Also, Ricky was not punished other than having to sit through "how not to create a hostile work environment" bullcrap that he shouldn't have to listen to. The local paper is so tied up with the univ. that sending any info would do zero good. Thanks for the well wishes. Talking with Ricky and dad tonight, seems things may get worse but they didn't say how...

I had a lengthy reply and reddit got sick. Boo hiss. Try again later. But to answer your question, yes it is a large school in the south but not SEC team.

Thanks, she's a whackaloon candidate in the highest. Well she's an amazing woman, to be sure, but also Republican. For obvious reasons she and my father split but I have great half siblings.

He is but we live in a state of yokels, this is the second largest university...chances are that they would need to move out of state or move down in college rankings. Right now I think clown colleges are doing better. Honestly, I think they prefer to wait it out. My mother is also in academia but she is faring much better without a law suit.

It makes me so angry to have ovaries. Ovaries and self-control.

I know my father is Mr. Grant Money but Ricky does a different type of research which may or may not pull in the grants.

so it's well past the twenty-first century and I feel like I'm in the dark ages...and I am the one the law would work for.

Creepy is grown women who knowingly have zero chance of ever dating Edward Cullen yet put his poster with their face on their wall/make a poster declaring love for him at a movie premier/name their kids after him.

That would be lovely! But probably close to impossible. Of course I'm sure she'd try to sue for that. sigh I've never known women to be this insane. I consider myself lucky that I have a very stable mother.

Well, they are both close to retiring and wanted to get a nice vacation home some where nice... I'm pulling for the coast, personally ;) The university had previously bailed out it's former president and finished out his contract of nearly 600,000 because he quit, stole money, turned away scholarships and asked for his own private house of almost a million off campus...among other things. As soon as this guy left our college and had his contract bought out, he became the president of another uni…

Yeah they aren't really a retaliating bunch BUT they really just don't want her to work there and bring the work place down! I really feel bad for Ricky and some of his coworkers are incredible people who got the shaft.

my dad and Ricky weren't supposed to tell me. It was hushed by the university, so their jobs would be in question if anyone found out they told me all the details.
