So I finalized my divorce after 400K of legal fees. I had to pay both sides of California law. The richer side pays the poorer side attorney fees. Anyways I just gave up I settled just to end it after the 5th year. Instead of boring you to death on the actual divorce let me give you what happened now. When we settled she said her income is 0 and since she has called child services 4 times on me all were found not found on my part On top of that she works the night shift so she does have an income. My lawyer said it's time for you to take action and my family, my therapist. But I have a child and I do not want to make him a causality of war. So if she decides to amend the custody time to 30-70 instead of what it is now 10-90 then I would be ok with that please ask me more questions so if I missed anything I could give clear answers
