Mind clarifying slightly? I wonder what you are defining as alpha, perhaps one who is the best high value male who is natural leader and dominant? For me alpha is one who makes himself into the best he can be on a day to day basis, who improves even when others think he has reached a pinnacle. This, I believe, is achievable by anyone.

I love seeing the advice to approach, fail, and repeat. It reminds me of the scene in fight club where the members go out to start a fight with a random person and lose. I think if people were sent out on this one task, a lot of them would realize that being rejected means nothing, how to play the numbers game, and would start looking into more red pill theory.

I'm with RPS on this one, the last thing we want is for TRP to go the way of /r/seduction, which is exactly what happens when people are allowed to use improper language. Biggest ones are usually from my bro, we used to fight a lot, hated each other. Used to be when he would make a wise crack about me I would complain but when he tosses shit at me I generally try to make it into a joke/escalate it/turn it back on him. I'm not great at examples but generally I'm trying to be more cocky funny than my previous... pussy type self, and it's making being around the family more enjoyable.

I've noticed this a lot in the past few weeks. My family sends a pretty constant barrage of shit tests my way, and since I've changed my game up, recognized them for what they are, and tried to escalate/turn them into a joke, I've been getting along with them better than ever. I don't see or pass all of them, but I'm getting better day by day.

I hear what your saying, I'm not looking at TRP for immediate payoff, I'm looking at it to avoid (sorry) the fate of a lot of the guys on here who found TRP late in life. I wish I was doing more right now, but I'll be stateside soon, and with the ability to communicate returned to me, ill be able to get into a gym (or at least steal my brothers weight bench) and talk to some people. In the meantime I'm just doing some push-ups and crunches in my apt. in the mornings and evenings.
