That's why I said go ahead and be dark triad. It wasn't sarcasm. Real dark triad men are very rare though imo. They usually try too hard and just come across as asshats.

It depends. If you're already at your genetic limit, you will lose your gains when you come off. If you're like me and not near your genetic limit, do a proper pct and keep training hard you can expect to keep most of your gains. Around 80%. About a year after my first cycle I still had all the muscle from my cycle. Probably cause my test levels completely recovered.

That last part is sort of true. There are bodybuilders who use steroids for competition/a very dedicated hobby, then there are casual people who enjoy the high testosterone lifestyle. Lots of people use gear for one or 2 cycles and then never touch it again. I am one of those people. Currently on my second cycle and it will probably be my last.

I would be interested to see proof for that claim. Specifically: What would cause more growth; 20 sets of bench a week, or 4 different exercises at 5 sets each a week?
/r/TheRedPill01/05/18 03:08 AM

This. Unless you are extremely methodical in resistance progression and ensuring you don't go too deep, then injury is basically inevitable. So many guys trying to reinvent the wheel. The bench press is all you need for chest development

Video games are fucking cancer for men dude. Some people can live productive lives and still enjoy video games occasionally. I and a lot of other people aren't like that. Before you just say 'I'm going to try'. Identify exactly what happened that got you to this point. It's not as simple as just removing the video games cold turkey. It is literally a drug (dopamine) for your brain, gives you a sense of achievement, purpose, goals, (virtual) friends and community, etc. Those are all things you ha…

Sounds like a lot of men on here have this issue. I'm one of them. I think it's important to understand it's in our nature as men to have the desire to go out and spread our seed in every pretty women we see and explore our options, no matter how good things are 'at home'.

All of those things are pretty important for recovery man. At least 8 hours of quality sleep. Here's some tips: -Room pitch black - No noise - No blue light 30m-1hr before bed - Eat and drink at a miminum of 1 hr before bed. - Try to set up a strict routine to do all this so your body knows it's getting ready for sleep - No caffeine past midday Don't underestimate sleep's importance for your health and especially for packing on lean muscle. Gh secretion happens during sleep. For recovery have at…

This is a good way of compartmentalizing self-improvement. I see a lot of new readers on here struggling with the bitter pill and feeling useless because they have no money, no friends, are skinny and weak, and have no skills. Yet they nearly always have time on their side. It is very rare for someone to find TRP without at least one of the aformentioned pillars of capital to start with. It's only a matter of identifying your strengths and balancing the rest.

It doesn't matter what I do. For you all that matters is two things: Your goals (physique or athletisicm) Your body (Do you blow up after one slice of pizza?) Most guys want to do one of two bulks. A slow 'lean' bulk. Or a 'dirty' bulk. I always recommend the former as it is healthier and more sustainable. Yoyoing between fat and 'shredded'simply doesn't work in real life. But you seem pretty switched on so you probably already know this. This is the part that might surprise you. Throw away that…

Well at least you acknowledged what went wrong and why you said what you said. Guys on here will probably have a crack at you and say stupid shit like 'lol autism' and the like. Fuck those guys. We need to see less that-shit-never-happened, borderline ridiculous field reports, and more failures so we can all learn from each others mistakes. Don't dwell on it man.

This is the incorrect way of thinking about it. People tend to have this skewed perception that cardio = fat loss, lifting = gaining muscle. It is 90% diet. Yes you would lose weight faster running and eating less, but you will be miserable and lose quality muscle from being a bigger person. Slow weight loss (lifting/goof diet) is a lot more sustainable

My brother (30) started thinning in his crown and lost his hairline years ago. He constantly wears caps and is obviously very self concious about it. All I can think about is why give people the opportunity to discover your weakness? If your own brother is judging you for not wanting to show your head what would women think when the cap eventually has to come off? Just accept it for what it is, or do something about it. To his credit he tried hair loss therapy and had decent success, but it was …

Difference between your idea of a crutch and mine is, a crutch may be something that helps you BUT is also detrimental in the long term if you develop a constant reliance. Which is very easy to do with caffeine. Lifting only compounds with time and improves health.

Well no, it's not bro science. I should have linked the studies that proved that but no-one reads them anyway. All of the pro's and con's are proven to be true. Obviously there's no specific numerical values I can assign to those effects because everyone is different. Yes the difference to test levels is usually negligible but it's still a difference.

I never made it out to be some sort of evil drug. It has very useful applications and some people aren't as affected by it. Just wanted to encourage weening off crutches we use. My example was caffeine.

Well if you didn't care what people thought, why bother to make the post in the first place? Don't get me wrong, I agree whole heartedly with this post. Being lean does make you more attractive. This is the first time I've heard of 'water fasting' and I've had skin in the game for a while. Sounds like another crock of unnecessarily stringent dieting protocols that will just lead to a yo-yoing physique. It shouldn't be that complicated. Having a good physique is as simple as putting in the hard work. No fasting bullshit required. I imagine that half the lifting/diet posts on TRP would be invalidated if pictures were to go along with the post. Most are probably by chubby 'powerlifters' or…

You keep telling yourself steroid users don't work hard buddy. If it makes you feel better about your shitty DYEL physique then I'm all for it. Typical immature reddit response that doesn't actually rebut anything I have said and just goes for the petty ad hominems. I expected better from someone who posts on TRP and once again I'm let down.

Very little people takes tren for years on end bro. You seem to think that people who do TRT or take recreational cycles are doing metric fuck tons of gear. And you obviously didn't listen to me when I said I am not a bber. I took tren to pack some lean muscle on, and I did and probably won't use it again.

Lol this is dumb as fuck. Train for performance and eat accordingly. Not to make random chicks wet. It screams insecurity and vanity. There is no need to do scientific macro calculations, intermittent fasting, body fat scans, etc. Unless you are a professional/aspiring bber competing to attain the best physique.

Yeah man some guys don't recover as well. Jusy remember my results are a year after getting off. No matter how bad you juice everyone recovers 100% after a year. Anyway I'm not sure how it works but you could be right. Maybe the cycle did boost my levels.

Lmao. I love every time there's a submission regarding steroids or TRT there's always one insecure, elitist little boy trying to take the high road with 'you guys r dumb because you're ruining ur health lol'. I understand the risks perfectly. I understand there is risk of arterial plaque build up, high BP, hair loss, liver damage etc. But that doesn't become a concern unless you take stupid doses and don't cycle off. How were my blood tests be affected by gear? The first one was before my first cycle and the second was my own natural test after being off for a year. Maybe you misunderstood my post man but both tests were my natural test.

You don't want dramatic results? Isn't that the point of steroids/sarms? Anyhow, how does one PCT with sarms? Most of the time I see those paid forum shills throwing around their naturopathic herbal supplements as sarms PCT. You seem set on SARMS. Only way you'll come to agree with me is if you try both for yourself.

I didn't use any anabolic SARMS. Did a cycle of cardarine and mk-677. Ask anyone that's used steroids or used both steroids and SARMs and they'll tell you it's not worth it. First reason: Any decent anabolic SARM will supress you. If you're going to supress your natural test might as well go all the way and just use steroids. Second reason: The cost. UGL gear is pretty cheap. Where I live (AUS) it's around the same cost do to a cycle of SARMS. Once again, might as well reap 10x the results for t…

Probably because we'll have that body a decade before you will, oh and reaping the increased confidence, sex drive and motivation of supraphysiological test levels. Oh wait...according to all those tests I pay for my health is actually better than when I started, probably due to being able to train 2x a day every day. Just so readers know, a lone blood test can often be a poor indication of your actual test levels. They rise and fall during the day and can often be vastly different one week to another. For example: I got tested two years ago before doing a steroid cycle. I was near the bottom of the reference range. I got tested again a few days ago as I'm about to hop on another cycle and my test was near the top of the reference range. Same time of day, fasted, no alcohol, drugs or gym the days prior. If yo…

Brah I used to have long hair. It's not worth it. Not only is it too much maintenance and gets in the way, but it doesn't look as 'cool' as you think it will. There is just no way a man can look more masculine with longer hair compared to shorter hair. Nothing wrong with a clean fade and a shaggy top. But if you can tie it up it's probs too long

Brah if you apply the same logic to the squat you look like a fucking idiot. Why squat when you can do Leg extensions, leg press and hamstring curls? hurr durr Yes, isolating the Deadlift into its individual components makes you stronger, still boosts T levels and probably builds more muscle faster; BUT deadlifts do all of those things at the same time, with better effects. Not to mention isolating components of the DL removes the advantage of comparitively higher CNS overload of more muscle gro…

I don't have kids. What I do have is a very blunt and simplistic approach. People that have no strength to pursue greater things and push boundaries are there for a reason. They are there to take out my trash and to clean the toilets I shit in. Society cannot function without them. Let's call them average joes. Most of these people are addicts of some type; internally or externally. A tv show, a drug, a game, whatever. Something that gives them just enough dopamine to wake up and suck up hating …

You assume that society will adapt and follow a rational path of universal currency. People do not like change. I think something as big as changing to universal currency will take a lot longer than a few decades. For example: There are still numerous forms of measurement adopted by numerous nationalities. Why not adopt a single, more simplified and universal method of measurement?

If you are ripped and use your body/appearance as a crutch to get pussy, then practice your game wearing something that hides your physique (but still looks good, eg: no turtlenecks). Actually I have a ltr and no plates. She is the best girlfriend I could ask for. She cooks, cleans, goes down on me constantly, does anything I want in the sack, and best of all started lifting and dieting to be more attractive for me. Gaining too much muscle in TRP will work against achieving SMV > 8 in the world of dancing as it affects your flexibility as well as your general styling in dancing. The wrong type of muscle also severely slows you down when you dance. Wrong. As long as you regularly maintain flexibility and mobility then having a lot or a little of muscle matters very little. Look at jujimufu (ig). Tank as fuck but still very flexible. Also muscle 'slowing you down' is another outdated myth. The only thing that…

Your comment is confusing me. Are you referring to the open relationship in general being a terrible idea? Or a one-sided open relationship? I'm assuming you mean both. A open relationship is dating multiple women is it not? They are the exact same thing. That is what I want and I don't expect I'll be immune to her branch swinging. That's a fact of life even in a committed relationship. If she fucks another guy and falls in love with him then I'm willing to accept that and move on.

I disagree. I can understand booting out a ONS after busting your nut, but not an LTR. Hence why i was talking about cohabitation with an LTR. There is a 'honeymoon' phase when you initially move in where you fuck constantly, like rabbits. Just like the guy planned. Then the gf slowly weens him off and starts to shit test more and actively put less effort in the relationship in general. It's a trap pretty much every man falls for at least once.

Don't get caught up in the trap that looks/money/status is all women care about, you're just going to use it as a justification to be lazy and half-ass your own self-improvement because "why bother".

Attaching your identity to a sport, having a fantasy team or spending every night making small bets on games and watching them all night IS a waste of time. Going out to a live game and socializing, having fun and soaking up the loud, communal, almost 'tribal' atmosphere is not a waste of time and is definitely an experience in itself.

I learned my lesson in my first LTR. We didn't even start living together, I stayed at her place a few nights a week because I was having trouble with a drug addict living in our shared accomodation. I noticed the romance and passion slowly dying and she became more and more intolerable and more distant. I invited her over to break up with her and she did it before I got the chance. I think what motivates most guys to live with their LTR is a constant supply of pussy and validation whenever they…

I'm glad you explained the theory behind it. Had LMR from a random girl I met on the street at 3am and took back to my place. She sucked my dick and I fucked her tits/face but no actual sex, even though I could tell she really wanted to. Okay fair enough, if you don't have access to a gym you make your own weights. Squatting and benching with stacked concrete bags, curls, lateral raises and tricep extensions with jugs filled with water, using trees or a kid's playground to do chinups and core training. It isn't optimal, but if you're motivated you could get pretty shredded and pack on some mass whilst being outside and getting a tan.

On your point about studying instead of practicing: Studying can yield significant results if used in conjunction with practice. The process of trial and error can be eliminated in some aspects of learning said skill if you are 'warned' and have time to prepare a plan or to backtrack before physical/mental patterns become deeply ingrained and impossible to 'unlearn'. Practice is still 90% of the priority, but including in-depth study on your particular hobby/skill can shorten those 10000 hours t…

You need to do some research mate. This girl that talked to you was probably on gear. Women on gear have extremely high libido and are very aggresive in finding sex with men, due to the supplemental levels of testosterone. Men need estrogen. I inject in the abdomen. Pm me for source details. The bodybuilders using it would be using it on top of the steroids they are taking. Mt2 taken on it's own does not affect hormones. The increased libido is a side effect of melanotan containing another popular peptide PT-141. Some people inject melanotan just for the libido increase as it seems to be slightly more potent. Subcutaneous injections can be done anywhere on the body. The most common is in abdominal fat, as that's the last place fat remains on the body even with low bf%. There are a few bodybuilders in my gym that use it and they have a really nice bronze, smooth skin. My supplier sells needle kits as well. Melanotan 2. I'll give you a simple explanation: It basically encourages your body to produce melanin (the chemical that cause skin tanning in response to sunlight) without actual exposure to UV. It allows you to acquire a tan with minimal sun exposure, and allows those who were previously unable to tan without burning due to extremely pale skin. It's quiet cheap, and after the initial loading phase, maintenance dosages means you only have to inject once or twice a fortnight. It also increase li…

Even if newbies don't want to get strong and to just get ripped, I tell them to do a powerlifting workout anyway. Take advantage of newb gains and high hormones while you're young.

Don't let your insecurities define you. Having a small dick isn't going to affect any aspect of your life except for sex and relationships.

You're thinking about this too rationally. You seem to believe hiding things from women is a bad thing. Mystery is a very powerful tool for men. Injecting humour and deflecting qualifying questions makes her wonder what you actually do for a living. If you actually have a girlfriend, or if you are actually secretly wealthy, etc. The less details you give her about your life (when she asks) the more motivated she will be to find out.

'If I was a girl I wouldn't want to date some broke ass guy' You're missing the point. She doesn't actually care what you do for a living, it's just another test. As long as you dress well, smell good, and can pay for yourself, that is enough of an indication you make enough money. Telling her you build terminators or you're a professional conga-line instructor shows you're not taking the situation so seriously.

Doing what women want = neo 'masculinity'. Therefore betas think: "If I am more 'masculine', I will be more attractive! The more I slave over her, the more likely she will fall in love with me!" I never once said that. I'm simply saying weight lifting is more effective for building mass than bodyweight exercises. If you train for a better physique, then you should focus your efforts on lifting. Simple.

What you have to realize is this man is literally destroying his body from the inside out to maintain that physique. He is abusing the hell out of steroids, The amount he is taking should have hospitalized/killed him numerous times. No one is 'forcing' these women to converse with the men that approach them. Despite not wanting to admit it, men, like women crave a sexual and romantic partner. Just having some visual stimulus to get your rocks off and then going back to real life isn't enough to keep betas away from women. They will desire conversation, someone to do activities with, a person to share their sorrows with. Since betas usually have no active friends outside of WoW they will place this role on their romantic partner. Vr cant offer that. We are all human and we are all social creatures.

I see your point. Yes you will have to cut more fat from a bulk, so It's hard to say without looking at scientific study to say for sure which is more effective. Would a cut after a long term bulk cause you to lose more muscle mass than if you were to intermittently cut? It depends on the individual. It depends on how effective your cut is. The longer the cut the less muscle mass you will lose due to a smaller tolerance for a caloric deficit.
/r/TheRedPill20/06/16 12:36 AM
1

Why? I am talking about efficiency. Constantly bulking and cutting is inneficient. Everytime you cut you lose muscle. Muscle that takes a long yime to recover. It's more efficient to bulk through the entire process and get to your goal (lean weight) in a year instead of 3.
/r/TheRedPill19/06/16 10:21 PM
1

If you want to be lean at 175 you are going to have to bulk eventually. It is the most efficient means of getting to your goal weight, even if you look like shit for a while. Technically you could slowly transition from a lean 132lbs to 175lbs but it would take years of intense training and strict dieting. Most people don't last more than a few months on a cutting diet without the help of gear

Imo you should't lean out at such a low weight. It's unnecessary muscle loss. Bulk till you hit 200 and then lean out to 175. 2 years is a short but acheivable time frame for your goal, just make sure you commit to the bulk and lift heavy as fuck.

Don't fall into the trap of thinking that women only find men who work out or train attractive. Having a sexy body will not make your game good. Be careful with your titles. I am also in the military and the only cardio I do is pt sessions (because I have to), yet my strength is through the roof. I weigh just under 180lbs and can deadlift and squat 2x my weight, and bench 1.5x. Lifting is something that TRP takes seriously. Expect to have your ass chewed out by the veteran gym rats here when you recommend running over lifting. You were a fat guy, of course running worked better for your goals.

None. There is always a man out there desperate enough to commit to women like this. The difference is she will be unhappy because she imagined herself settling down with a rich, ripped athlete or some shit, when, in reality she'll get some average joe who doesn't know any better.

Oh we're starting with the ad hominem attacks now? Installing a keylogger is pathetic. It clearly shows lack of integrity, trust, honesty and honour. If you are that invested into a woman that you would spend the time to track her online behaviour, because "she might be cheating", then you are cleary the bp one.

It depends on your goals really. If you are overweight or a bit chubby and want to get a lean, athletic physique, then this sort of training will work for you. If you are a 130lb skinny-fat basement dweller who needs to bulk up, then you are going to have to hit the weight room. I used to be skinny as fuck and tried bodyweight movements and all it was make me slightly more muscular and a lot fitter. I looked at Test replacement therapy for a long time and was denied numerous times. I live in Australia and the stigma on gear is huge. I subscribe to numerous steroid-based forums and your case is basically unheard of. Even if you manage to find a doctor that agrees to put you on TRP, their lack of knowledge and the negative stigma often results in drastic underdosing. Aka Test C @ 100mg a MONTH. True, fat chicks can get laid whenever they want. They won't be attractive men though. And women aren't like men in that regard to 'doesn't matter had sex', they can go a long time without sex just waiting for someone attractive enough for their (inflated) standards to come along.

Not true. I've seen plenty of gym noobs injure themselves on machines. Like those crappy seated curling machines, the smith machine, seated chest fly machine, etc. If they have a spot, use light weight, and aren't afraid to ask for advice, then there is basically zero chance of them injuring themselves using free weights.

If you workout properly you definitely will. At least your lower half. You said you're skinny so I'm assuming you have chicken legs like I did. How to get huge quickly: Only stick to high intensity (85%+) compound movements in the gym, get plenty of sleep, eat nutritious meals, and use minimal supplements. I squat 3x a week, deadlift, OHP and bench twice a week, and clean and do pullups once a week and my physique has never looked better. That's it.

Way to copy and paste. The entire argument of this article can be refuted by simply interchanging 'indoor tanning' with sunlight. Yes indoor tanning increases risk for skin cancer but so does sunlight. Do people avoid the sun and hole up inside their whole lives? No. If they did they would die. Nowhere in your source is there evidence that indoor tanning is more dangerous than tanning outside. Because it isn't.
/r/TheRedPill22/04/16 01:02 AM
2

Not true. In moderation tanning beds are fine, and an optimum way to recieve vitamin D in winter weather. People believe exposure to UV rays will cause skin cancer, but it is only when the skin is burned from over-exposure to UV rays that causes increased risk of skin cancer. UV rays are incredibly important to the proper function of our bodies and most of the general population are deficient in it due to fear of sunburn and using sunscreens.

I'm glad that this was posted on here. A lot of mosinformation regarding sunscreen. It's that misinformation that got solariums completely banned in Australia a few years ago, which makes it a lot harder for me to get a tan in winter, let alone my basic vitamin D requirements.

The difference is the women is delusional because of gynocentric Western society inflating her self-perceived value. She doesn't actually have any value to offer to match the ego. On the other side of the coin, the man is the prize and selective because he gives value to anyone he spends time with. He is an interesting, strong, masculine individual who uplifts the very select people he calls his friends. Tl;dr: Alpha men can have huge ego's, because they usually earned it.

Months of light training is ridiculous. If you have a proper trainer they will get your form perfect on all the lifts in 1 or 2 sessions, then you can start loading on more weight. I've always found PU to be a temporary red-pill. It teaches you about displaying social value, abundance mentality, and dread, but at the end of the day, it's all pretend. Betas don't have any of those things in their arsenal because they haven't worked on themselves enough to internalize the mentality and confidence that attracts women in the first place. It's why PUA doesn't really work. Becoming an alpha prepares you for any situation with a woman, because you know that you have plenty of oth…

I train with a powerlifting coach so I can refer some advice. Ab work is unnecessary if you regularly squat and deadlift. It can help get a good pump for aesthetics, but strength wise, it doesn't serve much purpose. If you felt pain in your lower back for 2 weeks, you probably had a minor muscular strain. Be really careful from now on. If you injure yourself you will have it for life and it will affect your training permanently. Your spine is extremely important to protect. I've herniated a disk…

I dated a feminist I met on tumblr that lived in a different state from me at the start of this year. The thing is, they have a point. As male's, we have the 'privilege' of leading the relationship. The thing they are ignoring is that women like being treated as slaves (to an extent) and decisions made for them.

Not really. Besides what you mentioned about substituting items. When I get bored of rice I swap it out for quinoa or sweet potato. If I get bored of assorted vegetables I have some steamed spinach and lemon juice. If I get bored of chicken I swap it out for steak. I find chicken breast, rice and frozen veggies to be the quickest and easiest to assemble, which is why it"s what I recommend it to other lifters.

Step 1. Buy as much chicken breast as you can. Step 2. Buy a big sack of rice. Step 3. Buy a big bag of assorted frozen vegetables Step 4. Cook all of the above Step 5. Add sauce for taste. Step 6. Throw everything in tupperware containers That is your Lunch, dinner and late-night meal taken care of. Just have some oats or an omelette for breakfast and you're set.

I remember seeing job advertisements for something like that. You pay airfares to go China and teach English to some families' kids, and in exchange you get accommodation, meals and a decent salary. I would have done it if I had the money for the airfare and wasn't in desperate need of a job.

If you want an idea of what would happen when women are replaced, then look at Japan. Personally I think we've gotten to the point where feminists could utterly destroy any chance of getting a sex bot or augmented VR sex toys in certain countries just by screaming about objectification and dehumanization and all that garbage. I live in Australia and there's been video games, celebrities, ad campaigns, commercials, etc. Banned or censored by whiny feminists.

More than half the people at the gym barely achieve any noticeable results before quitting, or just stagnate for years before quitting. Same story here. Was drunk with girlfriend and had an emotional breakdown and told her about the time I overheard my mother tell my father and her friends I was 'a disappointment'. When we broke up she said: "I guess your parents were telling the truth, you are a loser and a disappointment". Women really are like children. What I meant by volume is the amount of exercises and total time you spend working on individual muscle groups. I would say most elite lifters tend to spend minimum 2 hours in the gym more than 3 times a week, hence having higher volume workouts than your average gym rat. Okay, yeah there are people who cannot squat ATG like olympic lifters due to hip anatomy, but that doesn't apply to the bench. Proper bench form actually reduces ROM in comparison to regular flat benching and is safer. So regular benchers are forced to cut their ROM anyway to avoid shoulder injury. I'll repeat: There is no potential for shoulder injury or exertion in a bench press with optimum form. And how do you make the comparison that leg drive equals less pec development and more potential …

Yeah that's not really good advice. Telling people to limit ROM to avoid injury is skating around the issue. A proper bench with full ROM has no potential for injury. Lying with your back completely flat on the bench is simply not the most efficient way of lifting. Retracting the scapula and arching the chest up towards the bar, whilst using leg drive provides more power, eliminates potential shoulder injury, and keeps everything tight and stable so you can lift the most weight and isolate the c…

Believe it or not people can have fulfilling and happy lives without children. It's so sad seeing people get so angry and defensive when you tell them they don't have to have children. Strikingly similar to telling a devout Christian they don't need god.

Swimming is a great form of cardio because it works your cardiovascular health and works your entire body too. Unlike riding on a bike or running on a treadmill. Also you'll notice most swimmers have good size in their backs and usually a pronounced V shape to their bodies.

Elimination diets are a fad. It is the same as the non-GMO diets, vegan diet, and paleo diet. The only people that should be using them are people biologically incapable of digesting certain foods. The most amount of lean muscle most people can gain in a month is 2lbs. That's with optimum dieting, efficient lifting, and excellent amounts of sleep and rest. Newb gains usually last about 3-6 months. That's about 12 pounds of lean muscle in 6 months. Spread that over your whole body and there will be a noticeable difference, but you won't even be close to 'huge'. Getting huge; aka developing a decent muscular frame takes years of training, no matter how good your genetics are.

You improve not just your bulk, but your cardiovascular health. Cardiovascular health is important for lifting guys. I was too focused on the anger, insecurities, demands, and other aspects of her strong personality Since when does one put 'insecurities' and 'strong' in the same sentence?? The definition of insecure is to be anxious, insecure and lacking confidence. Sounds like the complete opposite of strong to me. It's like the wet dream of feminists, men castrating themselves out of fear of what women can do to them. Exactly. Pregnancy is being weaponized by women. And that scares the shit out of me. The only way to take that away from them is to sterilize myself. You are downgrading which is the opposite of improvement. How is removing sperm 'downgrading' in any way? Unfortunately the determinable fate of male birth control is uncertain at best. Also, I'm worried the early batches could potentially cause 'accidents' and unprecedented side-effects like the female pill. Plus you'll still have to wear condoms if you don't want an STI from banging a slut. You'll have to wear condoms with male birth control too, so I don't see how that can be a dissuasive argument.

Do what I did when I had a pornography addiction: Download K9 web protection, register a throw-away email, a password you will never remember (kjsdnw273rnw for example), block all pornography, then delete the email and throw away your password. You can't uninstall the program without the password, so the only way to get rid of it is to system restore your computer to before you installed it. Yeah I've recently been hanging out a old guy that's sort of become a mentor to me - The same thing happens with me. Him ignoring me has made me realize how often my social behavior and commentary accommodates conversation with no value. I say things with no purpose just to fill an uncomfortable silence. After a while you get used to the silence and learn to reply only when you actually have something to say, instead of flapping lips.

I got on the train yesterday from work, it was packed but there was a seat next to a third wheel opposite a couple. Mr. Third wheel was telling a story about a teacher that hated him in high school (these people were all pretty young), he was doing the following: Nervously squeezing his right wrist and rubbing his hands while he was talking, almost like they were cold, even though the weather was warm. Nervously laughing whenever one of the couple said something, 100% when it was the girl (HB7),…

2 second rule: See a hot girl you want to approach? You have to start walking towards her within 2 seconds. It's quick enough that you won't get time to talk yourself out of doing it, but still not instantaneous. Also, 'following' a girl to get her number is not a good start to approaching. You're literally chasing after a girl and it already puts you in a weaker mentality. Try and get into the habit of just stopping girls you see on your way to do things, or walking up to gal that's stationary.…

I dated a girl like that. Besides the whole feminism thing; well educated, well-read and had similar political views to me. We had meaningful conversations. She was also quite feminine (loved to be dominated and thrown around) and had an extremely high sex drive that I couldn't keep up with. Sounds too good to be true? That was my downfall into Blue-Pillness. Now after TRP I realize she was a 5 at best.

Invest in a creepy, crappy, rusted-out van - then when they give you LMR, open the doors to reveal: A royal purple velvet interior Leopard print pillows and sheets Noise-insulated foam Sensor-activated, wall-mounted lube and massage oil dispensers A fake chandelier And the cherry on top; The best hits of Marvin Gaye playing softly on 35% volume. My advice is if your current approach is ineffective, try something new. Your problem is probably a mix of low confidence and the women's group mentality. Examples of some different approaches, in order of ridiculousness: Walk towards them (or even run lol) and point at one of the girls whilst yelling something stupid and random. They will rather stop and say "wtf?" or continue dancing and ignore you, although the latter is unlikely. When they stop to see what the fuck you are doing, grab one of…

Then you must not want to practice. In my opinion - If you want to learn an instrument, then you will enjoy practicing. If you are learning an instrument for the sake of being an interesting, rounded individual and just picked guitar 'because', then you will fail. Find an instrument and music that you do want to play, and learn that. If you do want to learn guitar and you're just lacking motivation, try changing the content of your practice.

Eh this isn't good advice at all. You could at least provide an example or source to back up your 'theory'. The biological urge to have sex is so strong that men will do the stupid things to have sex. What are the stupid things? There is a difference between 'neediness' and desiring sex. Desiring sex is male biology. You can resist, but to try and fool y…

Okay, first of all: Actors, rockstars, athletes and celebrities are not SMV related, they are the career epitome of Social Value. SMV and Social Value are different, but they tie in. I think it's people's natural tendency to feel responsible for their partners' health. This guy was obviously set on being with her for as long he could, so it's not surprising how he reacted. I was surprised to find people saying that leaving a rape victim can actually snap them out of the self-victimization and dependency, but it can also cause them to spiral into depression. This was a comment from a healthcare worker and I though it was interesting: I want to take a moment to inform you about Sexual Revictimization. Promiscuity after rape, or stepping outside of a relationship post-rape is a sign of revictimization. Core strength isn't going to help your form. Core strength is important, but not as important as you think. The only way your form will get better is by lowering the weight and spending time refining it. This will naturally strengthen any muscular imbalances holding you back on higher weight. It's from the hip flexors being engaged. People don't realize it, but it's what contributes to 99% of lower back strain when working the core. Look up Janda situps. Completely isolates the core.
/r/TheRedPill11/07/15 02:18 PM

Check out janda situps. It's basically doing a situp whilst contracting your hamstrings (I use a mobility band), which negates the hip flexors and reduces load on your spine and isolates the core. 10x harder than a regular sit-up if performed correctly.

Never ever work your core before you plan to deadlift or squat. You need the bracing support to prevent spinal loading. Work your core on arm or chest day. I mean if your mum at least put some effort into destroying your father's reputation, then maybe she wouldn't be 'just like her dad'. Do women even care about having custody of the kids? Or is it simply the motivation to destroy the ex-husband that makes them try and have custody of the kids? I vote the latter.

This isn't the place to discuss those issues, because that's not going to solve the problem of a 'man' thinking it's okay to abuse and disrespect women and especially family.

Get into a LTR and you'll get better at telling the difference. Use it as an opportunity to practice. You will probably fail a lot of comfort tests but that's the only way you'll get better at responding to them. In my experience, comfort tests usually come after sex; especially when you haven't actually gone out on a date in while. Some of the ones I've gotten were: "Do you ever think about leaving me for those other girls?" "Why did you choose me?" and the signature comfort test: "Do you think…

Jazz bands aren't exactly what girls are excited by That's because it's not insanely high-energy like rock music usually is. I've been to gigs with stuff like nu-jazz and jazz fusion that got pretty hectic. People don't really give a shit how exotic or exclusive your music is, as long as it gets them involved and brings a lot of energy. playing music you love definitely get you closer to that God mode you're talking about. Some others I recommend: B.U.F.F dudes 12 week program. The 2014 version is better imo. They also put up videos detailing every exercise in every week for newbs. Very specific, which is what beginners need. Candito's 6 week strength program This thing is great for people looking to adapt their routine for strength. Also in Australia, the women ask questions with a rising inflection at the end of the query. Men do not. This is weird. Everyone I know does this. Including me. A rising infliction is verbally indicative of a question mark, is it not? It can make the difference between a statement and a question. Eg: Is that so (neutral tone) Vs. Is that so (rising inflection)?

Good post. This is quite relevant. TRP is not a life guide. It doesn't promise the answers to every possible shit test, or cheat codes to a 450k annual income, or even the best car to drive. This is what I love about TRP. It is genuine. Every other product out there I've willingly consumed: Feminism, PUA, RSD, they were all that. Products. TRP is a community of real people trying to help each other become better men, without a hidden agenda. It's a philosophy and nothing more. Imitators, wanna-b…

It's not so much about women in STEM fields not having the time to adopt feminism, it's that they know it's horseshit. Anyone with an understanding of human biology and an understanding of hormones, traits, and differential gender behaviours will know women have their place and so do men. Women belong in science, but the ratio is going to be skewed. Most women are also intelligent enough to understand that feminism gives them an advantage; even if they don't believe in it. Here's a few ideas I have, in order of cost: Read something informative! Try and find a book you know you will enjoy reading. I found a third edition book of Strength Trainin…

What exactly is the stipulation between a weightlifter and other lifting categories? A powerlifter is someone that aims for strength A bodybuilder is someone that aims for aesthetics So I assume a weightlifter is someone that aims for both then?

This is a fun experiment I suggest for all guys on RP. I went to the mall today with my gym shorts on, and it was one of those days where I had a nice bulge going on. I caught out quite a few chicks looking at my crotch as they were walking past me. +5 ego points for me.

A fair amount of girls said they prefer the 'dad bod'. So I don't think either one, 'won' per say. Then again, women say they want one thing, then go and fuck the complete opposite an hour later. You can't trust what they say, especially in public, around her friends, and with a camera in their face.

I don't mean to discredit you, but I already knew all those things you just said. Forgive me, I am still in the anger phase (obviously). It just blows my fucking mind that women are so devoid of logic when it comes to personal responsibility, especially when it comes to sex and relationships. It blows my fucking mind, that we are living in a time where it is acceptable, no, actually encouraged by women AND men to ruin an entire generation of male's concept of masculinity and self-identity by shi…

You answered this yourself: "fiction often represents a projection of people's desires and wish-fulfilment." This is going out on a limb, but I think hypergamy and AWALT is something both genders may resent about our nature and therefore fantasize about escaping. Every chick-flick goes in the opposite direction of hypergamy. All women logically want the nice guy who treats her like a queen, and tell themselves that money doesn't matter, as long as the man has those qualities. Alladin and every o…

"let their words change our perspective." That's scary. How easily people are indoctrinated when someone's opinion has a fucking hashtag in front of it.

I thought about this too. if you read page 28 of the source document it clarifies. Forced penetration can mean a woman trying to force or succeeding in forcing a man to perform oral on her vagina or anus, a woman forcibly performing oral on a man without consent, or forcing a man to penetrate someone else when he is rather drunk, high, drugged or passed out.

It's crazy how much of this stuff you notice when you become unplugged. I can't watch TV without thinking about RP. All of that content I just ate-up...It's going to take a lot of work to get rid of all that shit that's built up over the years.

No problems. I have heaps more of this stuff. You should see the stats on child support for male rapists (men being forced by courts to pay for children resulting from un-consentual sex). It's utterly disgusting. Also, the stats in this post doesn't account for rape culture in prisons. I haven't researched into it particularly, but I'm interested to see the skew in stats between female and male rapists in prison. Thanks for reading!

When I said step in, I just mean act. I agree with you though. I think the most appropriate thing to do is to call the cops. Trying to physically intervene could very well end up with charges being pressed.

My first girlfriend that I lost my virginity with openly told me that she had sex with 10 guys through tinder in the year before she met me (I look back and she was like a 5 at best). She would boast about how great her blowjobs were and how 'tight' her pussy was, even after all that sex. It was such a massive turn off and I could never explain it. Now I know why. Thanks for sharing.

Everyone seems to get the impression I'm saying you can't lift without a mentor. That's not what I said. I suggested if you're planning on competing professionally then it is pretty much essential. Doing a heavy snatch, clean & jerk without a coach is without-a-doubt going to end in a very painful injury.
/r/TheRedPill21/06/15 05:45 AM

Self-myofascial release is definitely essential for weight lifting I think. I had knots all over my body and didn't even realize it. I'm not as sore and tight after a workout anymore and I believe it's helped my flexibility too.

The most popular personal trainer with the most clients at my gym is lanky as fuck and looks like he couldn't lift a 5kg dumbbell. Difference is, he could sell you a bag of monkey-shit and convince you it's a nutrition supplement.

Observing isn't enough dude. If you have any inflexibility/muscular imbalances/form issues, an ATG squat will make them apparent. That's not something you can fix just by looking at someone else do it on youtube OR in real life. You need to be coached by someone who is an expert in biomechanics and muscular conditioning. May I ask how much you can squat(below parallel)? Not everyone goes to a gym full of powerlifters. All of the guys at my gym are jacked high rep/low weight guys. I have never se…

I disagree. When I mean serious, I mean competitive level. The problem is a lot of people think they know proper form but they don't. Example: The squat. 99% of people don't do it correctly. If you're form is even slightly incorrect, there's only so much weight you can press without a major injury.

How many woman have you been with? Every girl I've ever been with loves being rough-housed. If she wants a guy to stare her in the eyes whilst being penetrated slowly in missionary, she can get that off any BB. It's boring. Girls love being thrown around in the bedroom. It exhudes confidence, control and dominance over what you want to do to her. Whatever you want to do to her, she'll want you to do as well. It's a self-repeating cycle.

I thought I would direct this towards you, because you work in Australia. I'm seriously considering this option. I'm 20, discovered the pill 2 weeks ago and looking to make some serious changes. Anyway, I met a guy at the gig that was 'friends' with her, let's call him "Bob". Bob was average height, handsome face, Jewish, and studying accounting or finance or some shit. They ruin it for everyone. I would froth at the mouth for a career red-pill sub. I am only 20 years old, and just came to this forum a couple of weeks ago. All I have is a few career-orientated books to read up on until I find another means to educate myself. I would love to have a place to go to learn from others in the field of entrepreneurism.

I agree. My ex was the smartest girl I've dated. When it came down to it and she done/said something fucking dumb, I tried to make her switch off her hamster and rationalize. It always ends in tears. Eg: After sex, she asked me if she's the most beautiful girl I've seen and I said "No." She started crying. I learned this from personal experience too. People don't like being told they're overweight/unhealthy and they need to do something about it. As sad as it is, the most effective thing to do is to offer them options, and present them the choice. If you take the power away from them they will resist and fall back into weakness and old habits.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mzYKWDx6YI "When you start to look for the underlying data, I feel like we're living in this weird fascist matrix of misinformation and counter information" This video was a massive turning point for me. In the first 10 minutes I had a nauseous, sickness that can only be compared to when Neo is enlightened to the 'Desert of The Real' by Morpheus, and he throws up from the shock.

He created the blog as an outlet for his wisdom, it was a bit extreme sometimes (one of his posts suggested 15 approaches a day of 7's or above), but after a few years and hundreds of articles he moved on to a new 'project' and abandoned the site. I think there is a post on the RP forums of all his articles in an .epub file.

Yes you're right. What I meant to say was I have accepted the red pill. I have only just started making drastic changes in my life and seeing the positive outcomes. I injured my lower back seven months ago doing a deadlift. Cue depression and significant loss of muscle mass from hiatus. It sucks bro, I know. In my experience, there's not much you can do besides get plenty of rest, stretching a lot, and going for jogs occasionally. Stretching might not be relevant to your injury, but it helped my healing process dramatically. Also have a look at swimming. It's what people do in rehab to isolate muscles properly without triggering an injury, as well as gettin…

Good on you man. About lifting: I used to be like you. Pushups, core, pullups and dumbell curls at home. Join a gym. Two reasons: Your testosterone will shoot through the roof, this is the chemical that separates boys from men. Your remaining fucks given, will spontaneously combust from masculinity overload. Your physique will improve. Bodyweight exercises are not high volume enough to increase size, and no matter what any guy says, being bigger in general helps in every facet of life.

The best thing you can do for your friend is to wait for that time-bomb he's clutching to his heart to go off. Not so you can say: "I told you so" and "You need the RP! Everything you did is wrong!", but so you can pick him up off his feet, dust him off, and offer your support if he wants it. There's only so many times a guy can have his heart ripped out through his rectum by his "high school sweetheart" before he realizes he's being played a fuckin' fool. When he comes to that conclusion for hi…

I disagree. A woman who's a virgin or with little sexual experience doesn't make her any more sexually valuable. If she's young and attractive, it doesn't matter how many cocks she's ridden, in fact, that will probably make her a better fuck. But I agree that online dating is just a disgusting perversion for ugly, fat, irresponsible woman to receive plethora of validation from men they have no intention of meeting.

Hi. OP's post resonated with me, I'm basically unqualified, young and looking for adventure. It's rather this or the army. Question 1: Do you think this could be a potential branch to migrate to another trade further along your career? Question 2: Money is not much of a concern to me, you said OP's earnings estimate was exaggerated, but what I'm interested in is; how good do you think the work/earnings ratio is? Thanks.

What's really depressing is when you want nothing more then to be able to go to the gym, but you realize you're a 20 year old with a slipped disk and muscular imbalances all over the bottom-half of your body. If people complain they don't feel like gym, I make sure to tell 'em to man the fuck up, cause at least they have the choice.

Yeah I disagree with OP as well. He's saying no matter what, the first person to interrupt an awkward silence is always the biggest beta in the group. In my experience, there are times when a beta has interrupted the silence with a remark or comment of little value, and the conversation slowly revitalizes, but its painful for everyone. Then there is the time an alpha absolutely nukes the silence and the conversation goes from 0-100% instantly.
