRedPill26/10/17 11:38 PM

Yep, me too. So glad she was cold-hearted enough to send it back without even opening it. I wouldn't want something like that actually existing out there. I should probably be grateful to her though because it was my red pill awakening. A girl who I'd known for years and cared very deeply for and (I thought) cared deeply for me too wouldn't even talk to me about why she wasn't talking to me. It was a harsh lesson in how if you show weakness, you are worthless to her.

It's important to note though that while you can never count on it, there are women smart enough to realize that the hole can be fixed. Two conditions have to be met for this to apply: Even at your weakest you are still pretty damn strong, relatively speaking. For most, this just means letting shit be shit and not sinking into a depression over an injury or something. You have to be very strong when at your strongest and thus worth fixing. I think I've said this here before but it's really telling how this is the only relationship that's ok to shame and it's the one most favored to actually produce healthy children (except for both man and woman young). Old woman/young man, man/man, woman/woman, transthing/transthing, those are all great. But follow basic biology and date a fertile young woman and you're a creep.

Not with me but I've heard stories from others and the sluttiness of clothing is often directly correlated with how badly they are doing in class. Some girls I knew in college outright admitted that they would wear shorter skirts to class for a while if they did badly on a test and it usually helped their grades. It's apparently much worse in high school, probably because the girls know that people look for reasons to call a male teacher a pedo or pervert. As a side note, this is also why abunda…

Especially if she's your subordinate in some way. I'm a college professor and I keep my office door wide open and remain on the other side of the desk when a female student comes in for office hours. I have observed two kinds of highly educated women. The first is a pleasant person who happens to have a strong career too. The second is a bitch who thinks herself better because degree. The former is almost always in a fairly happy, committed relationship. The latter is usually a spinster.

A woman with an education is much like a nice guy. All other things being equal, I'd like an educated woman, but I'm not going to put up with a bitch to get it. Similarly, women do like nice guys but they're not going to put up with a pussy to get it. It's classic projection. Women are attracted to men with strong careers and so they assume a strong career will make them attractive. I know! Maybe I'm weird but a hot girl who's smart too is so much hotter. But then, she's still gotta be hot in the first place, so maybe it still works. A hot girl who is driven and capable is even hotter while an ugly one is ignored. Just as a driven "alpha male" who is kind and gentle is the man many women dream about but a kind, wimpy man is ignored.

Very typical. I actually told a female friend once when she was whining about all the things she had to deal with because woman that "if you were complaining about this stuff as a man I would just laugh at you and tell you to grow a pair. That's why you don't think men have the same problems". Almost all of these issues are things men have had to deal with for pretty much ever, or die. Go far enough back in time and "or die" becomes literal.

Yeah...I want to ignore stuff like this as the ramblings of a crazy person but I feel like it wasn't too long ago that I was ignoring people claiming things like "there are more than two genders" and "9-year-olds are capable of deciding they are transgender".
/r/MensRights24/09/17 09:38 PM

Yours might, most are not. I've known far too many men who think being a good boyfriend/husband means doing whatever she wants all the time. What's ridiculous is how it gets spun if you don't do what she wants. E.g. It's his problem that he plays too many video games, not her problem for being less interesting than slaying digital dragons.

Undervalued point right here. People, both men and women, are generally selfish, awful creatures. We're all programmed at act in our own best interest and it takes effort to stray from that programming and act for the good of society instead. Where we have run into problems as a society is when we decide women's selfish behavior is ok but men's is not. E.g. a woman not ready for a child can abort it without question, but a man not ready for a child will be shamed by his community and hunted by t…

It's also a quintessential example of the coddling if women in today's society. She doesn't need to get objectively better and healthier, he needs to accept her no matter how big she gets. You want to know why women aren't in STEM or other places of power/high pay, here you go. I think the takeaway here is that it's important to be informed and cautious. It wasn't too long ago that a lot of people died because we thought radioactive materials were fun (radium watches to glow in the dark for example). Learn how to interpret actual science so you don't fall prey to the media's view on it. Right, it's objectively false to say women are not oppressed. The point you want to make is that men are too and we have to stop trying to blame each other for our problems if they're ever going to get fixed. There are some problems that cannot be fixed only for one side, such as the "pay gap". It's just kind of comical when you see all this advice given to men about how to please a woman. In reality, the easiest way to sexually please a woman is to be high SMV and fuck her hard. All the pussy licking in the world won't do as much as just some grade-A alpha male dick.

Yes they do, boys absolutely are pushed into STEM. That's the whole reason there's a discrepancy between men and women. Women are allowed to major in silly bullshit like gender studies, men are required to do something that will pay well.

Simple answer here. Women only notice the top 10% of men and so they assume that since those men have it pretty good, men are privileged. It's the same reason they want more female CEO's but not more garbagewomen: they don't see a gender imbalance in garbage collection because they don't see anyone there. Those men do not exist.

What's funny is that one of his major points-that men seek status-is largely due to women. If women didn't put status above pretty much everything when judging potential mates, men wouldn't seek it as intensely as we do. From the high school boy wanting to be the star athlete to get girls to the president of the United States with some White House interns, men are very strongly driven to seek power and status because that's what gets you laid.

It's actually quite simple: women are allowed to choose easy majors without shame, men are not. Majoring in STEM is just hard and if you don't love what you're doing you're gonna have a bad time. Let's be honest here, how many people, men and women, really love vector calculus? I mean, I do but I'm a STEM professor. What I see as a prof is quite interesting actually. The number of good men and women is generally about even, though the best man is almost always better than the best woman. However…

Pretty sure this is the same plan Barney Stinson had in HIMYM. Better idea: be awesome enough that you don't have to "invest" in fatties in the hopes that they'll turn hot. Spoiler alert: most fatties stay fat and you're going to end up giving them hamconfidence at best and get a fat stalker bitch at worst. Never, ever, for any reason give fatties any validation whatsoever.

There must be a lot of neckbeards here for this to have become such a thing... It's really simple and why we talk about SMV (sexual/social market value) so much. Looks are a large part of your SMV, which determines how attractive you are to women, that's all. It's not the only component, which is why fatties still bang hotties from time to time, but it's a major one. It's also the one you have the most control over. I don't care if you think you have bad bone structure, lift and don't be fat and…

I'd go more around 1000. People drastically underestimate how calorie-dense most food is today and it's really easy to eat just a little too much and that 500 deficit becomes 200, turning a pound a week loss into a pound every 18 days. And really, unless you're a serious bodybuilder on a careful cut, the only reason not to go for 1000-1500 deficit is because it's uncomfortable. And if you can't handle a little discomfort, you're not worth much as a man.

Glad someone pointed this out. Guys aren't any different, it's just that society tells the fat, ugly, useless girl that she deserves a 6'5" man with washboard abs and a 6-figure income while laughing at her male counterpart. This is why TRP is far more about equality than feminism ever was. We recognize that women are people too and most people suck.

Of course. If you boil down the basics of TRP (AWALT, Briffault's Law, etc.) you realize it's about recognizing that women aren't magical perfect beings, they are human too and act in their own selfish interest just like men. The ways that this is seen are different but it's still simply acting in your own self-interest, with a good bit of basic biology thrown in. Where men want to mate with as many young, fertile women as possible, women want to acquire strong genes and a strong provider and ar…

Guide to taking steroids safely: don't. Unless a professional bodybuilder, you simply do not need them to build an amazing physique that 95% of men will only dream about. Don't fuck up your body because you lacked the patience to do it natty. A year of hard work and careful diet will easily put you in the top 5% fitness-wise. The only reasons to use steroids are either if you're looking for a shortcut or if you're making serious money from your body (pro athlete).

It's absolutely insane that alimony is even a thing anymore and even more absurd that it is based on his income and not her needs. It's such a blatantly clear area where society says to me "your only reason for existing is to support women." There was an absolutely infuriating episode of Jon Oliver's show where he talked about the miss America pageant. Well yes, but again most men are weak and will cower before a bitch instead of either ignoring her or putting her in her place, thus fueling the narrative that men are intimidated by "strong" women. I despise this narrative that relationships are hard work. If anyone in your life is hard work, get rid of them. A good relationship makes your life better and easier. And if you're capable of being intimidated by a strong woman, you are a pathetic shell of a man. I have no doubt that this one is at least somewhat correct but only for weak men. It's actually fairly simple: anything you do for a woman has to come from a position of power. You are the king throwing coins and trinkets to the peasantry, not the peasant trying to curry the king's favor. The easiest way to do this is to never act like it's a big deal, e.g don't ask her about the flowers you sent and when you see her struggling to open a jar, just quickly take it, open it, and give it back (with a little slap on the ass for good measure). I strongly disagree because it creates a mindset that sex is something you have to get from her. That's the world betas live in; a world where you get sex as a reward if you do X. If you turn into a desperate little dweeb after a dry spell, that's a separate problem you need to fix and going to prostitutes won't help. You are giving women far too much power over you if you feel like you must get laid or you won't be able to function properly.
/r/TheRedPill24/02/17 07:18 PM

One of the biggest lies that keeps betas in line is this idea that sex is something you earn from her (see choreplay). Nothing could be further from the truth. If she isn't thanking you after sex (no, not always literally, don't mince words), you're doing it wrong.

This is the prime example for how you know feminists are full of shit. THIS is what causes things like victim blaming, they should be up in arms about this, but since women are infallible you hear nothing. Seriously, does nobody read The Boy Who Cried Wolf anymore? This is precisely the lesson we were all supposed to take from it. Actual rape victims are hurt by false accusations.

All the stuff you're "supposed" to do is mostly encouraged by people who want us to spend money. If you and she spend $50 on each other buying random shit because that's what you do on X holiday, all that is really happening is you're $100 poorer and someone else is $100 richer.

To be fair, forgiveness is what Christianity is supposed to be all about and divorce is a huge no-no in the Catholic church, though obviously plenty of them find a way around it. So at least they are being consistent and not just giving her a pussypass. Now of course an interesting experiment would be to wait a while and then post the same thing but it's the guy at fault, who cheated on her and made his mistress get an abortion. I doubt they will be as forgiving of him.

Basically this. Like if she says "you don't really need to go to the gym right now" I would just say "yes I do" and walk away, not talking to her again until she initiated. Or "you're too big already" is met with "there's no such thing" and again joined by ignoring her. Your goal is to make her know that she's met an alpha in both mind and body (which is very rare today) and due to her behavior, he has judged her as unworthy of his time. This is actually not an uncommon storytelling trope, where…

Anecdotal evidence: I feel like this is a natural, high-reward shit test when presented with someone who physically seems very alpha. I've noticed that if I just kind of blow a chick off when she says something about my workouts or body, she very quickly goes into "oh shit" submissive mode and becomes super apologetic, sweet and submissive. It's like she's checking to see if you're too good to be true.

That's why most men violently reject it. It sucks to realize that if you put the happiness of the woman you love above your own, she'll shit on you for it. It sucks to realize that nobody really cares about you but only what value you bring. It sucks to realize that the world will only give you what you take from it with force. But it's also liberating and empowering to know that as a man, you have so much control over your own life. No, you can't be absolutely anything if you just want it badly…

Your problem is that you are acting alpha without actually being alpha. Just physically speaking, 5'11" 155 is skinny as fuck and abs don't count on a skinny guy any more than boobs count on a fat chick. I'm guessing your example of touching the girl to get her to move was incredibly awkward and all they saw was a skinny guy rushing to class like his life depended on it. It's ok to be this way as long as you own up to it and fix it, but don't act like women don't respect an alpha because they do…

They're so rare though. You remember that guy because he was an exception. Most fatties go to the gym so they have an excuse to eat more and blame their fatness on genetics or other bullshit, i.e. "I go to the gym 3 times a week and it made me gain weight, must be genetics. "

The ones who get laughed at are the ones barely half-assing it while discussing the calorie bombs they've earned from 30 minutes on the elliptical at the lowest setting. These are unfortunately very common and most will remain fatties. So it's more like a homeless guy going to a job fair because he heard they have free booze.

With the sheer number of fatties out there just being in shape automatically makes you a 7 or higher. And you also have to consider the men messaging and following her. Yep, never knew a guy who found a woman's intelligence unattractive and quite a few (myself included) who rather enjoy the company of a beautiful woman who can think. "My career/intelligence/independence scares men away" is the female equivalent to "women don't like me because I'm too nice". Being an obnoxious twat is what drives men away just like being weak drives women away. It has nothing to do with being either smart or nice. This is also a huge factor in why women say they are so oppressed. They don't see all of the low SMV men in crappy jobs that are 99% male, they only see that there are more male CEOs than female. You don't see them complaining about how there aren't as many women sanitation workers.

That's not what I was getting at but I can see how it comes across that way. My point is that in today's society, she really should value a man who is kind and supportive and she knows this objectively. But her instincts tell her to go for a man who is strong and dominant above all else in order to produce strong offspring. Now of course being supportive doesn't diminish attraction by itself but the vast majority of men become doormats when they try to be supportive. In other words, we know she …

I don't think that's quite accurate. Very few women are just naturally ugly, it's almost always a result of not taking care of yourself in some way. Some are prettier than others obviously but reaching unfuckable takes effort, or really the lack of effort. Almost like biology is telling us that if you're bad enough at taking care of yourself to be ugly then you're not worth impregnating because you won't be able to take care of a baby either.

Yes, most really are. The average man wants to go do a half-ass job he doesn't like making money to support a family that doesn't respect him, eat food that makes him fat, come home to yell at a screen watching other men play sports, and drink enough beer to numb it all so that he can do it again tomorrow. This is much more accurate. Bad boys are generally those who do what they want without concern for consequences for themselves or others. That kind of extreme IDGAF attitude is highly attractive to women. The best example is the disturbingly large portion of women attracted to drug addicts. You're never going to find someone with as much of a single-minded, intense drive to get what he wants at all costs as a junkie looking for his next fix. That kind of determination gives tingles.

There's nothing wrong with being a genuinely kind person and doing things for others, but make sure it's because you want to do them and not because you want some reward. The narrative of "nice guys aren't attractive" really needs to die. Being "nice" only to get something is the direct opposite of an actual nice guy. I've seen it said here that "The Red Pill is the radical idea that women are people too." This does leave out an important part though, which is "and most people suck." There are many directions you can argue that TRP should go, but the undeniable core is simply that women will do what's best for them in the moment, just like men. If you can't give a fat, single mom tingles then you might as well be 600 pounds. He's fat enough to be well into "eww" range, it doesn't really matter if she's exaggerating.

I wouldn't say her degree can't be attractive but it's very much the same thing as nice guys. Women do want a man who treats her well but isn't going to date Billy Beta to get it. Yes, you can be dominant and still kind. For men, many of us would prefer a woman who can hold an intelligent conversation but we're not going to date fatties and hags to get it. Youth and beauty come first, if you have a useful degree (not gender studies) that's a nice bonus.

Dread is your girl knowing that she could be replaced at any time, which causes her to put in more effort to keep you. And I'm not quite sure you understand the game theory of which you speak. You may not need completely even outcomes for the same decisions but they need to be reasonable or it becomes predictable. If, as you say, you're at 3 if both of you cooperate but negative 1 million if you cooperate and she defects, the choice is clear. The classic game theory example is The Prisoner's Dil…

The important point of why things are so ridiculous is in traditional game theory, you're supposed to have equal outcomes for equal choices (as in your picture) and not know what the other person is going to do. In the current state that is not true. She gets much more out of defecting while you cooperate than the other way around. In addition, she knows you know this and are stuck, so for the most part she knows what you're going to do. This is precisely why dread is so important. It adds back …

To be fair, 5'6" 270 isn't just fat, it's spherical. A massively fat 36 year-old guy living with his parents is pretty much the opposite of a good catch. She's not any better but let's not pretend she's in the wrong for finding him repulsive.

This is a huge thing that women especially just do not understand. Yes, we all want to fuck the hottie of hotties, but we're realistic. We put all women into two simple groups based on attractiveness: will fuck, will not fuck. Once you're past the threshold then beauty becomes much less important. All other things being equal we're obviously going to choose the prettier one but a pleasant, submissive 7 will generally beat a bitchy 9.

This myth is almost as obnoxious and retarded as the gender pay gap, maybe more. Einstein did just fine in school. If he ran into issues they were due to extenuating circumstances, such as an entrance exam being given in a language he didn't know very well.

Extremely important note too: when you tell people about how you're improving yourself, you get the same dopamine reward as if you had done it, making it less likely you'll actually follow through. Why do you think damn near everyone is "trying" to lose weight? They tell their friends they're doing it and get that big dopamine boost which kills the motivation for getting it done.

It's critically important to emphasize this is his own dumb fault for being a fatass. From the sound of it, he's not that bad naturally but he's fat and lazy. Plenty of balding men are considered very attractive, you just have to be Bruce Willis and not Danny DeVito.

It's really not bad for men with the balls to say "no fatties". If your girl gets mad about it, then she probably was planning to let herself go. Either that or you need to work on yourself. It needs to be society wide. If a random person calls you a fatty, you run back to your hugbox who tell you you're beautiful and deserve another box of cookies. They all delude and encourage each other. If everyone around you is constantly calling you a fatty, only the very most delusional and narcissistic will be able to convince themselves that they're fine and society is wrong.

Just by not being fat you're already ahead of something like 70% of guys. Being swole puts you in the top 10% even if you're not blessed with natural good looks. Also, you can't really know how ugly you are until you get rid of the fat, get swole, and put in some effort. Your bone structure isn't giving you an ugly face, your acne, neckbeard, mullet and all those Twinkies are.

I have a strong feeling this is a correlation, not a causation. Wimpy men are more likely to accept egalitarian marriages and thus we see them with a high failure rate. As a professor in a STEM field, I strongly disagree. It's the men who don't really want to be there, not the women. Society requires men to get a good job, which is why STEM and other high-paying fields are male-dominated. By contrast, our society encourages women to do what they want to do, so the ones you see in STEM, especially physics and engineering, are there because they like it. Almost everything men find attractive is based on one thing: ability to bear healthy children. The patriarchy doesn't tell us fatties are disgusting and should not be fucked, biology does. Waist/hip ratio, youth, and symmetry (beauty) are all things that point to fertility. Women do the same thing but it's a little harder because it's not quite so clear physically.

They stayed virgins because no man would have a used-up whore for a wife. I've read that the reason behind the engagement ring being so expensive is because once you were engaged to be married, it was acceptable to give up the pussy. Thus, if the engagement was broken, the woman would have lost most of her value. The ring gave her a little more security because it was so valuable itself.

Always amuses me that women getting ignored in favor of video games or other traditionally male activities is seen as a male problem. We live in a society where binge-watching an entire series on Netflix over the course of a weekend is considered an accomplishment. People brag about it like they just finished a marathon. Oh, and you're the weird one for not putting your life on hold to watch other guys play sports while you sit around and get fat.

Yup. I've even played WoW but when I had to make the choice between playing and lifting, lifting always won. As the saying goes, time you enjoy wasting is not time wasted. Just be intentional about your "wasted" time so that you don't end up truly wasting time doing stuff like gaming simply because you don't know what else to do.

South Park put it really well I think. Basically they said there's nothing wrong with weed but it makes you ok with being bored and that's not a good thing. When you find yourself bored is when you would normally start pushing your own boundaries.

You can either assign a value to certain behaviors (e.g. nagging is a negative 3/10) or just count how often they occur. The latter is probably more useful. An interesting result was that while it was hard to tell the shape from limited data, nagging was definitely at least quadratic and maybe exponential. Also, though I did not take direct data, remaining strong mitigates a lot of it. For example, getting up early with the kids so she can sleep has drastically different results if I talk about …

A friend of mine used to have a fun joke to play on female friends. He'd ask "would you have sex with someone for a billion dollars? " When she said "probably" he would then continue with "now that we've established you're a whore, what will 10 bucks get me?" Every woman is a filthy whore for the right price. What they can't stand is when they don't get to set that price.

It's so fucking weird, like there's a grand law of conservation of kindness or something. The nicer I am to her, the meaner she is to me. This is a huge reason the pill is so bitter and so many men resist it. When you care about someone, you want to do nice things for them. But if you don't carefully moderate it with your woman, she turns into a bitch. I've gone as far as to keep a spreadsheet with an approximate numerical value for nice and mean. This might be the most infuriating lie that betas peddle. They get the girl they've been pining for (who has been ignoring them) after many years and they think they've won. Sure she's fat now and all that tanning in her youth has made her look like a leather sofa in her 30s, but I got her! She chose me in the end! Right, a woman striking you with all her might doesn't give you the right to respond in kind. I don't care about the outliers, almost all men are significantly stronger than almost all women. The real male privilege is that you get to constantly improve yourself in many areas women cannot. One of those is controlling your temper. You're not even close to alpha if a woman of all things can goad you into a fight.

We also don't care about the plight of ugly girls because being truly just naturally ugly is rare. Ugly girls usually are ugly because they are fat or otherwise don't take care of themselves. Bingo. One thing I learned very quickly in college is that the concept of being an honorable man and not "stealing" another guy's woman was stupid because even remotely desirable women will always be dating (or something) some random guy. This is why you see so many oddly-matched couples were the guy is kind of a loser and the girl is reasonably attractive. I wouldn't say evil as much as amoral and selfish. We generally don't go out of our way to inflict pain on others, but if left unchecked we will step on anyone and everyone to get what we want. Fit women being manly is a myth perpetuated by feminist land whales. Women who take fitness seriously and do more than just the elliptical and abs should be encouraged. Women remaining children is a societal thing, not a biological one. We're even starting to see men do the same in modern society (manchildren). By a normal person's definition no, but remember that feminists consider catcalling to be sexual harassment and this was definitely on that level or worse. Realistically this is what an encounter like this should look like. They made an advance, he said no, they dropped it and moved on. No harm done. It doesn't work that way because women feel so disgusted by an unattractive man approaching them in a sexual manner that they think it must have been worse than it was.

I agree that mental energy is a thing and I know I experienced that firsthand when finishing my dissertation. It got frustrating to have to …

Here's the thing about imposter syndrome: highly capable people are likely to feel as though they're just making it up as they go along because they usually are. That's why they're considered highly capable in the first place; give them something to figure out and they will. In addition, if you're very good at what you do and confident, people assume you're good at everything. So you get asked to do stuff you're not really familiar with and again, you make it up as you go along.

It's a probability thing. She's not very likely to branch swing when it will leave her in a worse position, but there are never any guarantees. The best way to put it is that as the positive difference between current guy and possible guy increases, the probability of a branch swing approaches 1.

The virgin thing is one of the easiest ways to see that they're not interested in helping boys/men, they just want someone to blame. You're a loser if you can't get laid but any attempts to get laid make you a horrible objectifier of women at best and a rapist at worst.

A saying my great-grandmother had in her house is "there is nothing so strong as gentleness, and nothing so gentle as real strength. " It's common to think women like jerks but really they're just incredibly averse to pussies. They want to be treated well but they will take an alpha who doesn't before a beta who does every time.

I've heard women say pretty much the same thing, so I don't think you're making it up. Some of them try to disguise it but wtf do you think the common phrase "I just want to have fun right now" means? It's how slightly smarter women say exactly the same thing; that they want a bad boy.

I feel like I saw a study recently about how the hornier a woman is, the lower her inhibitions get. So if you make her incredibly aroused she'll do damn near anything you want. You can see this yourself if you want by noting the difference in blowjob quality from a woman who has been teased to the brink of orgasm vs one who has just gotten off. The super horny one will be a sword swallower compared to the one who already got her orgasm release.

An important note to everything here is that it's all probabilistic. Lifting, game, holding frame etc. all increase your probability of success with women and decrease the probability of disaster, but it's still never a guarantee. So when we say things like AWALT we obviously don't mean that we can predict any woman's behavior at any given time. We just mean that as the number of opportunities for hypergamy increases, the probability of acting on it approaches 1.

Especially because his already has been. It doesn't matter how thoroughly he was proven innocent, there will still be a lot of people believing that he's a rapist for the rest of his life. That's only because you're not really worried about her being a crazy rapist. Let's be honest here, if you're enough of a stud that a woman would want to rape you, she'd have an incredibly difficult time actually doing it. Maybe I can't speak for most guys but I'm not flattered when a fugly whale tries to hit on me, I'm disgusted. I've just trained myself not to show it because that's social suicide. This is even a fairly common sitcom trope. Guy gets set up with unappealing girl and has to try to hide his discomfort all episode long. The only real difference is a reasonable one, and that is women react more defensively than men because men aren't really worried about the fugly girl causing you actual harm.

That's a really interesting theory. Women love a man with drive and nobody has drive like an addict trying to get his fix. He'll stop at nothing to get what he wants and that attitude is super hot to women. This may just be an extreme version of why they love "bad boys". Bad boys are known for doing what they want even if it's incredibly stupid and possibly illegal.

I remember reading a joke a long time ago about how to please a woman vs a man. The list for the woman was a page long and filled with standard things you expect: be confident, bring her flowers, be spontaneous, etc. The list for men had two things: show up naked, bring beer. It's gotten even worse since then. The only thing women really need to do now is not be fat while our list has grown. And most of them can't even handle that.

Agreed. Women just aren't forced to grow up and control their emotions like men are. Case in point, a female colleague of mine outright yelled at her superior during an evaluation meeting. She was in the right and he was way off base, but still she had an unacceptable outburst. I told her that she's not allowed to complain about women being treated poorly in the workplace ever again because if I did that as a 6'4" 240 lb male (32" waist mind you), I would have been escorted out by security.

You've almost got to admire how well they distorted the narrative. We're all taught from the time we're very young to be careful who we trust and not put ourselves in dangerous situations, but apparently that all goes out the window if you're a woman. Awful people do awful things and always will. Get away with? Depends on your definition of "get away". I've been in this very situation before and I backed down because my only options were to beat the living hell out of him or back down. The general MRA neckbeard narrative is that if a woman hits you, you should be able to hit her back and call it self defense. That's what I'm saying here. It's not the same thing. Being kind isn't a beta trait, being weak is. Let's not get things confused. A beta is despised not because he is nice, but because he is a doormat. That's still a lot when you think about putting on 12 pounds of pure muscle in a year. My own experience has shown this to be about right as well. I'm currently 6'4" 240 with a 32" waist. The biggest thing that will derail you now is injury. The stronger you get, the easier it is to hurt yourself if you do it wrong (only so much dama…

Well done, but be careful to not get too addicted to those noob gains. For one, it's unlikely you gained 25 pounds of pure muscle in 8 months. I think that might actually be beyond the physical limit. You are likely closer to 15, which is still a lot, but gained some fat too. In addition, those gains will slow considerably, so try not to get discouraged if you slow down and be very careful to watch how fat you're getting. It will be tempting to eat more to chase the noob gains but it will just t…

You don't even need TRP to see that if she doesn't want sex with you, she just doesn't find you attractive. It's sex, everyone likes it. It speaks volumes to the denial skills of the common beta that the idea that a healthy relationship can survive on duty sex. I think the only real difference in sex drives is that men will eventually get horny enough to fuck just about anything while women will only lower so far. However, even that may be a function of thirsty betas because there's always a mor…

Not entirely true. Many didn't marry thinking it will fail but rather not thinking it would succeed, which is basically the same thing. E.g. a couple of 18 year-olds who got pregnant and married as a result. Marriages like that are doomed from the outset.

That's cute. If you're dumb enough to think men and women are comparable in a physical confrontation, you are stupid beyond words.

It obviously didn't bother him much because he made no attempts to protect himself. So yes, "barely ticked" is appropriate here. What she did really is irrelevant, the point is that you don't use force like that unless you absolutely need to do so. Teaching her a (much-needed) lesson about not striking anyone doesn't justify brutal retaliation.
/r/MensRights10/06/16 11:37 PM

Did I say anything about women being entitled to hit men? No, that shouldn't be allowed either. But the neckbeard contingent here seems to think it's justified to strike her with all your might when she barely tickled you. That's the attitude of angry, entitled, misogynistic men. You know, the kind that feminism tries to paint ALL MRAs as.

So much butthurt here. You guys keep trying to justify beating women because they "started it" and I'll be over here with the rest of civilized society.

Only if it was his only option, which it wasn't. He could have easily just restrained her. He makes precisely zero effort to protect himself. Causing injury to another person should be your last resort. You only get to "defend" yourself if you have no other options AND you are in real danger. E.g. hitting a woman because she's got you cornered in the kitchen with a knife is ok. Hitting her because she hit you first is not.
/r/MensRights10/06/16 06:28 PM

Did you watch the video? Because that's exactly true. He just kinda stood there and took obvious blows because they were causing virtually no harm. Then he absolutely just beats the shit out of her. Come on guys, this is the kind of thing that gets MRAs branded as misogynistic, angry virgins. Women should not be allowed to strike men with impunity. That said, men must never retaliate either. Despite what feminists try to tell us, men are just physically much stronger than women and it's simply not the same. When you are the stronger party, you back the fuck down. I think this relates back to shit testing. Remember that she shit tests you to make sure you're strong enough to deal with the real shit life throws at you. As long as it's not making you weak, being a "tortured soul" shows her she doesn't even need to shit test you because you're already holding it together under duress. Thus, tingles.

This is a case where, while it may sound cliche or even ridiculous, you cannot help women without helping men. As long as men are looked down upon when they don't make lots of money and women are not, this will never change. Make whatever laws you want, men will find a way to make more money because making money means getting women.

Marriage may not be a good deal for men but using the 50% number as gospel is silly. The actual rate for non-dumbasses is much lower. Beta Billy gets divorced half the time because he's an idiot and ignored a pile of red flags because he was in love. It may not be a risk you're willing to take even with a low chance of divorce but the chance should be much lower than 50% if you pay attention here at all.

They're not going to blame/revolt against the women. Part of being a beta is being incapable of seeing women as anything but perfect. Hence things like Chad "stole" their girlfriend. I feel that this is the big error most people make in screwing up relationships. They treat it like a business deal; I'll give you X if you give me Y. A healthy (or as healthy as it can be) relationship doesn't work lije that. You commit because you both want to commit. You have sex because you both like sex. Probability of being creepy is simply (creepiness of action)/attractiveness. You just gotta be more attractive than however creepy you're being. It's simultaneously hilarious and infuriating when women complain about how men put money and power above all else. If rich and powerful men weren't universally rewarded with the attention of beautiful women, men would not seek money and power anywhere near as much. You should need some calculus for a CS degree but not beyond calc 2 and maybe not even that. Discrete shouldn't even have calculus as a prerequisite. But you should still take as much math as you can handle. Even if the subject isn't useful the problem-solving skills will be.

That's what always gets me. I'm actually perfectly willing to admit that women have it harder in many areas and maybe if you could sum them all up, they overall have it worse than men. There aren't too few women in STEM, there are too many men. It's really simple. Women are encouraged to do what they want, men are told they must choose a degree that will make money. So the only women going into the sciences are those who really like it and let's be honest, how many people really like vector calculus? The hilarious/ridiculous thing about white male privilege is that the general feminist narrative is "men's problems don't matter because women's are so much worse." Even if you accept the premise that men have it better, the "I have it worse so your issues don't matter" is not a game that white women living in a first world country should be playing.

We don't have too few women on STEM, we have too many men. Women are allowed to pursue whatever they enjoy while men are required to get a good job. Plenty of men experience math anxiety as well but they suck it up and do it because they don't have a choice. Or in other words, a man dropping his engineering major to pursue gender studies would be mocked, a woman would not.

I've probably said this before here, but as a STEM professor, the reason for the wage gap/not "enough" women in STEM or other money-making fields is clear: women are allowed to major in anything, men are required to get a good job. Even assuming complete equality everywhere else, you're going to get a lot more men in the difficult and high-paying jobs because society looks down on a man who doesn't make a lot of money. A much simpler explanation is that almost everyone has been oppressed for most of human history, both male and female. The rich and powerful have always and probably will always exploit the poor and weak. It was just a different type of oppression based on the way in which you were useful to those in power. Women had to stay home and make babies. Men had to go off and fight wars. Men did the dangerous stuff because they were simply more expendable due to how procreation works.

Pretty much everything in life makes more sense if you think about it in terms of probabilities. Your friend is just the outlier on the other side of the bitchy landwhale cheating on her rich, adonis husband. Women are still people and you can't predict what any individual person will do with 100% confidence.
/r/TheRedPill17/04/16 03:10 AM

Well yeah, you always have to apply "for an alpha male" to anything they say about men, because they don't even think about betas. E.g. when she says "I like a man good with kids" she's not thinking of a standard suburban dad bod, she's thinking of Chad who somehow has good parenting skills.

The reason that the "strong, independent woman" tends to be single is not always because she's unattractive, but simply because she's already more alpha than 90% of the men out there. Women want to submit to a worthy man, not just anyone. If (for example) she's got a doctorate in a STEM field, she's immediately eliminated the vast majority of men from consideration. I don't know how educated/intelligent these women were, but it's a rather fascinating thing to watch otherwise intelligent women hamster like this. Their rational mind knows there's nothing wrong but they aren't getting tingles, so they'll find a reason that their rational mind will accept as to why he's a bad guy. The important RP truth here is of course that if you are alpha, you can do no wrong and a beta can do no right.

This is true. While nothing can guarantee fidelity, women who really think they're going to hell if they get divorced or cheat are much, much less likely to do so. However, it's important to note that finding one who really, truly believes this when the chips are down is not common at all. There are a lot who were raised that way and feel they firmly believe it, but will still hamster their way into their divorce or their infidelity being ok.

Yes, what the detractors of this sub fail to realize is that most of us don't want this to be true either. We want that fairytale too, where we fall in love with a woman and she falls in love too, never to question it again. But that's not what happens. Even the good marriages you see are that way because the man is alpha as fuck. If you see a bad one or a divorce, it's usually for the opposite reason. Some women are better than others and actually worth a LTR, but just like men cannot stop find…

You gotta laugh at how she spins it. It's not that she's average in a place where there are lots of women above average, it's that he wants a perfect 10. Male attraction is generally a Heaviside function, meaning that you have to reach a certain threshold and then it's nowhere near as important, e.g. a feminine 7 is better than a bitchy 9 but you won't fuck a 3 even if she can suck a golf ball through 30 feet of garden hose. She simply doesn't meet the threshold for this guy.

Well, for the past 40 years or more, everything has been about lowering cholesterol intake. It's only been recently the research shows eating stuff with cholesterol doesn't necessarily give you bad cholesterol. Men need cholesterol and fats to maintain hormone levels and that stupid food pyramid had everyone using as little fat as possible. I personally think there's a link here between men becoming wimpy and our diets shifting from fats to processed carbs.

I think you're missing a much more important point. The girl is asked what things repulse her and thus her mind immediately went to beta males. Note how she says something about not posing shirtless because (paraphrased)"you don't really look that great". Women's advice isn't wrong, you just have to apply it properly to an alpha or beta male. She doesn't want a beta posing shirtless because he's already unattractive to her. She doesn't want him with other women because she wants to be sure he ha…

It's not justified to meet verbal abuse with physical violence, especially if you're the stronger party. Men don't whine and lash out physically when someone hurts our feelings. That's what women and children do.

Also worth noting that since your SMV can be negative (creepy), you get the same thing in reverse too. A very romantic act done with a low enough SMV will be incredibly creepy.
/r/TheRedPill06/04/16 11:13 PM
71

The amount of effort you have to put in to be considered romantic is inversely proportional to your SMV. A moderate SMV guy has to plan an elaborate Valentine's day event to get the same "romantic" credit that a very high SMV guy gets by just spending any amount of time with her at all.

Yes, very possibly. Guys here like the jabber on about game but game really is just recognizing interest and not screwing it up. There are very few guys who can truly turn women from cold to hot, game is just a matter of not going the other way by being awkward or missing cues.

Women don't do well without sexual release either. But there is a huge difference in getting her off via oral or manual stimulation and just pounding her hard enough to do it. I think a good, simple rule to follow is not to get her off without being inside her. If it takes more than just an little help from your hand while you're balls deep, something is wrong.

Right, keto works for many people simply because it's fucking hard to eat 4000 calories a day worth of meat. First one is a really good point I've never considered. Alpha until proven otherwise. The corollary to this of course is that most men prove themselves otherwise without even saying a word. Fatness, bad posture, timid movement, etc. I remember a girl in college telling me I "exude confidence". I realized it was simply because I was actually taking hard courses and thus always busy with somewhere to go. I couldn't afford the time to futz around and stroll from place to place like most guys.

Damn near everything that a woman would consider sweet or romantic from an attractive guy is creepy from an unattractive one. Men really aren't any different though. A hot chick showing up naked is great, a fatty doing the same is awful. The problem is that society tells men we're in the wrong in both cases. Men are terrible creeps if we are not attractive enough and assholes if we reject women for the same reason.
/r/TheRedPill02/04/16 03:06 PM

Right, we need to remember that only 40% of men throughout history have procreated at all. Even if you're just knocking up an ugly land whale, you're still doing better than average. Betas gonna beta.

I learned a lot about people from playing WoW a few years ago. One of the more interesting things is how nobody wants to think for themselves. Everyone tries to copy what the pros do (however you define pros) and usually fail hilariously. You can't simply respec as alpha male if you've leveled as white knight. There are guidelines, but no real guide. Your version of alpha should not be identical to mine.

It's worth noting that this can be used as a test if you're interested in a more LTR. I have known a few able to recognize when nothing is wrong and they are just feeling bitchy, but that is not at all common. Most of the time, women will find someone to blame for their negative emotions even if those emotions literally came out of nowhere. This is the unfortunate truth. Women are programmed to avoid weak men, that's all there is to it. All OP is doing is making sure she knows that while he's sick, he's not weak. Make no mistake though, if you are ill enough so there's no hiding it, she will lose respect for you. It can be regained and most non-crazy women (contradiction in terms?) will recognize that you'll get better. But she still hates to know her fortress isn't invincible after all.
/r/TheRedPill28/03/16 06:19 PM

Easiest way to deal with that is to remember that while many men do like fit women, it's nowhere near the SMV boost for her as it is for you. The difference between a skinny and a built/ripped guy is huge, while women generally don't get a huge boost beyond just not being fat. In other words, she may be going from a 7 to a 9 but if you're really getting superhero ripped, you're going pretty much straight to 10.

Yeah, most women don't enjoy sex that much because most men are ugly and bad at it. This is why "fuck her good" is one of the most basic of TRP tenets. Virtually every time a man complains about his wife not wanting sex, the guy is a fat beta.

I think we're misinterpreting cause and effect here. Doing housework doesn't make you less manly, it's just that unmanly men are much more likely to do it. You always have to remember that unappealing men basically don't exist to women. It's like how you add "in bed" to a fortune cookie. Always add "for a hunky alpha male" to anything women say you should do. I don't think they're lying, I think they're just picturing a tall, handsome, ripped guy doing their dishes, not a fat and balding one.

Yeah, I don't doubt that real, chemical imbalance depression exists but I think there needs to be a distinction between depression and "I'm sad because life sucks for me right now." Humans adjust to their circumstances and make it a new "normal" very easily. As bad as it is to be raised fat, it's nowhere near as bizarre as other things people consider to be normal just because it's what they're used to. There was a study recently that showed most of those overweight think they're fine and the obese think they just need to shed a few pounds. The few seconds is so true. When cutting and craving sugar, I just have to remind myself that it's only a few seconds of moderate pleasure. Definitely not worth trading for a ripped physique. It gets even more ridiculous when you realize the shit that most fat guys eat. Really? You're trading your health for fucking hot pockets? If you have a professional chef making every single meal then maybe I could understand, but getting fat on junk food is abhorrent.

Unfortunately that's not entirely true. Men can get away with being fat if they have something else women want, usually money. This makes all the other fatties think that they're fine and can still get women even when mostly lard. The best way to look at it is that only an alpha male can be a truly nice guy. It's why the self-esteem movement is so damaging; you need a healthy amount of self-loathing if you're going to improve. This is one of the core things that separates alphas and betas. Alphas continually improve with time, betas stagnate or get worse. It's harder for women to get better with time due to how much of their value is…

My experience, which of course is only one data point, is that it's ok to do those things if you do them in a manly way. Baby won't sleep? Take your shirt off and let him snuggle in with your manly warmth and talk to him calmly with your deep voice. Making dinner? Grill some meat to a perfect medium or medium/rare. A woman wants you to be a man and there are still manly ways to do "feminine" things.

I gotta admit, this sub scares the shit out of me at times. I'm married, happily so even, but when I look back at "rocky" times in our marriage, they all fit TRP to the letter. Every time it seemed she didn't care about me or wasn't as sexual as she used to be, I can trace back to me losing frame or lightening up on the dread game. I'm really lucky I'm pretty "natural alpha" as you would call it and have always had the IDGAF attitude, plus I love to lift. As you might guess, both of us are a lot…

Correct. The state of affairs that keeps things civil is women riding the CC in their hot years then settling down with a provider slightly before the wall. Women get to fuck some alphas and the betas get to feel like their nice guy ways won in the end. Except women have become so incredibly obvious about doing this that the betas are figuring it out and are becoming more cautious about commitment. As far as the Prisoner's Dilemma, society runs pretty well when one man marries one woman and stay…

There are many levels to a double chin, which is a big point of this entire post. I was amazed at how such little weight loss made such a massive improvement in looks. I had just a little one at the end of my bulk and now it's completely gone. I look so much better now.

The cost-benefit thing is hilarious. Women are quite literally killing the goose that laid the golden eggs here by their hypergamous ways. I feel like male/female relationships as a society are becoming one massive game of Prisoner's Dilemma. If both are willing to seriously commit, then neither gets the best deal but it's pretty good. However, women are increasingly showing that they're going to take the selfish option every time and learning the hard way that they have a lot more to lose than …

I've directly laughed at some female colleagues when they complain about some specific instances of sexism, saying simply: "if you were a man, you would have just been told to grow a pair. " E.g. Oh, someone interrupted you in a meeting? And you just let it happen?
/r/MensRights06/03/16 04:42 AM

Of course it does, but the underlying message is always "white men shouldn't complain because women have it so much worse. " Even if that were true, white women living in a first world country really, really don't want to play the "your problems don't matter because mine are worse" game. It's not going to end well for them.

You can disagree with facts all you want, all it does is make you wrong. There is no argument here. It does of course matter what you eat for muscle gain. If there's no protein, there's no gains. For fat all that matters is calories.
/r/TheRedPill06/03/16 04:31 AM
7

Just look at what makes a man attractive vs a woman. A man needs to be constantly improving himself and everything around him. A woman just needs to not be fat, which is simply not consuming more resources than she needs. We all recognize this truth even on a very basic level.
/r/TheRedPill06/03/16 02:22 AM
3

Yeah, but consider a guy who already has pretty weak game and isn't very attractive. Under ordinary circumstances this guy would be thrilled with an HB 6, drunk he'd probably go to a 3. When you start out with 8 or 9 as your baseline you can drop a couple points and still be in "sober fuckable" range. Not so much for your average guy.

Is there some research on this? I'm natty and have found it to be better than just trying to stay lean. I definitely would like to not get fat every now and then but it just has been so much more effective. The strength and size gains I can make when eating everything in sight are crazy.

I've found that as long as my cut removes mostly sugar and other carbs I'm fine. I don't go full keto, just enough to run a 700-1000 calorie/day deficit. And keep a stash of hard-boiled eggs in the fridge, they're surprisingly filling. One of those will keep me ok until lunch and I have a TDEE of around 3500 calories/day.
/r/TheRedPill05/03/16 04:51 PM

My understanding of the medical literature is that there's been a lot of research showing belly fat is the type to really worry about. It correlates very strongly with all the bad stuff that goes along with being fat. On a biological level, this is likely why the 6-pack is seen as such a sexy thing. It indicates that you probably have zero health problems due to fat.
/r/TheRedPill05/03/16 04:43 PM
3

The effects of lost muscle mass are grossly exaggerated as well unless you're doing a stupidly hard cut (1500ish calorie/day deficit). On my previous one I actually started out kinda fat and dropped 50 pounds (I really, really wanted to get my bench to 330) and it only took about 2-3 weeks of normal eating to regain all the lost strength. This time I was much more careful with the bulk and have barely lost any strength at all with 20 pounds gone.

All of the above. The woman who wrote the infamous "dad bod" article even admitted as much. You gotta remember that while the instinct to get with a real alpha male is strong, so is the desire to be lazy and complacent. She doesn't want to have to work to keep her boyfriend.

No, it's more sharing an experience about how easily skewed our perception of ourselves can be. There are so many fatties everywhere that it's easy to think you look good when you're just not obviously fat. The point is that's not enough for your looks to actually help you. They might not hurt you but you're not getting anyone wet from your looks alone. As for doing it for women, it's been said many times here that that's the point of this sub. We do it through self-improvement but that's still …

Don't forget it's not a linear increase either. Dropping 10 pounds when you're a fatass means nothing. Dropping 10 pounds when you're already at 10% bf is a huge difference.

I did know one white guy who legitimately carried it well, though he still would have looked better without the fat. It was amazingly uniformly distributed and completely avoided his face and neck. But that was just one guy of course, not common at all.
/r/TheRedPill05/03/16 05:10 AM

Agreed. You've still got to have some game but there's a massive difference between being good-looking enough for her to be willing to fuck you (if you earn it through game) and being good-looking enough for her to want to fuck you and all you have to do is not screw it up. Can you be ugly as fuck and still get laid? Of course, but why would you go that route if you don't have to? Men don't mind taking the hard path but only a fool makes his job harder just for the sake of making it harder.
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 11:34 PM

That's exactly why I posted this. You may be in good shape except for that spare tire but that tire ruins everything. If you want to get bonus SMV for your looks, you've gotta look really good. But the payoff is definitely worth it. I think it may even be an exponential growth because not only does the girl you're talking to want you more, she sees the looks you're getting from every other girl.

Yes, very few people actually "carry it well" like pretty much all fat people claim. Most of us have areas where a large amount of any fat is stored and since 7 pounds of fat is about 1 gallon, it doesn't take much to look bad.
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 10:05 PM

The only difference between a woman like that and a "normal" one is that she will need you to be even more alpha than usual. Career women have a hard time finding a man simply because they not only want alphas (like every woman), they want men who are more alpha than they are and those are rare.
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 09:44 PM
7

Seconded. Tango, swing and salsa are probably your best bets. My personal favorite is swing because I'm strong enough to do all the fancy stuff where you basically toss the girl around, but that's just my preference. Play to your own strengths too. As I said, swing lets me really showcase how strong I am. Giving a girl that "oh shit I'm gonna die" feeling and then effortlessly catching her and holding her close may make her panties actually fly off of their own accord.
/r/TheRedPill03/03/16 04:35 AM
13

Swing dancing especially is basically one big RP analogy. The man must lead and lead well or it just doesn't work. The woman must follow completely. If the woman is a better dancer than the man she's going to get bored and look elsewhere, but if the man is good he can bring almost any woman to his level as long as she follows. You have to keep coming up with new things to keep her interested or she'll again get bored. And she has the most fun if you literally keep her on her toes.
/r/TheRedPill03/03/16 12:32 AM

That's just a general rule. If she's into you, you can do no wrong and anything positive is amplified. It's hilarious how many women say they don't like X in a guy...until they do. Of course, the reverse is also true. If she's not into you then you are just barely above Gollum in terms of redeeming qualities.
/r/TheRedPill03/03/16 12:26 AM
10

What's funny is applying this to attractiveness. We all know that a man has to do all kinds of stuff to create value in order to be attractive. A woman just has to not be fat. In other words, a man must be actively and continuously gathering and multiplying resources in order to be attractive. Women just have to not consume more than they need.
/r/TheRedPill02/03/16 07:53 PM
2

All that means is you have to be even more alpha. These career women complaining about not being able to find a man are having trouble simply because they want a man who out-alphas them and that's not easy to find when you're already more alpha than most men around you. Women don't want to follow a man, they want a man worth following.

It's only been in recent years that college has become atrociously expensive. In past generations, alumni who had a good experience were happy to donate to their beloved alma mater. The key here is that they weren't still paying off student loans like most are today.

The number of women in STEM is fine, the number of men is not. In other words, society says it's fine for women to major in something stupid that won't make any money, but men are worthless if they do the same. What you saw is a small scale version of what prompts all of these "where have all the good men gone?" articles from post-wall women. They don't just want an alpha, they want the alpha of alphas. There's nothing intrinsically wrong with this of course, except when you won't take anything but the best alpha. Our present society tells women they should never have to settle in any way which even in a soft harem situation is simply not possible.

While it sounds cliche, the "wage gap" is an area where you can't help women without also helping men. Women make those choices to go into lower paying professions because society allows it. For men, you are only allowed to pursue a career that will make good money. Honestly, women are responsible for the wage gap far more than men. The core of the philosophy is built on the idea that gender equality is a myth. Men are required by women to be superior in order to be attractive, women don't find equality sexy, even if they claim the contrary. Wow, this just describes everything so well. There is a mathematical function called a Heaviside function that describes this very well. It's either zero or one, so below a certain threshold it sets the whole function equal to zero while above it has no effect (multiplying by one). Pure attraction traits are Heaviside functions.
