You seem to have everything in place apart from a set of balls. Dive in, don't hesitate, you make a mistake, no bother treat it as a learning experience. Rejection is a necessary part of 'the game' the sooner you get comfortable with it the more you are likely to have the success you wish for.

Its good you have the drive to get yourself out there, which is a great start. I would advise that you pick up some books (or download online) on Body Language, Attraction, Seduction etc... so that when you do go out there you will know what to focus on and the best way to approach depending on the situation. Also don't be dissuaded to think that girls ranging from 20 - 30 yrs old wont be interested in a 31 year old guy.

1) Don't take that statement too literally I basically meant seen out in public 2) What if..? I never said otherwise but in reference to the story above we are talking about a man twice her age. 3) Your sister ignored the advice because she's 12 and probably naive 4) Millions no... hundreds yes

Well we aren't talking about a grown woman here, we're talking about a 12 year old girl. Lets assume you had a 12 year old sister and she was abducted by an older man who took her out to the movies, diner, bowling whatever... and she was unfortunately later discovered dead and raped.. you wouldn't be pissed off that nobody reported seeing the 2 together before the incident took place? Like I said most of the times that's not the case but sometimes it is.

If you dont want people to care, then transport yourself back to the 70's when nobody gave a fuck. But on a more serious note, I can see how that may be annoying for you and your sister. Its not the people who are to blame its the media for making them so paranoid all the time. Most of the time im sure its not justified however some of the time it is. At least you should be thankful that there are people in your community looking out for one another.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
