Thanks. It's sometimes tough to keep up with all of the good subreddits out there. Thanks for pointing me to this one. Lots of good advice!

I would also add this: Read a few (free) posts on how to approach lifting and dieting by Drew Baye and/or Jason Helmes. Both of them, especially Baye, have great insights from an "own your shit" perspective. They post plenty of great tips and explanations for free. I wasted years just moving weight around, until I found a few of Baye's free videos online. The truths that he and Helmes tell about diet and lifting are brutally honest. I didn't like hearing that I needed to eat less and train harde…

More gold... This is both insightful and practical. It's exactly what I'm going to try.

Quit being afraid of losing shit that you lose shit| Pure gold, and just the perspective I was hoping for. I won't disparage either to the other, but this advice and others really comes down to holding frame.

don't blame your wife, girls can't raise girls properly, that was your job.| Really?? I would have welcomed the opportunity to do that job, but my ex got primary custody and cash prizes a decade ago. My ex is who my daughter has lived with, and I've done the best I could with the time I've had. I'm all for "own your shit." But I don't buy the "women are blameless perfect creatures and their actions are all your fault." Spare us the white knighting. I expected the typical flaming and name calling…

The single stock financial advice is shit though. But don't think for a second you're going to beat an index fund. Who said anything about beating an index fund? The point was to NOT blindly invest in an index fund or any other without knowing what's in it or why you're doing it. Just because Oprah, Dave Ramsey, and graduates of "top tier" business schools love and recommend index funds doesn't mean they're suitable for every investor, every objective, every time. Researching individual stocks, …

but letting feminist shit upset you to the point where you give up something like watching football. Not to worry, I have not given up watching football. But my disdain for the FI seeping in has changed the way I watch it. I skip most of the mindless pregame shows. And I watch Redzone. It's blissfully free of the commercials and the inane female "sideline reporters." I encourage others to do the same. I do still have a long way to go with my RP journey and I plan to never stop improving. I look …

If "seeing the female agenda" in things is enough to stop you from doing them, you're not going to be doing many things my friend. Sorry, I fail to see how trading TV time for reading, exercising, traveling, and learning new skills is a MGTOW thing. I would say that I'm doing different and better things. This reads like foxnews or msnbc garbage. If so, maybe I ought to start watching more TV again! Last time I watched those channels, they weren't exactly focusing on men sharing their own RP expe…

The problem is guys will see this and they will not learn how to be attractive to women while girls will see this and they will learn how to take advantage of men. Point well taken. But I'm not too concerned, because the women who watch this probably are incapable of learning anything. And the few heterosexual men who watch this for any reason other than schadenfreude will likely find the solipsism, sexless marriages, and friend zoning revolting. It may even propel a few to seek out RP awareness…

I ALMOST agreed to see it this past weekend-- but then I caught myself doing a fully beta covert contract. I then refused, insisting on seeing American Sniper instead. I can assure you that this movie pushed more arousal buttons for her than FSOG could possibly have. It's a tribute to manly honor and all things alpha. There are almost NO positive reviews for FSOG. It may have comedic value for you, but I strongly recommend skipping it.

Great advice... Icing the idea for this reason really makes sense. This forum really is my lifeline!

<If your girl is RP why wouldn't you send her to RPW? She's not cognizant of her desirable RP attributes. And I am new to RP, just moving past the "anger phase." I'm still working hard to kill the beta that was me. It's the Red Pill which is truth. It's not a loathsome disease only to be spoken of in hushed tones. Sometimes, discretion is the better part of valor. I work in a feminized environment where articulating certain RP truths could jeopardize my job. I am working at hiring myself a new e…

Amen, brother! I never discuss RP or acknowledge it out in the "real world." It is, in every sense, a subversive movement. Reading the three Rs is a critical part of RP awareness (Rollo, Roosh, Roissey). But the reinforcement, advice, and motivation I get here has made all the difference.

Great advice. To clarify... they're "civil" towards each other in-person. But both give ME endless grief. I think marxistbacon about captured it: "civil towards each other and tolerant when they speak of the other with you. They each are each trying to win first place in your hierarchy, and trying to make you "pay for it" if you don't chose them." This forum is a real lifeline, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all of your insights.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
