very weak comments section. you'll all very locked into the way things are now. already younger people who will replace you are starting to have different intuitions about this area and as the technology improves you'll be swept away by time and change.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear. I was talking about writing project.

Very interesting. It’s great that you’ve been progressing with this. Youre right to be cautious about getting triggered though. You might want to consider starting a brand new project too which is nothing to do with trauma - a new world away from your current situation. That way you get 30 minutes a day break of the difficulties and rumination. Something you can go back to each day and it’s fresh idea. It might also help then when you revisit your other project with fresh eyes

Sounds like you’ve been through a lot. It’s really hard when things are up in the air. Maybe consider doing some kind of creative project. Just something else to focus on. Even just for 30 minutes a day - might help take your focus of your difficult situation. Anyway, just an a idea. I wish you the best

I’d recommend writing a novel - you end up connecting with other writers and it gives you longer term focus. It also can be cathartic as you may incorporate and transform some of your struggles as you write. And as you research for the novel - it may open up new ideas for your life

Sounds like you’ve been pushed in directions you didn’t want to go. Forget what’s you think is expected of you. You may need to recalibrate. Maybe you need to take a break from tinder. Find out what’s important to you.

Martial arts? Chess club? Any kind of activity where its not about socialising but doing something together as common goal. good luck

Look through your timeline. You still living in the forest? Cant be easy being isolated. Also sounds like your being very hard on yourself - is that because you’ve been treated badly in your life? If you have, that’s not your fault mate

that sounds horrendous. you didn't deserve any of that. be gentle with yourself, healing takes time. wish you the best mate

Sounds like you've been through a lot and have a good understanding of your situation. I relate to many of your challenges. I don't have any advice but just to say that I think I understand where your coming from and how tough it must be

I used BetterHelp - which is online - you fill in you situation and they match you with therapist with experience of you issue. It was mostly positive for me. I would say if you do try it and you don’t click with your therapist - request a change - don’t continue with someone who doesn’t feel right for you. If you go for face to face therapy - you might want to ask them questions before to establish whether they are good for you. I wish you the best

I think you’ve worked out something that’s hard to truly accept. Women don’t love us in the way we want them to and it’s heartbreaking and tragic.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
