I have heard a lot of people say that whoever does the asking out should be the one to pay. I think that the men are the ones who ask out the women a majority of the time. It is my body my choice when it comes to women and abortions but not when it comes to baby boys and circumcision. Men don't get to have my body my choice because they don't get a say most of the time. I think it would be better if it was not done at all or at least waiting until they are 18 to decide if they wanted it or not. Then they are an adult and can make their own decisions on whether they want it or not.

In my opinion a man who is fount not to be the father of a child should not be responsible for the kids that are not his biologically (other than adoption where is would be known that it isn't his kid). It isn't up to the landlord and you if your ex stays with you in your apartment? I think that family court is biased against men because the kids go to the women by default instead of 50/50 custody then the men have to legally fight to get 50/50 custody. As far as I know, cheating doesn't get factored into divorce at all so if the woman cheats on the man she still gets half of his assets and the kids by default. You should get a DNA test before you sign the birth certificate because once you are on it then it would be difficult to have your name removed. If it is not your kid then don't sign it at all.
