Thats exactly what happened I had to drop him off at night. So your advice is just to keep trying and keep trying until it works. I shouldn't let him run to my mom's card the next time. It's just uncomfortable I do not want to make him more uncomfortable.

So I finalized my divorce after 400K of legal fees. I had to pay both sides of California law. The richer side pays the poorer side attorney fees. Anyways I just gave up I settled just to end it after the 5th year. Instead of boring you to death on the actual divorce let me give you what happened now.
