Help... I have a 9/10 former plate coming to see me from 2 states away. The beta in me is trying to let itself out and offer to pay for her gas. Can someone please talk some sense into me and tell me why this is a not a good idea.

If I do this am I automatically beta bucks?

Also she is now a stripper and is looking better than ever if that makes any difference.

EDIT: The reason I mention she is a stripper is because I'm wondering if that will change the dynamic compared to regular everyday plates.

If I go hang out and end up at a strip club, I more than likely will tip a dance or pay for a lap dance for fun and not think anything about it. It's pretty much predetermined what is expected of both parties involved in the transaction. That being said, I know my house is not the strip club and she did not say she will make the trip only if I pay her or something. It was just in the back of my mind that that's what she is and that's what you do. If happened to go to a strip club and see her on stage I would probably throw a couple of ones just to "show love". But I wouldn't go home feeling like a trick because of it.

At this point I've decided to not give her gas money, I just would like someone to break down the logic on the situation.
