All of those weight scales that I've used at home or for wrestling say I'm around 10-12% body fat. I can actually see my abs which is amazing because I grew up chubby. Oh trust me I know how it is. I average about 3-5 hours of sleep every night. Sometimes I’m up late studying and doing homework. Other nights I’m procrastinating. I’m in high school and usually get 6 hours or less of sleep. I’ve been looking to get more sleep but don’t know how so I would like your advice on how to get more sleep.

I’m pretty young so take this with a grain of salt. Nobody likes the annoying overly extroverted guy. I think you’re doing the right thing (key words “I think”). There needs to be a balance between extroversion and introversion. Too much of one makes you either annoying or a background character.

We also have a guy like that in my friend group. Weird thing is, everyone comes to me telling me how fucking annoying he is. I used to always think that he was the one getting all of the girls but, I now realize that their needs to be a balance between extroversion and introversion.

Dude... this is the truest thing I’ve ever read and only just realized. I always thought I was pretty introverted but now looking back, I realize that I can be pretty extroverted depending on mood. I mostly stay back in conversations but I haven’t felt as if I’ve been in the background recently which makes me happy.

I’m still very young and inexperienced (Sophomore, just turned 16 yesterday, have been reading red pill and improving myself for about 6 months). The hardest things that I still have trouble with are oneitis and over analyzing. Mostly oneitis, that shit is hard to let go of at such a young age when all girls seem innocent (at first).

You know what OP, you are right. I didn’t think your post would be the answer but, it is. For the past couple of weeks I’ve been pretty down on myself, blue pill style. However, after reading your post I know what to do. Continue to infinitely improve myself why also living with zero regrets. Life isn’t fun if you play it safe.
