A programming mindset is just a fancy way of preparing yourself for how you're going to achieve your goals. For example my current numbers are 265/405/505/635 1RM. Lets say by end of year I wanted to increase all my number by at least 10% ( 292 / 445 / 555 / 698 ). So I know I have 9 months to achieve this. That's ( +27 / +40 / +50 / +63 ) on my numbers over that time period. Using this I can break down what I need to at least see on a per monthly basis and decided how I'm going to get there. Wi…

How long have you been in the gym? Nippards PPL is pretty intermediate and will likely kick most peoples ass, especially if they aren't used to how programs work or even know what block periodization is. That being said, if you're paying for a program you should be extremely certain you know what you're getting yourself into. Personally I find most to be cookie cutouts of other programs, so a waste of money. Since I don't know where you're at in training, something simple like 531 for beginners …

Ah the dreaded bro-split. Yeah that's boring as all hell and I'd be surprised if you've even made decent ( or any ) progress while doing something like this (If you feel like sharing your Ohp/Bench/Squat/Deadlift). I'd normally say it's probably time to re-evaluate what you want to get from the gym to most normies, but honestly we all want the same thing, to look good and be strong. I think it's time you narrow down those goals and pick a progress path that's going to get you there.

Coming up on mid 30's here and my friend group has only been growing as of late (After moving 4 hours away for work a couple of years ago). There's dudes all around who are desperate for a connection but just don't know how to make that move. I've made a lot of great friends from the gym actually, since it's a lot of like minded people, but dude... the person I talk to the most is an ex-girlfriend I see the same guys at crossfit hard to ever line up schedules Are you waiting for your periods to …

Absolutely, which is all I see when I see these memes anyways. That whole sub where this was posted loves to throw in the incel ad hominem attacks because it's the easiest way to discredit the person. Not one comment in that whole thread mentions diet and exercise and that if yeah you do let yourself go, shits gonna get loose and gross. Fat doesn't discriminate.

You are right, but there is a glaring issue you are forgetting about. When we talk about a woman getting ready to settle down, do you really think she's in peak physical condition? By the time she's 35 and ready to settle down she's guaranteed to have put on much more then that freshman 15 (U.S obesity rate for women over 18 has reached over 40%). That's a lot of extra fat and while the vagina itself may be a muscle, the skin around it is not. After 30 that skin elasticity tends to go right down…

"I get to focus on myself" "Figure out who I am" - These things literally mean nothing, they are just masturbatory phrases to make yourself feel better about nothing. "I get to focus on my health" "I get to eat healthy" - Why wouldn't you do these things even with a partner? Being in a relationship doesn't mean you go full fatass. Rhetorical question aside, if someone doesn't know who they are or what they enjoy after 30 years of life, or require a life change in order to consider physical fitne…

She has him on facebook and knows who he is. Not exactly hard to find someone these days with that little bit of information. Also what if she claims false rape to hide the infidelity? You may call him a cuck, but some unhinged dude who now believes you are the reason his marriage is over isn't something you may want to fuck around with, I don't care how great your bjj skills are. You should have OHP for other reasons then benching, but no. If you want a strong bench, you just need to bench more.
/r/askTRP10/11/18 05:48 AM

It took me 3 years to bring my bench from Start (about 90lbs) to my current 1rp at 355. I got stuck at 225lbs at about a year in which forced me to rework my plan a bit. I upped my schedule for benching from 1x/week to 3x minimum. Lots of volume and accessories. I also started failing at the top of my peak at least once a week, to practice and get my nervous system used to heavy weights. From there it's all just nutrition. Pack that protein in you, muscles can't grow without it.

About a month ago, I had an ONS with a girl I met off Tinder. I asked her if she had had sex with anyone else, and she said no Lol. What are the chances of somebody getting pregnant while menstruating heavily? Possible, a little rare but it can line up. I've done this many times before Dumbass.

Fantastic job man, good for you. My only problem I have is this: I neglected lifting. It would have been useless between 220lb to 300lb. This is absolutely wrong. Even if your goal is just weight loss, lifting still burns more calories overall, not to mention all the other health related benefits it's going to offer. A good mix of cardio and lifting is what's going to work best.

That seems so odd considering most places can only usually be accessed via the parking lot. For example my office building has a walk path for walking (biking on the sidewalk is illegal) and the road into the parking lot. Banning bikes would just piss all the bikers off.
/r/askTRP23/06/16 05:56 PM

The issue with your bike seems odd to me, do you bike on the sidewalks or something? Up here in Canada-land, bikers have basically all the same rights and limitations that a motorized vehicle does. For him to say you CAN'T ride a bike into a parking lot (which is designed for vehicles) sounds absolutely ridiculous. I wonder if a bike killed his mother or something.

Yeah so do I. While American women tend to be a bit more blunt (in my experience) and rowdy, Canadian women are much more dishonest, conniving and much more prone to mind games. UK women I have less experience with, but to me they were by far the most stuck up of the three. Thinking about it further, American women were by far the easiest to approach and initiate a conversation. They almost seemed starved for it.

Are you the one bringing it up? Don't do that. When you start hanging out, do just that, hangout and have fun. Let her hamster spin up what the deal is, let her worry about all that shit. When she starts bringing it up to you, deflect or A&A it and go right back to doing what you are doing. If the words "we need to talk..." or any variation there of ever come out of your mouth, you've already lost.
/r/TheRedPill17/05/16 02:21 AM

Do you only have approach anxiety while drunk? I'm guessing not, which means you need to get that practice in. Plenty of resources out there, but start by talking to everyone you meet in your day to day. Learning how to cold approach and handling those kinds of rejections will make drunk approaches laughably easy. As for how to flirt, that tends to change based on your personality. Look into some PUA stuff (I wouldn't dive too deep into that well though), and try out some stuff that feels comfor…

I'm a bit confused, was she living there at the time that you visited? Because it sounds like she did (you mention helping her move out after the fact). In what way do you think signing a contract is going to help you? What you need to do is prove positive consent after the fact. i.e. send her a text the next day saying you had a great time and you want to see her again real soon. A positive response to a text like this could prove no attack happened.

Here's the thing, you think you killed it, but it's more then likely quite the opposite. Getting the technical questions correct is like asking a kid in grade one if they can count to 20. At this point you should know the answers, if not then you are very far behind (and automatically disqualified). In actuality it comes down to how you handled the questions (both technical and non-technical). Extending it to what? Emotional and physical abuse? Emotional manipulation is a woman's game and physical threat is the beta's sexual strategy, so there really isn't much more to it. If an RP man owns his domain none of the above would be even remotely necessary, as the other betas and women in his circle will gladly do it for him naturally as part of the vetting process. This is all an exercise in futility and there are much more important things to focus on: namely ourselves.

I would say cardiovascular first and foremost and full body strength second. Don't skip leg day. The whole point of early training is to break you down and rebuild you as part of a coherent unit. To teach you that you are only as strong as your weakest link. An example: We had one girl forget her gloves for an outdoors exercise, so she was ordered to go get them. Off she went. As soon as she left we were ordered to do pushups, barehanded (if one person doesn't have their gloves, no one does) on …

I despise people who feel the need to lie, but that's me. Others have their own rational for how much lying is ok in their own lives. The same applies to you. No matter what your answer is, either truth or a lie, it's about how much you respect yourself for that answer. Own your shit. If you are for some reason embarrassed about your partner count, Agree and Amplify works nicely here. You can successfully diffuse the situation while coming off as witty and charming by using it appropriately.

Even if your tests come back extremely shitty and you fix your levels, there really isn't anything you can do about your height at this point(if there was anything you could do to begin with, height is mostly genetic). You are 19 and for the most part done growing in height. You need to start focusing on other parts of your life now. It sucks, but there is little point in trying to rationalize your shortness through these tests. Best of luck.

Because it's Canada you can't just fire people willy nilly. There is a formal review system that has to be followed or else the business faces serious penalties. IF this story is true, then those 3 guys who got fired would get the biggest pay day of their lives. Lawyers would be scrambling to represent them for a piece of the action. 2 and 4 are the definite ways to go. You want to be doing your own events on your own terms. Having fun with or without her and never letting her have the option of ruining your evening. It's a crappy process, especially if you aren't 'visually gifted' (which I myself know all too well) to get the attention of most girls, so eventually it turns into a numbers game. And you need to treat it like that, a numbers one, so don't get hung up on a bunch giving you vapid answers and playing head games. …

I wonder if withholding sex and using it to control their partner (All women pretty much do this) would be considered Domestic Abuse? This isn't how it went down at all. The two consented to sex with choking involved, and if she fall unconscious, he could finish (Although there is a bit more to the story, namely a dildo up her ass, but that's irrelevant). That exact scenario happens. As described here: "The Crown argues that consent in advance of being rendered unconscious does not change the fact that the person, while unconscious, does not have an operating mind and is therefore incapable of consenting to sexual acts perform…

I can work out at home but instead I go to the gym. Since starting there I've made friends with a good number of people who were more then happy to help a new guy out. The gainz have been nice, but cultivating new friendships with like-minded people has been awesome as well. Also you have no one to spot you at home, which can limit yourself when pushing a higher weight. If you don't see value in any of this stuff then working out at home is perfectly fine.

Great job man, I'm raising a daughter myself and I know the struggle. We don't want to subject our children to harsh truth of the world, but if we don't properly prepare them then they end up getting shit on sooner or later. Better to learn the truth slowly as they grow.

Never intervene! you don't want to raise some pussy white knight. In a adult situation you stand back and call the cops if you must, intervening is a good way to get fucked up/ charged out of nowhere. Raising a boy you don't want to foster the idea that a man has to step in and protect women. He should be taught that a woman is not a means to an end or a goal, but rather a side effect of accomplishment. The better you do in life, the higher quality women you can attract. Teach him to chase his d…

Cut and go, by the time your ready to commit she'll be flat up against The Wall and looking for marriage #3. Move on and enjoy your young years, no way you should be doing a LTR at 21.

Plenty of places if your willing to look. Bars/clubs are the most obvious as that's generally where people go to hook up. Plenty of day game locations like coffee shops, libraries, supermarkets, etc. Then there's always evening functions, like dance lessons/dinner parties. House parties, receptions, weddings are also all viable options. Basically it can be almost anywhere, just not your workplace.

It's amazing the amount of guys who think it's ok to screw around with women at work. Happening even in my own office. When asked about it they even give ridiculous answers along the lines of "Where else am I suppose to meet someone, I'm way too busy...". Blows my mind every time I hear it.

Many wall hitters will upkeep their appearances to attract the best BB they can find. It's not her appearance that strictly decides wall hitting, but more so the behavior. One particular example in my mind is a 28yo friend of mine, easy 9/10, who rode the CC hard for over a decade. Just this past year she has become a born again virgin, found Jesus and refuses to have sex until marriage. Oh I should mention she's in the best shape of her life and looks fantastic.

Stone cold example of AF/BB, and sorry to say this buddy, but as the BB you now know who a previous AF was. Sounds like she had you pegged from the get go too. Meet's you and Chad TC same night, has the gina tingles so hard her younger self is high-fiving her and has her fun. Question for you though: What's the timeline for you and her since this event? You start dating the next day? As for advice: It's a semi-complicated one. I myself don't allow people in my life who lie to me, especially in a…

I'll post a FR once the whole ordeal has summed up a bit more, it's still very ongoing and a daily dose of entertainment. As for the psychology, I think it's just her fear of being alone. coworker is very far from being an alpha, he's 21, 120lbs soaken went and is very 'skater boy'. He's very handsome though, but cant talk to women to save his life and he relies on them hitting on him and making the first move. Only your own personal anecdotes will ever be enough evidence for you to believe in not only RP philosophy, but just about any teaching. If you need proof go test the results for yourself. Go out on a Friday and do all the things that society says you should do: be polite, ask permission to talk to women, even buy some drinks if you feel so inclined. But instead of being blind, watch the body language of those you interact with. Then come Saturday go and do it again: This time putting RP philoso…

This isn't an issue on the side of the women though, their intentions are not vague or misleading. They want a break... from you. Sure they won't tell you they railed Chad Thundercock but that's to be expected. It's all on the guy at this point because he's taking her back, if he used even a small bit of his break he could see what happened. It's only his own fault in this situation.

I'm confused by this post... First you state Women can't cheat, yet you state they are saying they want to take a break first. Women can very much cheat and it doesn't take a master PUA to understand what 'taking a break' means. My friends and I have been making fun of that line since we were 12. When a woman tells you that you guys need a break, she's not lying to you. She's saving your feelings and wants to try out Chad Thundercock, the promising alpha. Well if your just talking to people during the day, that's not what I'm talking about. Take the idea of what you want to achieve during the night club experiences and your intended goal, which I assume is to pick up, and practice it outside of alcohol inebriated areas. Approach, flirt and attempt to close by setting up dates and the like. Then it's literally the same thing during the club hours, just you have alcohol to loosen lips and legs alike.

Pretty fucking simple to figure out what you have in mind buddy. Brag-splaining your situation (oh we smash so much!), mentions of not wanting to offer up a relationship before she leaves so you don't come off as needy and you don't know if you can trust her word? Your not fooling anyone. If you want to wait around until she's had her European dick to start a LTR, that's definitely your choice. If she was actually a plate this is a no-brainer. You let her drop and find another.

Pretty easy answer to this, 2 girls alone in Europe looking to party for 2 weeks.. She's hinted at not sleeping with others because she knows her game plan: Get you hooked with some decent/good sex, go have 2 weeks of fun in Europe unsupervised like she already planned, and then get back to a nice safe relationship waiting for her. Don't forget to water her plants while she's gone.

Lots of good advice here, basically it boils down to, do not continue a relationship with a cheater. Once one always one. It's not a behavior that ever changes in women, no matter the age, and all it takes is one moment of 'weakness'. Best of luck bud.

All cheaters are in open relationships, they just haven't informed their SO's yet. Nobody likes to be labeled a cheater and the connotations that come with it so always expect lying, unless the boyfriend himself says it's open (and if it's truly open, why is it a no-no to ask about the LTR? that should just be casual conversion unless your just there to smash and go). We'd do 1v1, 2v2, and 1v2 bare knuckle fist fighting, no gear. The best thing about third wave feminism is sexual freedom. I love the idea of women being open and free about sex. This allows us men to have an abundance of sexual options and shows us which women are preferable for an LTR. How is it phrased? "What's up bitches?" - something a man would say, more of just a global hey, whats up guys. I wouldn't buy her excuses either, she might be very well sizing you up to be a beta bux. Remember, don't listen to what she says, but on how she acts.

Your missing one very important and crucial point about LTRing as a single father. No woman will ever love your child, not even a little bit. As a matter of fact, should you decide(willing or not) to have a kid, she'll expect the newborn to take ALL priority. I've seen this happen far too often (even myself). You have to understand that going into it.

The sleeping with gay guys doesn't seem very likely. Most gay men I know see sleeping with a woman the same way I see sleeping with a man. But there's obviously outliers and such, especially with bi-men who lean gay.

I'll talk to him tonight and get my facts straight, but most are pretty obvious - dumb cunt goes to party and tries to part of the gay club. Is overbearingly loud and annoying. But There's one story and it's fantastic, it involves a rape allegation.. at an all gay guys house party.

It really depends on which part of the culture. There's the dress well guys, like Neil Patrick Harris, and then there's the drag culture, which might be a whole different ball game. You are definitely right about the slutty behavior though, my best friend is a gay man who thankfully isn't a slut, and he'll be the first to tell you just how thirsty the gay community is. It's actually the harsh reality of this that will lead more and more Betas to these forums. Are you suppose to screen every single chick if shes with someone first? Your SMV does increase as long as your career and self improvement does. But that doesn't mean women are going to be tossing themselves at you like they did in college. Girls in college ride the CC hard, so as long as you look half decent you can most likely pull some tail, especially in a frat house. Higher SMV doesn't mean an easier game.

It keeps coming up because a lot of guys are still very insecure. When I say father figure I mean the bio dad. Step-parents never get respected for 2 big reasons. They aren't the original parent, therefore will never have the child's true respect The parent bringing the step-parent in will almost never allow them to assume the role of an actual parent. Everything must go through them first... which defeats the purpose of being a parent.

I'm not sure I've ever seen such a high concentration of daddy issues outside the covers of playboy. It's a massive self feeding mechanism. The women of yesteryear up and destroyed the family unit, leaving a good amount of both boys and girls without proper father figures (which I would argue is the most important parental figure). Then what happened? These girls turned into women of the same habits and did the same thing today, with even more kids growing up without proper father figures. I can…

Yeah, too many come here looking for advice on talking to girls, when the real problem is they need to learn how to talk to people first. You need to practice wherever you go: Standing in line at the store? Talk to the person behind you. Out at the pub? Chat up random guys and girls sitting at the bar. Browsing the local book store? Take a minute to see what someone else is reading, etc etc. Talking to people is a skill that needs a lot of practice in lots of different scenarios. Once you can do…

I'm not an expert on American law (or Canadian for that matter) but the horror stories I hear are far often worse up here in Canada. I personally know a few older men who give lifetime alimony. They basically live in one bedroom apartments while the ex-wives lives the free dream. It pays to be a women in this country, sucker a guy into living with him, 6 months - 2 years later your common law and you can get your alimony check.

You also don't need a government contract for the government to decide your common law married. Lots of talk about the US in this thread, but in Canada, the moment you have a child together and whether you live together or not, you are common-law within the eyes of the law.

Maternity leave here in Canada is amazing for parents. You get 3 months maternity that the mothers takes and 8-9 months paternity that either parent can take, paid at 60% of your average salary for the last 3 months (paid by the government), which goes down after I think about 80k/year, your also still covered by your work benefits during this time and time missed counts towards pay raises and time worked (for calculating vacation time). Which begs to wonder, did she really walk around a single block or two in harlem and times square? Because if that's the case, the whole thing is massively skewed. When you see someone once you tend to just ignore them, especially in passing, but if she walked past these same guys 10, 20, 30 times, well she's basically asking these guys to say hi. Vancouver is very feminist with tons of groups in town that saturate everything. While it's great for a visit, I prefer to stay out and away from it. Mix the annoying politics with the shitty weather and overpriced everything, it's really just not worth it in my book. Better places to be in Canada. If you do come to Canada, stay very far away from Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal (actually all of Quebec). If you like small town living near the shore, hit up the east coast. I think it's been a long time since anything like that was in place. I remember a story a while back about a man who was listed as the father of a kid and had never even met the woman. The only way I think you could reverse it now is have mandatary maternity leave of the same amount of for both mother and father, but good luck enforcing that level of equality. We have this somewhat in Canada. Most studios were riding the whole app store train ride when it first happened, but as soon as the money began to dry up, most owners took their earnings and ran. maybe check out /r/altTRP ? The sexual strategy used here is generally for more masculine straight men. You mention trying to hook up with an 8, but your not going to have the regular set of issues that a normal TRPer is going to have. Most women are interested in a strong masculine figure that excites her, not someone who reminds her of her baby sister. So that's one thing you'll have to do is find women who are interested in your dynamic(?) I guess.

Yes, absolutely, or if she didn't know, then once we found out then yes, that would be a reason to end the relationship. To move on and find someone who can provide me with what I'm looking for. The difference? A trans KNOWS they arn't able to provide that role. They are lying from the moment they don't inform you. A transwoman is not a woman, she may not be a man anymore, but she is not a woman.. in fact, she's a transwoman.

It all falls under openness and transparency. Trans-women are not women and as much as they'd like to believe they are, they aren't. By engaging in a relationship, I am seeking someone to pass my genes onto future generations if I deem the person to be of quality to reproduce with. A transwoman can never fulfill that role, so for her to approach me as a female (and I don't care how good science is at making a warm hole or creating fake tits) that person CANNOT provide me with what I'm looking fo…

The claims of misogyny come from the fact we teach men how to properly interact with a woman and be an Alpha. They are teaching men that it's ok for a woman to sleep with you and then claim rape after the fact because they might regret it. This is just disgusting. More campuses are adopting bystander education programs that seek to recruit men in stop…

while true, they still can't take that risk. It's a general "No posting of someones personal information", it doesn't matter where it came from. The only difference now is whether if she is known as a public figure. If she is, then that information is already deemed released and we can do with it what we want. Admins haven't made that decision and my guess is they won't.

It Comes down to doxxing. The last time reddit allowed someones information to be posted (Boston Bombing marathon) some amateur sleuths got the person wrong and he was killed. They don't allow release of information that will allow people to go after others. But that's where things get screwy, instead of taking the chance that information might get leaked (over in r/gaming is where I saw it) they just decided to auto delete all the posts in that mega thread via a bot. I was going to ask the same thing, sounds like you were raised by a strong masculine figure. You can really tell when a boy (or even a girl) has been raised by a strong father whose present in their lives and taught them how to live properly. Ouch, you broke frame on that one bud. The moment you try and tease a chick about a sensitive topic to her (weight is a big one) you need to keep that frame solid. The moment you diverted the conversation you showed that you felt embarrassed and looked weak. You broke down. No point in going back over this conversation with her as the damage is dealt, you move on and if she's no longer interested then so be it, she is fat after all. There's no "you HAVE to do this after sex", you don't owe her anything for sex, and she doesn't owe you. It's two people having fun. If you were in a relationship, then yeah it'd be different, but this is simply having fun and going on your way. You two are young still, go out for a bite or something (it'll give you a reason to get out of the house) and move on with your day, with or without her.

Marc Emery This is an excellent example of how fast our government bent over and took the DEA's big ol dick up the ass. Agree and Amplify. Be playful and just don't take the question seriously. If you say anything along the lines of "I just haven't found the right one" then you've failed spectacularly. I personally never recommend friendships with woman unless you have personal gain from said relationship. IF you decide to engage in a friendship, keep it as such and know to never pursue a sexual relationship. A friendship with a woman is NOT the same as a friendship with a man, they are entirely different. Most people don't understand that and that's why I recommend to not be friends with women. That said, why are you interested in being friends with her? Does she bring something to your life …

If everyone here was a natural alpha, there would be no point for this sub to exist. I see this as a home for men to push back against the onslaught of media and feminism and to re-teach ourselves how to be happy being men. There are too many sources in our lives which teach us to conform and be controlled, which ultimately leads to very unhappy lives, instead we look at the alternatives and re-learning everything that has been shoved down our throats over the years.

I'm on the east coast of Canada, and I'm going to assume your in either one of 2 places given your little description: Vancouver area or the Toronto area. Both are terrible. For what it costs to buy a condo in those cities I can build a Mansion here. Of course this all comes with all the downsizes to living on the east coast (lower population means a lot less dating options), but I find it a great place to start a business.

It actually makes sense for a woman's sexual prime to be in her 30's-40's. Her body is in a last ditch effort to pump out as many kids as possible, so her hormones go into overdrive. Sexual peak and fertility are two very different things, however.

This time it took you 30 minutes, but you went up there, good for you. Next time it might take you 25 minutes, then 20... so on so forth. Keep it up. You see a lot of people in this thread talk a lot of hot shit about approaching, but I'd bet money they are in the same boat as you. Even myself, it took me years to discover how to approach and chat up a woman from nothing. Don't be fooled, she already long hit that wall. I know nothing of your situation but I always tend to be wary of these situations. Chances are her marriage is in the same position yours just came from and she's now seeing you in a whole new light, much like your wife is. Well woman tend to cling onto the mentality of crabs pretty hard, and if rejected enough, she could even use that story to wreck shit with your marriage. Just be careful with those women. Otherwise, great job man.

She was prepared to write a list of attributes about herself, but fell short. " And I'm beautiful, and smart." vs " And I'm beautiful and smart." It's almost like body language, if you know what to look for you can see the underlying message. That whole line, the way it's written, is written in a form of short stuttering. It's like she was trying to hamster up what he's losing and make herself look much better then she actually is.

Well this is exactly it, feminism conditioned him to believe that if he was nice, bought things for girls, treated them like royalty, etc, etc then he would have the woman of his dreams. Seeing as he had money and came from a very wealthy background, he also felt entitled to this, nothing we say here ever gives anyone the idea they are entitled to anything in life. Everyone must earn what they get and it's extremely important to do so.

I know a handful of 'single moms' and I'm not even sure if they are even qualified to be called that anymore. For the majority, most are so concentrated on finding a new BB that the child actually falls in second place for attention, it's rather sad. And let's not forget how fast these moms will dump the kid on the grandparents or their ex to go enjoy a girls night out, after all, changing that DVD or switching movies on Netflix has never been so stressful.

If you're being played by a gold-digger it's really your own fault. Quit showing off your money, I don't care how much you have. Why should the women you're dating even know how much money you have in the bank? The first story in the article about K.G.. She told me she had been single for a year after a four year relationship. She also said she had only been in a couple of relationships - all long-term. The devil is in the details like this. You can't just stop at asking how many relationships she's been in, because she will tell you that information and only that information. Don't be afraid of asking very explicit questions, because otherwise you will get truthful answers like these.

Alpha and Beta are not mutually exclusive, and any successful LTR requires you to be at least a bit of both. For short game though, I don't think I've ever met a beta who ran much game. Actually, I've watched this movie now a half dozen times with my daughter. To be honest? Feminists should be rallying behind it. Uhh you got that backwards bud.. Think about it, it's supply and demand. The less there is of something, the more valuable it is. The more you have of something the less valuable it is. If men are far fewer, they become more valuable to the women and they start to compete, especially for the higher value men. Men get to choose exactly which ones they want.

Unfortunately, society raises our kids with the idea that 'kind' doesn't exist and only 'nice' exists. I can think of examples going all the way back to grade school. Pussy pass always pissed me off, still does in fact, but now I see it all for what it really is and it's easier to understand and accept. Society isn't fair, life isn't fair and neither are genders.

Most people don't create a company to better the lives of other people, they do it to better the lives of themselves. To generate wealth and power for themselves. This is true no matter the gender. There are exceptions to this, however it's fairly safe to say that most business owners are there to watch out for themselves.

It's a complete mind fuck how would you feel if a person you loved acted so irrationally to the point of bipolar towards you? Well it may just be me.. But I'd feel like I was a dude in a normal relationship. This tends to be the behavior of almost all women I've met.

Remember: You come first, always. 1) This stuff is as effective as you want it to be. All we tell you is the truth, how you use it is completely up to you. A lot of what you might be reading are peoples first accounts of actually trying to put everything into effect, after weeks or even months of pondering over it. Oh I agree, but as men we can do a lot to offset our faces. The way we dress, the quality of our clothes, our fitness level, the way we comport ourselves, the way we walk, the firmness of our handshakes, a good haircut, trimmed and neat beard.. All of these things can be used to offset an ugly face. Having that good looking face is easily a great attribute to have, but we can make up for it. Being ugly(in the face) should never deter you, there are other ways we can be 'good looking' and it's im…

Pre-selection at it's finest and online dating is a breeding grounds for the behavior. No matter what the girls profile says, shes looking for the tall, dark, and handsome stereotype of the perfect man. She has a large pool of men to choose from so the best looking will always win. Ouch man, sorry to hear that, but I share your pain. It really is a vicious cycle and in the end our kids lose the most. I know exactly how my daughter will turn out if I don't intervene on the process, it's the same way my ex turned out as her mother was single and tried to ride the cock carousel around town, and her mother before that.

and take the rights away from the mother, who brought that child into this world?! you're just a misogynistic pig! /s I more then agree with you, fathers play an important role in raising children and having a strong masculine presence is important in raising both genders. We've all seen first hand what happens when a single mother raises boys, and it's a terrible thing. Boys have much different needs from girls and it's on a level that most women can't provide (I'd even argue that none can).

This is the type of situation you hope a woman finally realizes her actions have consequences. Her bf is dead, her dad is likely to go to prison for a very long time ( I would hope so.. shooting a kid, disgusting) and all her friends will now shame her for life. No doubt white knights and femnazis will run to her side, telling her she did nothing wrong, she was protecting herself, blah blah blah... but in the end 2 people lost their lives all because of her stupid lie.

From the producers who brought you, “Daddy I Do” and “The Right to Love: An American Family”, a young feminist explores the men’s rights movement and begins to challenge her own beliefs in “The Red Pill.” So we got a feminist doing a documentary on the ideals of Mens Rights and is lumping Red Pill in with them. Feminism is still important because women get paid less than men doing the same job. It is an issue because women still have to choose between staying home with their children and their job. More feminist propaganda, these are all the real arguments they have so of course it's going to get spilled out as much as possible. I really see no irony in this at all. This shows some sexual strategy. You have men who have been feminized by society to be proper white knights, never taking advantage of m'lady. Looking through their eyes (as I have in the past, I'm sure most of us can relate) women being slutty is awesome, because if I'm the best friend she can ever have, then maybe one day she'll see me as her divine protector and give herself to me. I enjoy how much these women shoot themselves in the feet. The more "my husband abuses me", "He tried to rape me" or any other of these scapegoats is used, the less value they have. It's already getting to the point where 5 years ago I would of taken a rape claim by someone seriously, now? I've openly laughed at people making such claims. He would very often complain in class how he could never get a girls attention unless he was spending a lot of money on her at the bar.

possible, but the shes still with the other guy. While I don't doubt she's been opening her legs for any attention, I easily should be removed from the picture on this if there was another guy introduced. She would have a new alpha and her beta bux.

I want to tell him to go for it. The guy is clearly so in deep with the idea of her he even calls her his 'gf' instead of his ex. Sometimes the only way to learn a lesson is to have it beaten into you. When she gets tired of him, drains his bank accounts, takes the kids and lives off him for the next 2 decades, he can come back and say "You were right". He's not even looking for advice, he's looking for support in his decision to take her back.
