I'm an introvert, or I was more introverted. A lot of people who think of themselves as introverted are actually just beaten down multiple times over their lives and live a very guarded existence afraid of being themselves and put no effort in so as to not stand out. I don't like being an asshole. It's just you want to not be a "nice guy", you want to unapologetically be your best self which includes not putting women on a pedestal, not agreeing with her out of fear she will not like you, expressing your interest in her without acting like it's wrong, etc.

I use ChatGPT for a lot of things. If I used the lines it gave me for women I'd feel like a cringe lord. It can be useful to get some perspective on situations that's about it.

That being said unless you make it directly man-to-woman you're not really gaming. But it improves a lot of aspects of what you're doing. And you can just basically hit on women depending on the context. I flirt with female customers and coworkers all the time. Coworkers can be a bit riskier if it gets weird, but honestly it gets weird if you let it be weird.

It improved my ability and desire to talk to humans at all. I'm much less introverted and more outgoing. It improved my ability to handle banter. You will be challenged most likely, and you'll hate it, but you'll grow. You are being paid to be social. It's great.

It's very easy. Just get good at the job first and be friendly and fun. It's a good job. You get to just practice social skills as a job. You're literally serving alcohol to people. You're bringing the party, this is the mindset you have and convey.
