I've recently decided to start taking cold showers at first. The way I've been approaching it is starting off at a temperature that most would consider cold, but still has some heat to it (room temperature). I gradually turn it colder until by my final rinse up it's all cold and no heat. Now I'm much more used to the cold water and feel like I could go straight into a freezing cold shower.
