Don't tell women you're married it will kill any sexual desire for women unless you want to date ENM women who aren't the hotties... to many are Overweight bbw IMO especially in the swinging community..

I'm poly and done the swinger thing and sorry to say but women want you to themselves... It's not fair but a single guy can fuck as many women as he wants without committing (leo DiCaprio , Russell brand, etc) so that should be your mindset.

You're playing the normal seduction game like everyone else. It's just that fewer are interested in what you're offering. When you don't want to hide your marriage, there's really nothing i can come up with that would otherwise improve your odds. I assume you're already open about being in an open relationship with the interesting women you meet. So what else is there? Nothing. It's just normal game with a big disadvantage

You can go more towards swinger lifestyle rather than finding another person. Also, your wife might end up having sex with 10x more people then you so you should keep this thing in mind. I would recommend to go for swinging rather then being an open relationship.
