7	Stuck in Downward spiral when it comes to getting girls. Sounds to me you've got some good SMV built up for yourself, you just don't know how to execute with it. First, I would read as much as you can about speech pathology. There's tons of free information out there on the internet, and you should make it a personal goal to becoming an "amateur speech pathologist". 2	What's the best way to develop game? I think a lot of it is just approach anxiety, which means you really just need to get out and go talk to some girls. Put some time on your calendar each week, say 2 hours, wherein you just go run PUA. 1	Alternative to lifting Rotator cuff exercises. I've dislocated one shoulder twice. Surgeon said one more time and he'll be meeting me in the OR. I did PT for six weeks, then started lifting. I do rotator cuff exercises religiously as a warmup to my workouts, and over two years have successfully healed it. No issues whatsoever.
