Small town and suburban women are ruthless with the height thing due to them wanting to bag a husband immediately and using his tall genes for their kids lol. I can only hypothesize a big city dating scene is more centered around people wanting a good companion because rent is way too high around there for people to consider settling down with just anybody who looks good.
