Take them to another place, prior to bringing them back home? Or just avoid trying to have sex on the first date altogether? Sometimes the reason I decide to try and go directly home is because my dates are during the week, and there’s only so much time to do everything before the girls going to want to go home. I realized with the first girl, she probably needed a bit more comfort, which I could have provided by bouncing to another place beforehand.

Thanks man. It's a nice reminder that persistence can pay off. It's fucking hard to keep going sometimes, but like I said in my post, there's no alternative. I do write pre-field reports with concepts and small reminders, but I often get lost in conversations and go into auto-pilot when I'm in the field talking to people. Sometimes I'll remember to check my phone and re-align myself. Maybe it'd be a good idea to set some notifications on my phone so I can actually remember to try certain things.

I've recently started to write pre-field reports of things that I want to remind myself before going out and also concepts I want to work on. Whether I remember to use those concepts while I'm in the middle of an interaction is usually up to fate. I often 'get lost' in the conversation and am sort of on auto-pilot. I guess I can sort of see myself putting on a performance at times. Aside from the occasional night where I'm feeling like shit about things, when I'm out, I feel great and want to talk to people. Thanks yo. As I mentioned, there's 3 areas in my city and 2 of them are high energy type places, so unless I'm approaching on the street, it's all about loudly opening, breaking rapport and quickly getting the girl to focus on you. I guess this is an area I need to work on. It's just not a rewarding way to meet someone, so I think that's why I haven't really tried to cultivate that skill. I should have mentioned that. I'm actually pretty attractive. Idk what I'd rate myself but over a 7 for sure. The guys I wing with have all mentioned it before, lol. This is a good place to be. I've recently got here myself. I feel like I can walk into (mostly) any set and feel fairly at ease. I do a lot of breathing exercises before I go out and in general, which I think has helped ground me a bit more.

Exactly. I need to keep being reminded of that. For so long I've tried to be covert about my attraction, but everyone likes an honest compliment. I've been direct a handful of times and it always seems like its at least taken positively.

Will definitely try and start touching more people. Even in high school my friends and I weren't super 'buddy buddy' with each other. No rough housing.. stuff like that. I do have a good reference point though. A old friend that literally touches everyone he meets. Probably too much for some people, but hey, everyone loves him.
